I contacted the drs. Office and the office mgr. Said no one in that office canceled my klonopin, They have been investigating this and it still seems the walmart pharmacy mgr. Did this cancelation on her own . It seems this against the law, especially when the drs. Office never told walmart to cancel the klonopin, but no gabapentin, if they drs. Office changed their mind about my rx, s they would of cancel both, since Itake these. Meds, for seizures. So what can I do about this rx fraud?

Protection plans are a RIP off

I bought a straight talk phone that would not charge but since i bought the protection plan i cant return it. So now if i want a cell phone i have to buy another while i send this one in and they send me another which will take at least 2 weeks!! Big rip off

New Savings Catcher through Walmart Pay, Not Convenient

Since Walmart changed the Savings Catcher from the App to using it with Walmart Pay, now not only does a frazzled mom, grandmother, customer have to deal with all that it entails to stand in line, check out through self pay or with an associate, but you now have to also remember to scan the QR code at the register when you check out!!! Are you kidding me???

I've been using this Savings Catcher for the past 3 years, and have mostly gone exclusively to Walmart because it saves me the time of checking around for the best price and it was convenient to use. Not any more!!!! What a disappointment!! There is no way to recoup the savings that you might have had, so why bother shopping there exclusively any more.

This busy family will be looking for our savings ourselves and shopping where it takes us. Thanks for nothing Walmart, shame that you don't put what benefits the customers first.

I have went to a Walmart store and made a purchase, and never have to come home , and register my what I have both, now they telling to call and do it. when ,I call they telling me to go online. an d all these ups an down it does not make since buying noting from Walmart, who in *** change it the way it was, you buy the things in the store it should register right there, this is a mest. who change it must don't have noting to do.

Wal-Mart recently changed their policy regarding submitting receipts for the savings catcher program. You are no longer allowed to manually submit receipts, and you must now use Wal-Mart Pay to use savings catcher. I am a person with a disability. I use a wheelchair, and the act of shopping is exhausting to me. I use the Wal-Mart pick up service for all of my grocery shopping. Now that I can no longer submit receipts manually, I can no longer utilize the savings catcher program because you cannot use Wal-Mart Pay as a payment method when ordering online. I sent a question to Wal-Mart advising of the situation and what I received in return was an automated answer telling me to look at the FAQ section on the website. Wal-Mart did not care that their program is now inaccessible to people like me. They did not care that they are essentially discriminating against people with disabilities. They did not even care enough to send anything other than an automated response. I will no longer be using Wal-Mart for my grocery shopping. I will return to Kroger because I can use my savings card, stored coupons, and in store coupons with their click list program. I will likely return to Meijer for all my other shopping needs because of Wal-Mart's dismissive behavior toward me.

Thank you for accurately portraying what is wrong with our society. It is discriminating if your policies prohibit the access to some of your services to people with disabilities because of their inability to access the store in a typical manner.

All I am asking for is the same access to services provided to everyone else. Especially since they were once available and have now been taken away. Why don't you try living with a chronic, disabling disease that makes you pass out doing simple daily tasks like taking a shower, let alone shopping inside a store.

I'd love to tell you to just grow up when you ask for some understanding. If you have nothing better to add than hate, why even bother commenting?

Get some damn cashiers. I don't go in your store to spend my hard earned money just to stand in line for forty minutes or to check myself out.

Walked out today and left a cart full of stuff. Won't be back.

You are shopping at a big box discount store. You shouldn't be expecting any customer service.

If you want good service go to a regular grocery store. Yes, you will pay more but how do you expect them to pay the employees that are there to help you?

It's your choice to make...go for the low price and no service or choose a store that pays a few more employees and pay a little more for your groceries. Just don't complain about either choice as it was yours to make.

The new savings catcher is a terrible idea. It was fine the way it was to scan the receipt.

A lot of people forget to log into Wal-Mart pay on there smart phone, then at the end of the transaction you remember and tell the cashier. She says sorry nothing I can do about it now. So this really is a Really Bad Idea! I know I could have went to the service desk and got a refund and probably checked out all over again, but my time is valuable and I'm sure I would have got a bad customer service about that.

Why because they act like it a real pain to return one item, much less a whole grocery bill. How do you use Wal-Mart pay to order online? To sum up this really bad idea.

I Hate the new savings catcher (Wal-mart Pay) If it doesn't change back the way it was, I will no longer be shopping at Wal-Mart. A lot of people feel the same way I do about the Wal-Mart Pay app.

The new Savings Catcher is horrible. It’s impossible to get a receipt to scan if you use other money saving apps.

Even when you try to scan the Ealmart receipt in the Ealmart app, the other apps don’t recognize it because it’s of such poor quality. Another way Walmart has screwed their customers.

They Refuse to make a change on a payment just made

Reginald a supervisor at Synchronicity refused to make a change on a mistake I just made on a payment. I want to change banks and said I couldn’t. No othef credit has ever denied changing this. I will not use my walmart card anymore.

Bad return polices after spending good money.

My husband bought me a beautiful sterling silver bracelet for my birthday, yesterday when I put it on FOR THE FIRST TIME the claps broke . He brought it right back and the girl behind the counter was rude . She said THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK AND YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. He asked to speek to a manager and was told NO. Really . I love their jewlery and my husband buys a lot of Walmart jewlery for me. BUT NO MORE. Now I know walmart has enough business that they don't care about what happen to us BUT how about if it was someone from your family Happy birthday to me . Ha

Walmart.com ruined Christmas

I placed an online order with walmart.com for an outdoor pool table- after taxes it was a total of $856. This was going to be a Christmas present(my only present) for my family.

I corretly put my billing and shipping info into the order. The next day I receive an email stating that walmart cancelled my order because billing/shipping info was incorrect. It was correct! My card has an authorization hold for the total amount- so obviously i gave correct info.

I called and spoke to 7 different people with walmarts customer service. Was told the charge woukd be gobe and my funds would be available again gor me in 24 hours. I was told i was being transferred to a supervisor and hung up on instead 2 times.

They were rude and totally unprofessional. It is now the 23 of December i cannot buy more presents for my family because my funds are not available die to the pending $856 charge!
