My 90 year old mother went to Walmart, who had just had a knee injection. She asked for a wheelchair shopping cart. The Associates said they were in back but wouldn't get her one. So she had to walk all over the store. I called the Store Manager to complain. HE HUNG UP ON ME. Worst of all they overcharged her on the items, and refused to give back the money. No wonder CHristy Walton is the richest woman in the world, her employees overcharge on items and won't refund the money. THen, my Mother went to Sam's club, she broke her hip and the Associates grabbed her by the shoulder & dragged her into a wheelchair cart, causing her to be paralyzed in her shoulder. They never called 911.

Your mother must not have sent you to school. They way you phrase that first sentence makes it seem like it was Walmart not your mother who had a knee infection.

Most likely the manager hung up on you because you were rude. Are you sure you were over charged, because you don't seem to know how to read.

If this is the case perhaps you read the sigh wrong? Why did you not call 911 at this time

I did not call 911 myself because I was angry at my mother. We had an argument and I wanted her to apologize, she did not so I left her in her wheelchair to fend for herself.

I admit that I should have been more helpful and if I had been helpful she would not have fallen and injured herself. I told her that unless she apologized that I would leave her alone. She started crying but did not apologize.

I was just to angry to help her. We had an argument and she was wrong, she still refuses to admit this.

So over an argument and because she was wrong and refused to say she was sorry you would leave your own mother, someone who not only gave you life, but changed your diaper when you were a helpless infant, someone who fed you when you could not feed yourself, someone who did everything she could for you. You decide to leave her helpless when she is the one that depends on you? She was there when you depended on her but because of a disagreement you would leave her helpless and stranded, you sicken me.

You want another job work you your spelling and grammar, because with this only places that will hire you are retail and fast food, that is if you are lucky. I am surprised even Walmart hired you. Even these jobs required the some form of education which you do not have.

From the way you spell and use punctuation, I highly doubt you are old enough to be working. There isn't any word such as "wanna." There isn't a word spelled "ur" or "u." If you are crying all the time that is a sure sign you aren't mature enough to be working.

The store on Cortez Rd, Bradenton FL, has shelves almost bare and staff telling customers "we are not ordering anything right now because we are doing inventory." Really? I had a totally waster trip there this week because there was NOTHING in stock that I went there for. With Walmart's renowned logistics and inventory systems I find it hard to believe that they have to empty the store shelves to take inventory! Surely inventory control and ordering is dynamic and instant! They should hang a sign out saying "don't try to shop here until we are done with inventory!" This store is way overdue for a change of leadership! Sure I sent an email to Walmart, but they have not responded, obviously do not care, and from my experience with other emails to them they are unlikely to take any action.

Walmart ..Poor policies

I too had a similar episode with Walmart. I was so upset they would not let me return a product for ANYTHING else that I called my friend to tell her I am going to Jail today. She replied..where are you? I told her Walmart. As soon as she arrived I explained that they stated I must replace this product with the same product or nothing at all. When pushed to the wall.I decided to PLAY THEIR OWN GAME. I put the same product in the cart and off to customer service we go. The cashier gave me EVEN EXCHANGE. But just to make it clear how unhappy I was..I took the receipt, and the product, gave it to my friend and said MERRY CHRISTMAS. Needless to say I let her know (right at the counter) that she has 15 days for returning product. We then proceeded to the back of the line, returned the product for cash in less that 15 minutes not 15 days. Why do people have to make live so complicated? It is not like I asked for money back, just different products.

You and your friend really need to take a parent shopping with you. Most likely it was an electronic return, and unfortunately they have a 14 day return policy, or in this case a 15 day return policy.

If mommy went shopping with you she could have told you this by reading the policy since you seem to not know how to read. Where ever you go have mommy shop with you because most stores have 14 day return policies for electronics.

Hello manager of Tomball walmart business 249. I have a problem with the employee named Clara. She's not doing her job correctly because the walmarts policy says they compare prices to other stores and give that price to customer. Every time we try to compare prices she says denied every time with some *** excuses. First time we try to compare price she said she need a broucher or advertisement paper. Next time when I get that she said that it's aldi's own product that's y they provide it for lower rate. They provide it their own rate that's y we have to compare it. Doesn't she understand what price match is. She is really rude every time whenever she's at the counter. She is really rude and in respectful employee I have ever seen at any walmart.

Price match means that the products have to be the exact some brand and weight. You aren't going to get one stores brand for the same price as the WalMart store brand.

You also won't get a larger size item for the same price as a smaller item at another store. They do go by the ad from other stores, not by what the customer says. At my WalMart, sometimes the cashier will consult an ad, and sometimes they don't. I think it depends on how familiar the cashier is with the customer.

We shop at WalMart often enough that some of the employees are real familiar with us. WalMart does not say they compare prices with other stores, they say they price match. As a whole most customers that want to price match FAIRLY bring the ads for the other stores with them. To me it doesn't sound like you want fair treatment, it sounds like you want the rule to be broken for you.

Furthermore, just reading your complaint I get the idea that you aren't as smart as you think you are. If you were you would realize this isn't the WalMart website, it is a general complaint site.

Also your capitalization, spelling, and grammar are horrible. You should probably worry more about getting some kind of education.

Walmart in Citrus Heights, California - Same thing for me and over $800 in fraud charges on my credit card

I submitted my card numbers for exchange on 1/9/15. Nothing since, e-mails are vague about system problems. Made me register a credit card to "avoid fraud". Cardcash.com now shows my order as cancelled. and suddenly, there are $800 in charges at Hong Kong Disneyland, etc. I have shut down my credit card and reported the fraud. The thing is, I went through a legitimate news article (sorry, can't remember which). It gave me the link to Walmart to enter the card numbers. I scrolled back over all the URL addresses, they look legit, but obviously,they are not or something in the background may be hi-jacking you to a fake site. Sorry, I am not providing a copy of my credit card statement just to show you what happened. Use this service at your own risk!

i purchased a 24 inch tv and later it cracked on the inside panel. after 2 months of complaints and finally someone from corporate who helped us with our problem. i implore all who want to buy any electronics from walmart with insurance, DON,T EVER BUY ANY ELECTRONIC OR INSURANCE FROM WALMART. they wont help you at all. all those that work for walmart corporate, shame on you. walmart was built and an ideal to give better product for the american people at agreat price. you truly have fallen from the apple that walt started.
