Walmart - Receipt Review from Seattle, Washington

Submitted a receipt to Savings Catcher, which I have done 32 other times and never had a problem. Now it's saving it is ineligible because the receipt is dated before the store started accepting receipts in Savings Catcher for this store. It just so happens it is a receipt for $558.00 with Black Friday items that they are saying is ineligible. So much BS. I am so done with Walmart. Also issues with layaway cancellation fees. Really a $10 cancellation fee for crappie customer service.

Walmart 50" TV Ripoff

My daughter ad I searched all the ads for the best deal for a TV in the Black Friday sales. We chose Walmart because they "guaranteed" your item. All other stores were only what was available in store. Obviously they didn't have all the TV's in stock (my guess is they didn't have any.) After shopping for an hour there and getting the receipt for the TV were left the store. The next morning my daughter tried to enter the item number on a website to register for the TV. The website said her number was no good. She tried again in case she had made an error. The website told her to go into the store because there was a problem. We had to drive back to the store just to be told they wanted us to call an 800 number. The 800 number tells you they can't help you because you don't have the correct ID number. The offer was from 6:00 - 7:00. We left by 7:00 so we were within the required time frame. Now we are told our receipt was wrung up wrong. Whether this was intentionally or not on the part of Walmart they should have made it right. I don't mean by refunding my money. I could have looked at other stores but didn't because of the "guarantee." Now we are just out of luck. I will tell this story to everyone that will listen and will NEVER shop at Walmart again.

My husband stood in line for black Friday which was on Thursday? ?! He was suppose to be the last one to get an Xbox 360 for our kids because they said they only had 13. Then the lady came back told him they only had 11. Then we watch as the 2 other women behind us were given 2 more Xbox 360's! This is very unprofessional and unfair to the public! I was so made I went home and purchased one for another company other than walmart!

Was given the runaround about calling a 1-800 number because they don't give you the gift card.After calling them they replied the same thing.So who do I get the gift card from than???? Walmart - One Hour guarantee did not work but i figured out a work around

Maybe this will help a few people....i had the same issue with the tc# not valid after trying over and over. What i did to get it to work was after you enter your tc# click the hyper link "terms and condition" scroll down that and close out, next i check the box of terms and condition and proceeded as sign in.....and WAAALLLLAAAAHHH it work. im not sure if they fixing the site and it just happened to work but i tried over and over and i said, let me click the terms and condition link and then try to log in.

Walmart - Cashier Review from Chicago, Illinois

I checked into this because the same thing happened to me. Due to the inexperienced cashier, you didn't received the proper receipt for 1 hour guarantee that has the correct TC number to register your product right away. However, you would not have known because I made several calls to the 1 hour guarantee hotline until I figured it out. I went back to the store an hour later and explained the situation and got the right tc number if you don't registed the product with the 1 hour guaranteed receipt they will have to refund your money that is the only option
