I ordered a box spring from Wal-Mart, but I called the delivery team to cancel it the day before the scheduled delivery day as I found that it might be too high for me if I put a box spring in between the bed frame and the mattress. I asked the lady from the delivery team if I still needed to call walmart to cancel the order, she said no. She said she would inform Wal-Mart and walmart would issue a refund to my account. A month later, when I received a credit memo via email. I was shocked because walmart only issued a refund of $88 while I paid $188. They charged me $49 for shipping and another $49 for return shipping. I called the consumer service center and talked to the representative and the supervisor saying that I called to cancel before the delivery and asked why they charged me $100 for something that I have never received. He kept asking why I calledthe delivery team, but not walmart. I told him that's the instruction on their email and asked him to call the delivery team to confirm my call about the cancellation. After he kept me waited on the phone for 5-10 minutes. He agreed to credit me one $49, but not the other $49 for the freight he said. I asked him why I should be responsible for the $49 freight charge when I called to cancel before the scheduled delivery date. He claimed the it's already shipped, so walmart shouldn't be responsible for it. Basically, i lost $49 for something that i have never received, probably $98 as I havent seen the credit of $49 yet. Not sure if they would really credit one $49 back to my account. I will never puchase anything from walmart.com from now on.

Walmart in Coos Bay, Oregon - Wrong Lenses, over and over again

On my first order, I told the staff that something seemed wrong. I took the glasses back around 2 weeks later. The manager said that the prescription was turned to around 10:00 on the dial. Reorder. Glasses are better, but now the right lense is off. I was told to wear them for 2 weeks because my eyes needed to adjust to the prescription. Why didn't my eyes need 2 weeks between each lense during my vision appointment? I heard another staff member say the same thing to another client. I don't believe anything they say. I told the staff that they will be responsible if I, or anyone that reads this, gets in an auto accident.

Walmart - Poor management

I have gone shopping at the Walmart in Pahrump Nevada several times and each time I have felt sorry for the staff. The store has waiting lines to check out and and 5 or more stations are closed. The check out stands that are open the employees are working as fast as they can to process the shopper. What is really sad that if you ask management to open more check out stands the say they haven't got enough checkers to open more stations. The first rule in management is solve the problem. This walmart has the enough staff working in the store to redeploy them to help out at the check stands even if they are bagging items. It has gotten so bad that most shoppers go to automotive to check out. I was getting my oil changed in my car and waited 20 minutes to pay because shoppers go there to check out now. I don't buy groceries at Pahrump Walmart because of the wait time at the check stands. Now it looks like I won't be getting my oil changed there any more. I have addressed this problem several times with management there but they just don't get it. If I had more than 100 words I write about how long it takes to order a product they are out of. FRUSTRATED.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have worked retail and customer service jobs my entire life. So I sorta have an understanding for workers, but this Walmart needs to fix its pharmacy. Waiting 4 hours for my medicine? Rediciculious. I called numerous times and always put on hold for ten plus minutes. Worst experience at a pharmacy ever. Very rude. Very slow. The employees do no know what they are doing. Horrible! If you need your meds filled avoid this place.

Walmart in Brookfield, Wisconsin - Billed twice, items out of stock...

The first day, I tried to submit an order for over $200. It said it did not go through due to an error. I tried again and it went through. Then I received TWO orders in my e-mail and find I was billed twice. Possibly costing me an overdraft fee. I e-mail Wal-mart and they reply that they can "try" to cancel one order, but that it may be too late. Which is ridiculous because, both orders did not ship until 3 days later. They recommend returning one order. Then I ordered something else on the day after the first incident. It gave me a list of stores to pick up my items, but then it gave me the wrong store- the one FURTHEST away. It said to pick up my order in a few hours. The next day I get a refund because they could not locate my items.

Walmart in Edmonton, Alberta - You May NEVER Get Your ORDER!

I ordered a set of Paw Patrol Pups online for my son for Christmas from Santa. My order was confirmed and I received an estimated date that I would get them. A couple days later I got an email saying 4 of the 6 had shipped but the other 2 were on backorder. When I called to find out what was happening I was told they do not lock items when you put them in the cart and multiple people can buy the same item at the same time. Even worse, when new stock comes in for the back orders (to fill when they have already sold) it shows as available to new customers as well so they are making new orders they cannot fill! Do not bother asking where in the backorder line you are because they do not have that information available and if you as to speak to a manager you can be put on a list to be called back in 3-5 business days. I had to find the missing pups from another company and will NEVER shop at this online store again because i cannot trust that they will ever be able to fill my order.

Walmart - Receipt Review from Seattle, Washington

Submitted a receipt to Savings Catcher, which I have done 32 other times and never had a problem. Now it's saving it is ineligible because the receipt is dated before the store started accepting receipts in Savings Catcher for this store. It just so happens it is a receipt for $558.00 with Black Friday items that they are saying is ineligible. So much BS. I am so done with Walmart. Also issues with layaway cancellation fees. Really a $10 cancellation fee for crappie customer service.

Walmart 50" TV Ripoff

My daughter ad I searched all the ads for the best deal for a TV in the Black Friday sales. We chose Walmart because they "guaranteed" your item. All other stores were only what was available in store. Obviously they didn't have all the TV's in stock (my guess is they didn't have any.) After shopping for an hour there and getting the receipt for the TV were left the store. The next morning my daughter tried to enter the item number on a website to register for the TV. The website said her number was no good. She tried again in case she had made an error. The website told her to go into the store because there was a problem. We had to drive back to the store just to be told they wanted us to call an 800 number. The 800 number tells you they can't help you because you don't have the correct ID number. The offer was from 6:00 - 7:00. We left by 7:00 so we were within the required time frame. Now we are told our receipt was wrung up wrong. Whether this was intentionally or not on the part of Walmart they should have made it right. I don't mean by refunding my money. I could have looked at other stores but didn't because of the "guarantee." Now we are just out of luck. I will tell this story to everyone that will listen and will NEVER shop at Walmart again.

My husband stood in line for black Friday which was on Thursday? ?! He was suppose to be the last one to get an Xbox 360 for our kids because they said they only had 13. Then the lady came back told him they only had 11. Then we watch as the 2 other women behind us were given 2 more Xbox 360's! This is very unprofessional and unfair to the public! I was so made I went home and purchased one for another company other than walmart!
