Walmart Account Review

270.00 item I ordered from Walmart.com they called to verify my phone number and admitted they never verified them. Removed funds from my account immediately and cancelled my order without even the decency of a phone call. In the mean time my funds tied up for up to 15 dqys. Arrogant ***. Never 2 all in into another Walmart. Hope that someone comes along to put your *** out of business!

Walmart.com is a liar

They promise to get you your merchandise on a specific day and deliver when they get ready. I ordered a television from Walmart.com that was suppose to be delivered on 12 Dec. I received an email on 13 Dec that says "Thanks for your recent Walmart.com order using our Site to Store service. Unfortunately, the items scheduled for pickup at the Raytown store have been delayed. They're currently being processed and we'll get them to your local store as soon as we can. When I called walmart.com, they told me "they cannot locate my television and have no idea when it will arrive to the store. I was told to just wait and that I couldn't cancel my order because it was already on the truck. This is totally unsat!!!!!!

What did you clean it with? Certain chemicals react with the alloy in gold and can affect the color.

I bought a 1 hr special beats wireless head phones for $149.00 and they are out of stock and I can't even register For the item. The site for weeks hasent had them! I went to the store and they said this is not a usual in store item at the Rockaway NJ. Location. They didn't know what to do! Honestly they need to create a split shift you don't shut down all the registers for breakfast lunch or dinner that's why you hire enough staff to hold the fort while others are at lunch when a person is sick the first thing they want is their medicine and the last thing they need is an incompetent system that has them waiting for hours because Walmart cant get it together.

Ordered from Walmart.com and they sent the wrong product. I called customer service and the "csr's Shaquice and Desiree Daniels" I spoke with were rude, unprofessional, and refused to help or transfer me to the tier 2 management team said Supervisors don't work on the weekend, and told me to go to Walmart.com and send the email and attach screenshots before they could resolve the issue with the wrong merchandise being shipped but when I go to their site there is no way to attach the photos. I spent 1 hour 33 minutes and 18 seconds on the phone to get no resolution and to have Shaquice argue with me talk over me raise her voice and be down right nasty and rude and refused to transfer me to her Supervisor said they don't answer phone calls. Desiree Daniels was rude, unprofessional and told me I wasn't going to get any resolution to my problem without sending a screenshot from the site just to get me off the phone and sending the screenshot isn't even a possibility. Overall this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any company I've ever dealt with.

Walmart in Wilmington, Delaware - Shipping practices around holidays are horrible!

Ordered a sewing machine for a Christmas present. It was shipped in its original box to my home. The person that the present was for of coarse received the package, knowing now what there gift is.
