Only half of order over charge and cancel the rest of order didnt have it in stock

Over charge on the part of order I did receive I only order 20 items and charge for40 and the other part that u didn't have in stock. I cancel and still charge !!!!!

Never received order

Due to this error. I have been put in a very compromising position and will have to resort to measures otherwise would never retort too. I am devastated over this entire experience. I'm severely diasbled and on a fixed income. I ordered my entire months supply have no more funds and now have to wait 7 days to get refund. So for seven days I will be going without all necessary things to function toilet paper laundry soap etc. I have no family or way for a loan or help. Therefore I will have no choice but to resort to immoral choices.

Maybe try ordering weekly or reflect on why you should have been nicer to people as you aged. It is sad and reflects on you that you have no one.

needed to get in touch with a associate, but on one ever picks up the phone. eventally the phone asnwered but goes to busy mode. Tried for over an hour. This kind of service i will take my shopping elsewhere..

Website issues

I have used the Walmart website for years, but, for weeks now, I have been unable to access anything. What appears on my IPad are 2 items, not an array of anything, and typing what I want in the search bar provides no response. I have tried everything I can think of, to no avail. I have an account that knows my address, my credit card, and my shopping history. Can you please restore my website, and my account?

I applied for Walmart Mastercard about 18 days back. I was asked to wait for seven working days but I did not hear anything about it yet. I tried to call Walmart customer services many times, but all in vain. my experience with Walmart customer service is really bad.

Compaint

Why have you stopped stocking great value tomato juice and why can you never find the same items from one visit to the next? Items that sell good, such as plain blueberry pop tarts, are always sold out and there are 20 different kinds of other pop tarts that just sit on the shelf. Looks like since you were so interested in closing down the smaller grocery stores, you could at least carry what we never had a problem getting. Walmart may have once been interested in their customers but now its only concern is greed! You all need to remember why Sam Walton started this company and get back to what he was trying to do. Not just see how money he could make.

Turn on the news once in a while. You will find there are shortages of many items from various types of food products to computer chips.

I have used this thing maybe 4 times to pump up mower tires, wheelburrow tires. After every use I recharged it. About 1 month ago the blue light stayed on, then it started up by itself, I can hear the motor running. Each and every time I turn it off and within 3 minutes it starts again. Im afraid it could start a fire.

I was in the store in Belleville abs a whole family was there without masks. This is disgusting. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the store is not enforcing masks. I spoke to an employee about this and she tells me that Walmart employees are not allowed to ask people to mask up. REALLY!! Why not, my mask protects you and your mask protects me so everyone in Walmart is at risk with these unmasked people. Disgusting. I will be calling the media and broadcasting this. People can decide what they want and stay in their bubble if they chose but dont impact others who are a bidding by the rules. I will never enter the doors of a Walmart again!
