GREAT VALUE BLACK MULCH IS GARBAGE
Message sent to Wal-Mart June 28.
We purchased 60 bags of this mulch a few weeks ago. We used 42 of them in our front bed and it looked beautiful BUT in one week the bed was filled with thousands of tiny little weeds!!! I spent hours pulling them out and they are still growing! We never had this even when there was just soil in the bed. Mulch is supposed to help control the weeds, not grow them! It seemed like there were seeds right in the mulch. Now we have about 20 bags left and we are afraid to spread the rest for fear we will have the same outcome. We are NOT SATISFIED with this product at all!!
July 1
Received a call responding to my message. Was told that if I returned the unopened bags of mulch with my original receipt, I would receive a full refund for all the bags purchased.
WARNING - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
- Poor quality of product - black garden mulch
Key problem
If you need a key made, do not go to Walmart on Mullan in Post Falls Id.
First dup worked half way, second one not at all, third one not at all. Then I checked my ORIGINAL key and no longer worked.
Went to Ace with a spare key I had and they cut 2 new keys--one to replace my original that Walmart had ruined. Went home and tried out Ace dups and both worked perfectly.
Went to Walmart and talked to elderly supervisor and she kept arguing and would only refund the dup key cost and not the additional 2.00 I had to pay Ace to replace my original. So much for customer service and competence!!!

Lazy Cashier
It’s the JOB of the cashiers at Walmart to bag groceries and then place the bags into a grocery cart for the customers. If you don’t want to do the job you’re being paid for then become a telemarketer or some other worthless drain on society. Let those who want to work have your job!
WASTE OF TIME.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to walmart on 3355 S 27th St, Milwaukee, WI 53215 to purchase ammunation.. Long story short..
I get there and ask for help, Wait 10 minutes... ASKED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE FOR HELP.. Told me to push the assistance button at the desk... I did...
4-5 TIMES MORE... While also waiting about 4-5 minutes in between intervals.. I will never shop at this location again.. I hope it gets demolished..
The location on W greenfield by Miller park is alot better but has a smaller selection... It's very unfortunate. Need new management, New employees, the whole nine yards... I will definitely leave more reviews on MULTIPLE websites...
Should just about let you know how pissed I was.. Wasted my valuable time. I just hope they close this location down.. It barely does any favors anymore..
People think that they're actually saving money.. What a joke.
- Wait at exchange counter 40 mins

On 02/12/18 I purchased several items, one being a large ticket item, a carpet champooer. I saved my receipt in case anything happened during the Warranty time.
I just looked at the receipt and the price and skew number have all disappeared. Why does this happen??

Walmart received script six days ago
Walmart refused to grant refund eventhough I,customer, had receipt.I Was well within time limit.
I originally purchased an Element 39inch Smart Tv on Sept 1,2018.I had tech problems that couldn't be resolved even with tech support. Tech department advised to return TV .
Upon returning TV. a store employee unboxed the Tv and laid it face down on counter for which I asked them to be careful and not damage the screen.I said I didn't handle merchandise that way.The reply was ,we're sending it back anyways. After employee examined the TV and whatever necessary they called over someone else to advise on the return. It was determined by those two that a manager was needed. The manager (Nora) said that the purchase date didn't coincide with some number on the merchandise.
They proceeded to tell me that the TV was purchased on Aug. 24. I said that's impossible as my receipt clearly shows the date being 9/1/2018 and that my bank statement shows it posted on 9/4 as it was a holiday weekend.I said this discrepancy has to be with the packaging or something because this is the merchandise I bought and purchased and it was in this box being returned. I was told with this date and ,what I call a serial number on the merchandise, having a sale date discrepancy ,they would offer a store credit.I declined as I wanted to take my time choosing another television.
The manager said she wasn't comfortable refunding my money and after a few minutes of debate that she was rescinding the store credit offer and that I'm to leave the store or the police would be called.I said then give me the store credit and I'll resolve this with the complaints department for which the manager said no to. I no longer would accept a store credit because of my treatment at this Walmart which is my neighborhood, store for which I frequent often.Several calls to the corporate office of consumer affairs at Walamart was to no avail.I was even instructed to return back to that Walmart to seek a person that was to resolve the problem and give me my refund that turned out to be a wild goose chase. I have bought over the years, several big ticket items from Walmart including TV's. I've never had a problem such as this before and I'm appalled.I advise anyone that would buy a product from Walmart worth a considerable amount of money, please, check your receipt and date at the store and check the serial # on the merchandise to make sure they match. It can potentially save a great big hassle that isn't worth the stress.
I do plan to exhaust every legal effort I can if just for the principal og it. I don't relish being looked at like I'm a crook.
- Until now

Walmart Savings Catcher...
I had accumulated a little over $50 in Walmart Savings Catcher over several months. I logged in yesterday and discovered that amount was only a little over $16. My "lifetime savings" was recorded with the $50 + amount, and apparently a Walmart Pay card had been created for the $16 amount. I have no access to the $50 amount I originally had accrued.
I thoroughly read the Terms of Savings Catcher to see if I had exceeded a time limit or other stipulation to redeem the savings. As far as I can see, there appears to be no reason for this discrepancy.
I'm posting this because It took quite some time to accumulate that amount of money. I am disappointed with Savings Catcher and also wanted let others know of this experience. I am also attempting to contact Walmart through the website, as they direct in Terms and Conditions, and communicate to them this problem.
I will post a response if I receive one.

You are going to be looking for that card for a long time. Sound like you are answering surveys from a scammer looking to grab information grown gullible people.
If you haven't done so already, you should freeze your credit. Answering the scam surveys can give the scammers enough information to open credit account in your name and leave you holding the bill.
If it sounds "Too Good To Be True", then it probably is.
