Walmart.com is full of epic fail

I made a purchase on walmart.com on 11/29/14. I bought 5 items just so i could get the free shipping (over $50). 4 of the items so far are ok but 1 of the items was not.. I purchased a pair of shoes size 9.5 .. The listing has a default of size 6 with a drop down menu to select the size. So i selected size 9.5 and proceeded to check out. I was then directed to check my items, so i did and it still said size 9.5, so i proceeded to pay and about 2 hours after i paid walmart.com sent me an email saying all items are processing.. so i scrolled threw the email and at the bottom it said they are sending me size 6! shoes, so I immediately contacted walmart.com customer support and asked if they could fix the order.. They replied with.. oh sorry we can't help you but you can cancel the order.. so i tried to cancel the order on walmart.com and a page popped up saying (OOPS THIS PAGE SEEMS TO BE MISSING OR HAS CLOSED). So i had no way to cancel it.. so i contacted customer support again and they replied with.. there's nothing we can do!, I finally got the page to load.. canceled the item (on 11/29/14), and Then today on 12/6/14 they shipped the *** size 6! shoe and said i waited to long to cancel it!!!!! and told me that i can't do anything about it. I explained that i need the right size by christmas, they said sorry, i asked if i could get a code to get free shipping and order the correct size while i wait for the wrong ones to come.. they said no! I asked if i could EXCHANGE the shoes at my local store when they finally get here.. They said NO! because the prices are not the same! so all's i can do is wait for them to come.. just to ship them back, and spend another $50 on walmart.com so i can get free shipping again and just hope they get here in time.. which they wont... on top of this.. walmart charged my account on 11/29/14 at 11:59pm for the full order amount and it finally cleared yesterday... Just for walmart to put A SECOND hold on my account for the full amount .. so i was charged twice and they told me i have to contact my bank because their *system* doesn't show my account as being charged twice! My bank charges $40! to even dispute a charge because i have free checking.... I'm so sick of walmart.com .. If you have never used it.. just don't even try it.. walmart stores are bad enough.. walmart.com is 1000x worse! its like kids run customer support online, Never in my life have i ever had to deal with this much *** over a purchase.. do yourself a favor and just use amazon or ebay.. at least they don't play games like walmart.com does

Walmart gift card

I purchased this card for my daughter on her birthday... to make a long story short we tried to use the card tonight but was told the card was not valid the walmart employees could care less they nit at a loss... i have purchased a piece of plastic for 30.00... how do you get your money back if you don't have the receipt? if they do this to 1000 people they make a lot of money... not happy! how do you argue with a giant they win all the way to the bank... need my money back! !

Walmart - Employees Review from Mansfield, Ohio

Here it is the end of 2014 and I've yet to hear a word from Walmart. I was robbed on July 15th of 2013 right smack in front of the *** store. Not one employee would come out and check on me. I just spent a lot of money there as I always do in Xenia, Ohio. The worst part was I was in the process of chemo treatments and weak as *** so the guy got the upper hand and took my car. I wasn't expecting anything but kindness from Walmart but couldn't even get that. I called to ask the next day why no one would come outside and see if I was ok considering they allowed this man to loiter outside their store for a long time. I got nothing but attitude on the phone like I robbed them. I am now very afraid to even go to this *** store by myself. Thanks Walmart for supposedly taking care of your cusomers!!!!!!!

Walmart you suck!!! u never have anything you advertise .I tryed to buy a 50 inch TV and of course you did not have it like advertised. So I decided I would go with a 55 inch that you did have. It was $200 more than I had planned on spending so I tried to put it on layaway and put $350 down I was told I had to pay the other $400 by the 15th of December or be penalized I could've had it paid off by the 20th of December. I'm done with all Walmarts in the country I will live better without Chinese made outlet stores.. I am going to best buy from now on!!!

Walmart - Manager Review from Schaumburg, Illinois

Today I ordered photos to be printed through the Walmart app. I chose the Crestwood location to pick them up from. The app notified me they were ready. When I went to pick them up at 1pm on Friday Dec 5 Kiesha told me my order was not there. I explained to her I had received notification they were ready. Shr only stated they were not there and gave me no further help or explanation. I asked for a manager or corporate number so I could relay my experience she refused to give it to me. After several requests to speak to a manager she did finally allow mr to speak with him and my pictures were in fact there. I paid for my pictures but checked them because I paid for 134 and it seemed like less pictures. There were only 50 pictures. Instead of pushing my way back to the front of the line as most people would do I waited in line a second time. Now another woman who had no name tag on and would not give me her name told me she would not help me until she helpef everyone else in line including the people behind me! I told her I had already waited in line twice now! Eventually Keisha came back and took quite a long time to locate the rest of my pictures. This entire experience took an entire hour. At no point did I yell, curse, or display the anger I felt I remained polite and even said thank you. In spite of this, at no point did I receive an apology for their extremely incompetent and rude behavior. I left the store without making any of the purchases I intended to and I will never develop photos through Walmart again. It is worth it to pay more at CVS .
