Walmart - Replacement Review from Mount Arlington, New Jersey

I bought a 1 hr special beats wireless head phones for $149.00 and they are out of stock and I can't even register For the item. The site for weeks hasent had them! I went to the store and they said this is not a usual in store item at the Rockaway NJ. Location. They didn't know what to do! Them I had to go and have surgery a total shoulder replacement leaving me at a loss! No one contacted me from the store or care about me or my son? How do I get this item! Honestly they need to create a split shift you don't shut down all the registers for breakfast lunch or dinner that's why you hire enough staff to hold the fort while others are at lunch when a person is sick the first thing they want is their medicine and the last thing they need is an incompetent system that has them waiting for hours because Walmart cant get it together.

Ordered from Walmart.com and they sent the wrong product. I called customer service and the "csr's Shaquice and Desiree Daniels" I spoke with were rude, unprofessional, and refused to help or transfer me to the tier 2 management team said Supervisors don't work on the weekend, and told me to go to Walmart.com and send the email and attach screenshots before they could resolve the issue with the wrong merchandise being shipped but when I go to their site there is no way to attach the photos. I spent 1 hour 33 minutes and 18 seconds on the phone to get no resolution and to have Shaquice argue with me talk over me raise her voice and be down right nasty and rude and refused to transfer me to her Supervisor said they don't answer phone calls. Desiree Daniels was rude, unprofessional and told me I wasn't going to get any resolution to my problem without sending a screenshot from the site just to get me off the phone and sending the screenshot isn't even a possibility. Overall this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any company I've ever dealt with.

Walmart in Wilmington, Delaware - Shipping practices around holidays are horrible!

Ordered a sewing machine for a Christmas present. It was shipped in its original box to my home. The person that the present was for of coarse received the package, knowing now what there gift is. Walmart in Akron, Ohio - Ordered 5 items and only received 1

I ordered 5 Christmas gifts for my kids on cyber Monday. On December 5th I only received 1 out of the 5 I ordered, so I figured I'd wait a couple more days for the rest......nothing they were "still processing"! So I call and my options were either wait (bc they were either sitting there or lost is what i was told) or get a refund, so I want my refund. Guess what not only did I not receive my items, they basically kept the rest of my money and might of well have said "we're keeping your money anyway". I will never ever again be ordering from Walmart. Com again. Customer service sucks, and trying to speak to a supervisor is impossible.

Bad experience with Walmart.com

I ordered an item on December 3. It said estimated delivery was December 12. On December 12, I received an email telling me item was unavailable and they had no idea when it would be available. I called to cancel the order, and they said they could not cancel it. I was told by customer service that my only option was to wait and see what happened. because I was trying to order Christmas gifts, this obviously was not an acceptable solution for me. I was forced to order the item from another retailer. It remains to be seen how this situation will be resolved. Obviously, I do not intend to order from Walmart.com in the future.

Walmart Shipping Service Review

Made online order. Site kept using billing address instead of shipping address. Sent email to Wal-Mart to change shipping address, nothing. Called customer service waited 17 minutes and representative hung on me after 10 seconds. Never called back or anything. Now I have to figure out how to get my order home.
