Walmart - Manager Review from Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I purchased a $30 health supplement from Walmart just to realize the bottle inside the box had a broken seal and the bottle had been opened. Customer service management Marvin refused to offer a refund including by way of gift card. I requested the Store Manager: Willie Santizo, who the Customer Service Mgr. also failed to assist in resolving the issue by bringing the problem to the attention of the Store Manager as instructed by the Home Office complaint personnel. Bottom line I'm stuck with open/unusable merchandise at my expense and loss. I've been dealing with this store for years and it is by far one of the worst stores I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Tread carefully when dealing with this establishment.

Terrible experiences every time I pick up. Many mistakes have been made. They are not competant, asking Name and birthdate at least 2 maybe 3 times, the wait is awful, no matter what time I go. I am goung to find another pharmacy!

Walmart - You customers are no picnic.

As a former Walmart associate let me explain a few things to you. 1. Getting mad over *** stuff that is not our fault. We associates do not make the rules, the corporate bigwigs do. We are just forced to enforce them while they sit in their cozy offices and play on the computer all day. Stop getting mad. I am talking to all of you. If a price rings up wrong, and the difference is within reason, there is no need to immediately get all huffy and ill-tempered. We can change it. If it is an outrageous difference then we will check. Got a problem with that then get mad at all of the thieves and scammers that come into the store which causes us to have to suspect everyone and treat everyone the same. There is no way for us to spot a thief. Not all thieves are poor-looking or are minorities or something like that. So we have to treat everyone the same. 2. Nine times out of 10 we are very happy when you say that you are never going to shop in the store again simply because we didn't let you 100% get your way. We would rather all troublemakers just take their business elsewhere. Most of you are just fat trailer trash anyway who spends diddly in our store. Losing your $5 isn't going to upset us in a billion dollar global company. 3. What is on the floor is what we got at the time. While we can order things in the store, we cannot control the trucks. We know at the beginning of the day what we have and what we don't. 4. If you have opened something then don't bother trying to return it. We are not accepting it. Would you like something back that you sold that was already torn open and used?

A medida que mis hijos son bebés ancla y Obama ha prometido me Amnistía decidí tomar sobre mí a visitar walmart por primera vez en años. Bueno, yo fui a conseguir las cosas habituales que siempre me dieron en el mercado español. Tengo mis cosas y me dirigí a la salida. Cuando llegué allí de revisar la cajera negó mis cupones de alimentos diciendo que no fue aceptada la tarjeta. Tuve un ataque y Calle ed el gerente. Él dijo lo mismo que le fue denegado. Estaba tan enojado que me fui a llamar a los servicios de bienestar que lo arregló. No debería haber incluso tuvo que llamarlos. Walmart es muy malo. Son fanáticos también. Porque soy marrón y no un ciudadano de este país. Mi marido y yo colaron en este país hace unos años y trajeron mi familia después de la elección de Obama ya que sabíamos que nos daría la amnistía. Walmart in Las Vegas, Nevada - Out of stock and Customer service problems

I/we shop at Walmart on N. Decatur and also the Walmart next to the Sams on Centennial in Las Vegas NV. which we also shop at frequently. Both the Sams and Walmart on Centennial are much closer to our home. However we are completely disgusted with your constant out of stock situation on some harder to get items like some pet treats. hair care items and dental super floss. I could make a list but I don't think you need it for this location. The location on n. Decatur is somewhat better as is the customer service. The lines at the checkout without exception are extremely long with average wait times of 20 minutes. Please check these issues out as the store is convenient for us. Target is an alternative for us.

An Awesome Experience At Walmart

I posted this to Walmart Consumer Service and would like to post it here as well....... I am writing this to let you know of an exceptional employee you have on staff at the Walmart in Morristown, Tn. location. I received phenomenal customer service from this young girl who went above and beyond what she had to do. The young woman's name is Heather Gonzalez and she was working in the electronics department the evening of 11/20/14 when I went with a Target Ad in hand and expected a price match. She was very kind and she went the extra mile to help me. She assured me that Walmart would match the Target prices. She unlocked the case and took everything out I needed but needed the approval of management for the price match. When she returned from the back she told me she was not allowed to give me the items because Target was out of product online, not in the stores but online. Her public relations that evening were far greater than I have witnessed from many senior management personal. I ask to speak to the manager and explained Walmarts promise to price match, not if it was in stock but to price match if the Ad was brought in. I argued with him that there is no way Walmart has the employees in numbers to call or go on line and see if every item is in stock before doing a price match. He argued back and refused again. He held his smart phone up and flipped through the pages of "out of stock" Targets listed. I ask to speak to a senior manager and was told the same thing. I again explained Walmarts promise and how they have a reputation to up hold with price match and how if you purchase and it goes on sale or you find it cheaper later you can return for money back or a gift card. I explained what they promised and what their obligations were, as well as what the public expected because of these promises. The manager said they had changed the policy as of the night before and said he could not do it. The young lady attempted to help me with her problem solving and input she was allowed to do without over stepping her bounds. The manager told her to go online and if a Target had the item in at that price then she was to give me the Ad match price. This employee, this young lady restored my faith in the Walmart. She was going to do whatever it took to help me because she believed it was the right thing to do. She called two Targets I think and was on the phone for very long periods, she was calm and understanding as well as smiling and friendly. I could not help thinking this is what Walmart needs is more employees like her. It was not because I received my price match but because of the time she took, the genuine caring attitude of this young lady. The care she took to uphold Walmart's reputation and to explain what Walmart does and can do to help people. To explain there had been some bogus Ads come through and Walmart was attempting to be more careful. I had to purchase for birthday presents and it is hard this close to Christmas, and to make it harder it was for little twins. This employee I speak of heard me, understood what I said and cared, did everything she could to help me. I will not forget it anytime soon. I would just like to tell someone there at Walmart and her too if she ever gets to see this that I appreciate the time she took with me, the problem solving she took upon herself to do for a customer to take care of my problem of uphold Walmarts promise. My strong opinion is she is one of your companies greatest assets. If you read this Heather Gonzalez I appreciate the help and the time, I appreciate the feeling you gave me that I was a valued customer and you wanted my business rather than me taking it else where...Glenda
