Never received a order no money either
In order that I ordered from Walmart in trust it was a package of hair rollers for 1799 and additional size were 899. The total order was $28 and something but I cant get anybody to know that I did not get the order, its never been brought to my door it seems as if you wouldve checked the address before you ordered it when you see other things on my I got every other order at this place where I ordered it 1119 Douglas Drive apartment, 164 Saint Marys Georgia, 31558.
I am so upset I trusted Walmart. I thought they did real good business. I was ready to try them to deliver my groceries.
I cant be involved in something thats so simple for the rest of the world, but when it comes to an old lady like me, they rather take $28 from me, it doesnt make sense the thing that I ordered I didnt get it and you know what it is youre looking at the order number. The order number includes all of what I purchased but now you dont wanna give it back to me OK

When we applied to become a seller on walmart.com. We received a phone call in the next 20 minutes with one of the representatives this morning, with regard to opening a store at the Walmart Marketplace.
They asked me to verify that our website works and info our products, which I did and asked her if she needed any more info after going into detail about our products. She said no and the call concluded, 10 - 15 minutes later we received a rejection email. I am perplexed that we are rejected without explanation, we have been in business for over 20 years, and we sell across the globe. After submitting several tickets to learn the reason behind this, without reading any of the messages we were sent the same automatic reply over and over again.
They are selling Chinese copy of our products but we can not list the original ones for some reason. Onboarding crew is extremely disrespectful.
There is an appeal to decision button, however onboarding team does not give out the reason why you were rejected, so that button doesn`t really work as the corporate office thought it would. Our case numbers were:0623****, 0623****, 0623****.
Preferred solution: We would like to sell our originally designed and manufactured products by our company on walmart.com.

Someone from Walmarts review team decided to "close" my account and block me from returning anything when I literally just did a return 3 weeks ago no problem. I've also been blocked from chatting with customer service for the past few months.
I went to do another return recently and it said I couldn't. I was told by 2 agents that I "violated the return policy". Then another agent tells me they will fix my account but don't. 3 more agents tell me they escalated the case and I should hear back in 3 business days but I still haven't heard anything.
A lady I spoke to on the phone said she escalated the case and told me I'd get return instructions to return the item in store, never got them. I am beyond upset with Walmart and their customer service! I've been treated so poorly by them and it was wrong for whoever to do that to my account when I simply make returns like I've always done.
I've also been ignored several times too. I will make sure I can continue doing returns one way or another, contact BBB, contact corporate l, do whatever I need to to get this the attention it needs and hope someone high up with Walmart does something about all this.

The person (didn't catch name) struggled with thinking on her feet. It was only bc I didn't accept the repeated company policy and continued asking questions for clarification that I got any kind of feedback to my original inquiry.
WALMART, please train your service representatives better!
She did not know how to think! And I had to do the thinking for her?! (Bless her heart.) It seemed like she didn't know the process of ordering for pickup/delivery and the fees incurred, and she didn't have a clear grasp of how any fees are tacked on/omitted.
But honestly, the real culprit is that she didn't try to understand what I was truly asking. She didn't ask questions.
She merely tried to get me off of the line it seemed. Bc I was tenacious and wouldn't take her redirection to the website or her repeated attempts to repeat information, I continued to ask her how the info she was providing was answering my question. Which it wasn't. I even asked (after repeated attempts on my end) to speak with someone who might be able to communicate in a different way what I was asking, she averted that one.
Overall, it wasn't the greatest experience.
She didn't have a handle on the process of ordering online and then picking up items.
It was very clear she either had never stepped inside a walmart, ordered online from a walmart, or ordered pickup from a walmart. Or, she needs to improve her critical thinking and communication skills.
Not a great look for Walmart.

Their review team decided to close my account because of "violating returns policy" apparently I abused the returns or made too many returns. First off, most items on walmart are FREE returns by a certain date.
It should NOT matter how many returns you make! If you simply change your mind, something is damaged or of bad quality there should NEVER be an issue with returning! Those are all reasons I would return something, just like with any other company. If I "abused" I don't understand how.
When you do the return walmart will ask why you're returning and if the item is opened or not or used or not. If you did use an item to findout its bad, walmart shows that it does NOT affect your refund. If thats a form of "abuse" thats bs.
I am beyond unhappy with the review team closing my account, not being able to chat with customer service at all, and the responses from the agents I got via email not giving me a clear answer, and basically saying "oh well nothing we can do, you're account can't be reopened," Walmart has lost my respect.
I also literally just did a return no problem 2 or 3 weeks ago, and then a few more before that, then this happens to where it won't let me do returns anymore. They are keeping me from getting my $ back also when that's not right either.
Walmart needs to change their ways to better customer experience/service.
Preferred solution: Apology, account to be reopen, refund for any item I need a refund for whether I need to send it back or not.

Received the package of the chair the box was all taped up with clear tape we open it up Christmas morning I start putting it together I'm missing four brackets it holds the arms on so there's four of them I call Walmart all they care was bring on back we'll give you a refund well that's not what I want I like the chair I want the brackets so I called the Madden factory or whoever supplies the chair to Walmart I'm still waiting to call back on them that's been 3 days so we need to get something done cuz I am not going to take it apart and return it to Walmart if I have to return it it's going back I'll put together except for four brackets thank you

I ordered the EVERCROSS electric scooter. My ordered number is 200011*-***53509.
It stated delivered to my front. But I didnt see my package. I checked FedEx tracking number and see my package delivered to someones address with the picture of my package. I filed the case to FedEx and the case is closed now.
They want Walmart shipper contact FedEx. So FedEx will reinsburse Walmart. I tried to call the Walmart customer service to address my situation for 5 hours. They kept transfer me to departments to department, person to person.
But never solve my problems. I think I cant my package and cant get my money back.
I used Walmarts gift card to buy EVERCROSS electric scooter. I just want to get my money back to Walmart gift card.

Walmart cancelled my order 3 times in one day for fraud alert. On my second call the person helping me said she cleared the computer and in five hours reorder.
My bank has charged me each time and refunded me 3 times. They are accepting the payment because they know where I am. I have been using this credit card at this location for 5 weeks with no problems until I ordered from Walmart. I am going to be very upset if this item is out of stock when I return home.i never had this problem in the past with any of my Walmart orders.
My credit card has been on file with you for years.

WRONG FOOLISH CHILD. YOU ARE IN THE WRONG. YOU MADE TOO MANY RETURNS.
If you violate the policy or make too many returns they cancel your account. You want them to apologize when they did nothing wrong?
You obviously are making a large number of returns. Their computer kicked out your account and you got banned. You will just have to shop at the store now and watch that you don’t buy things you may want to return.
Shouldn't matter how many returns someone makes. I've never had an issue until now.
Even on old accounts. Wasn't doing a bunch either. I am waiting to hear back from Walmart since a couple agents escalated the case. I was also told I could make a new account.
Either way I'm not in the wrong. Walmart is.

Most stores limit the number of returns a customer can do. Lowe's, Home Depot. The Home Store, these immediately come to mind.
But foolish child. If you keep making too many returns this is what happens.
They ban your account. The reason that they have not done so before is because you did not meet the maximum amount of required returns. You did the last time. Why do you seem to make too many returns?
