You are going to be looking for that card for a long time. Sound like you are answering surveys from a scammer looking to grab information grown gullible people.

If you haven't done so already, you should freeze your credit. Answering the scam surveys can give the scammers enough information to open credit account in your name and leave you holding the bill.

OMG THIIIIIS PLACE!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I have this year not walked into the walmart in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga without leaving angry. Today was the last straw though. I shop daily for deals on my daughter, me, my husband, and groceries. No savings will ever be worth all the trouble at this walmart. I now am just not using any Walmart for any of my shopping anymore and using Target, Kohls, and Publix. EVERYTIME I have been in there its always something. Here is some examples... I ordered my daughters first birthday cake at the beginning of this year. My husband went to pick it up...they forgot to make it. He had to show up late for his daughters birthday party and the cake was late. Also they didnt thaw the rainbow cake so we had to use white... I have used in store pick up 3 times. Everrrrytime its suppose to be ready today they cant find it and i have to wait a week till it comes in. When i use inventory on the website to just go pick something up they neeeever have it in stock and cant find it. Does that many people steal there?? Or do they suck at inventory?? I put my daughters layway in for Christmas. I went to cancel it to buy part of it because Target had some of it on sale. They tried to charge me $10. She said it was on my receipt. Luckly I had my receipt. There was no where on my receipt stating that and no one warned me before. I was even buying some of it with what i paid on it. The manager refused to help me until I started calling corporate. Then she told her to give me the money. Then walked off. I'm done. I can't deal with this place anymore.

I agree. Every time I go shopping at Wal-Mart I laugh myself silly at all of the zany characters shopping in their stores.

Guest

One time I was in Wal-Mart in Cheyenne, Wyoming and a Vagrant walked by, their clothes completely covered in dried beige colored paint. They walked past two teen-aged girls and one of the girls exclaimed "Some of These People at Wal-Mart! i Swear!"

Guest

You are just now complaining about the birthday cake your ordered for your daughter's birthday at the beginning of this year which, according to your husband, was not already made when he arrived at the bakery? That happened Many months ago, and your just now complaining about that? Why?

GREAT VALUE BLACK MULCH IS GARBAGE

Walmart - GREAT VALUE BLACK MULCH IS GARBAGE
Walmart - GREAT VALUE BLACK MULCH IS GARBAGE - Image 2

Message sent to Wal-Mart June 28.

We purchased 60 bags of this mulch a few weeks ago. We used 42 of them in our front bed and it looked beautiful BUT in one week the bed was filled with thousands of tiny little weeds!!! I spent hours pulling them out and they are still growing! We never had this even when there was just soil in the bed. Mulch is supposed to help control the weeds, not grow them! It seemed like there were seeds right in the mulch. Now we have about 20 bags left and we are afraid to spread the rest for fear we will have the same outcome. We are NOT SATISFIED with this product at all!!

July 1

Received a call responding to my message. Was told that if I returned the unopened bags of mulch with my original receipt, I would receive a full refund for all the bags purchased.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

How did you loose $240? They said they would give you a refund. As for what is already down, a $15 gallon of round up should solve your problem.

Machele Imf

Buy a container of Roundup, mix it in a sprayer and spray the mulch you put down. Roundup kills everything, not just weeds and grass, so be careful.

Your mistake was in buying mulch from Walmart, which is not known for anything resembling quality. Perhaps a name brand would have been better, but at a higher cost.

Can't win, can we? You can also try a "weed and grass" control product and do the same as with the roundup which works, but slower.

Key problem

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

If you need a key made, do not go to Walmart on Mullan in Post Falls Id.

First dup worked half way, second one not at all, third one not at all. Then I checked my ORIGINAL key and no longer worked.

Went to Ace with a spare key I had and they cut 2 new keys--one to replace my original that Walmart had ruined. Went home and tried out Ace dups and both worked perfectly.

Went to Walmart and talked to elderly supervisor and she kept arguing and would only refund the dup key cost and not the additional 2.00 I had to pay Ace to replace my original. So much for customer service and competence!!!

It’s the JOB of the cashiers at Walmart to bag groceries and then place the bags into a grocery cart for the customers. If you don’t want to do the job you’re being paid for then become a telemarketer or some other worthless drain on society. Let those who want to work have your job!

Some nicer stores that Discerning shoppers go to have cashiers to check you out and someone there just to bag your groceries and take them out to your car for you. Of course, they charge more this, but it is worth paying a few dollars more not to have to go through the whole Wally World Experience.

If a senile person with Alzheimer's Disease or just someone who is half asleep bags something that they though they scanned, but actually didn't scan, they will be stopped as soon as they step outside the door where they will then be led into a back room to wait for the cops to arrive. Then, after the officer takes down all the information, the poor senile person with Alzheimer's disease will be led away in handcuffs, put in the back of a police car, and taken to jail and booked for theft. As luck would have it this would happen on a Friday, so they would have to spend the entire weekend in jail before being able to see a judge who would dismiss the case when the "shoplifter" was arraigned on Monday.

The poor person with Alzheimer's disease would have been too poor to bond of jail and would have been too cuckoo and confused to do so even if they had the resources. They would have been much better off going to the full-service grocery store and having a cashier check them out and a bagger bag their groceries and take them out to the car for them.

Ianna Pbw

Little child, their job is just to bag the items. It is YOUR job to put them in the cart. If you cannot do this because you are too small ask an adult to help reach the items for you.

Guest

Sounds like a pretty lazy customer that can't put their bags in the cart. How are you going to get them in your car or into you house?

Do you expect someone to go home with you and put your groceries away as well? Perhaps you should be shopping on-line and having them delivered to your home but you'll still need to find someone to get them in your house for you.

So, OP, How are you going to get your groceries into your car and into your house? Let us know about that.

The OP is nine years old and does not drive. You can tell his or her age based on their attitude.

I work at one of their competitors as a cashier. I work at the express lane, which is set up the way Walmart manned checkouts are, as well as a regular checkout, which is not set up like the Walmart checkouts are.

The cashier bagging your groceries and putting them in your cart Is a Courtesy, Not a requirement. The same for the grocery store I work at. So, No it is not their Job to do that for Every customer. Since you want to complain about that, send a letter to their Corporate Headquarters stating what you included in your complaint.

Their contact information is found on the internet. Let us know what Corporate tells you.

I went to walmart on 3355 S 27th St, Milwaukee, WI 53215 to purchase ammunation.. Long story short..

I get there and ask for help, Wait 10 minutes... ASKED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE FOR HELP.. Told me to push the assistance button at the desk... I did...

4-5 TIMES MORE... While also waiting about 4-5 minutes in between intervals.. I will never shop at this location again.. I hope it gets demolished..

The location on W greenfield by Miller park is alot better but has a smaller selection... It's very unfortunate. Need new management, New employees, the whole nine yards... I will definitely leave more reviews on MULTIPLE websites...

Should just about let you know how pissed I was.. Wasted my valuable time. I just hope they close this location down.. It barely does any favors anymore..

You are shopping at a self service store. Do you really expect service?

Their employees stock the shelves and customers throw what they want in a cart and go pay for it. Can't be any simpler than that.

Discrimination from employees that do not like their job and like to pick on people

I went to the Walmart on snowheights and Wyoming went straight to the bathroom to wash up because I just have got off work and by the time I got out of the bathroom and went to go get a basket I was approached and told that I needed to leave the store so I asked why and they told me that I was in the bathroom for too long and they had no other answer that I told him no I wasn't going to leave and they said that well they were going to have the cops call and have them escort me off the property and have me arrested since I've been shopping there for years and I'm a valuable customer I have no reason for me to be told this so if I was any of you I would not shop at this Walmart they are discriminatory and then I'll care about their customers

On 02/12/18 I purchased several items, one being a large ticket item, a carpet champooer. I saved my receipt in case anything happened during the Warranty time.

I just looked at the receipt and the price and skew number have all disappeared. Why does this happen??

It happens because it is a scam! That way, when the rare customer tries to claim the warranty, they will be denied because the numbers and information have disappeared, just as they wanted it to when they had it printed up in disappearing ink. I can't believe that people still buy extended warranties, when every consumer reporting agency says that they are a waste of money and not to get them.

Anti CHRISTMAS walmart

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
During a trip to Walmart today 12/2/18, I was speaking with an employee the electronic department, and a front end self serve employee, both of whom said "Happy holidays " to me. I stopped them both and told them to not say "happy holidays ", instead say MERRY CHRISTMAS, to which they both said they hate saying happy holidays too, but are "afraid and fearful" to say MERRY CHRISTMAS for fear of an anti Christmas customer complaining , and they both said they were afraid of Walmart management. I told them both, not to bow down at the feet of political correctness, to stand up, speak up, have some courage and backbone and be the Americans they are, and say what they want, which is MERRY CHRISTMAS. Walmart, which makes their fortune in America, enjoys the freedoms my country prov ou des them, does not have enough gratitude for what my country has given them, to EMBRACE AMERICAN TRADITION, and say MERRY CHRISTMAS. Disgustingly weak behavior on Walmarts part. Disgusting.

Happy Holidays!!

Guest

They say happy holidays because that's what they were told to say if they want to continue to work there. It's that simple...

It's so sad that you feel the need to make yourself feel better by picking on people you think can't retaliate against you. Further, it's Hanukkah and people who adhere to that belief buy @#$# too and don't they don't want to offend a paying customer. In case you didn't know, the bosses care nothing for your Pagan holiday(look up the origins of Christmas) or any other holy day for that matter. They care about the only god they worship $$$.

That said, they want every $$$ in the door they can get and won't offend people with $$$ to spend. My biggest wish is not to put Christ back in Christmas, my wish is to put Christ back in Christian. Soon, you'll stand tall before the man after you die, do you think you'll get a high 5 for being a jerk @ff to some folks just trying to do their part to worship the ultimate god in this nation, the $$$? No, something tells me the God you claim to believe is wants nothing to do with your behavior.

In fact, your holy scrolls tell you how you must act towards immigrants and refugees.

Something tells me once again, you're cherry picking The Word and think you're a true Christian by saying Merry Christmas. Time to re-think your notions of being a Christian before it's too late fool!

Guest

How foolish can you be? There are many people in the country that don't celebrate Christmas but do celebrate other holidays this time of year.

Happy Holidays would be a correct greeting.

Keep in mind that Christianity was brought to this country by immigrants who cheated the original residents of the country out of their land. Unless you are an American Indian you are a descendent of an immigrant or are an immigrant yourself and should look at your attitude towards immigrants who don't celebrate Christian holidays.

Ianna Pbw

I have to agree with you on this one. These immigrants come to live in your country and yet they forbid us from celebrating our holidays.

If the employees are so afraid to say "Merry Christmas" because they want to make us stop celebrating our holidays they should go back to where they came from, shop online, or not shop at all. We should not be forced to stop wishing other's Merry Christmas because of them. It is not just Walmart but everywhere. These people come here for freedom or opportunity, and yet they want us to stop celebrating your Holiday's or wishing people Merry Christmas when they are basically visitors to our country.

Their fault. No one else. They want to live her fine. But let us say Merry Christmas to each other.

If you are offended stay at home, shop online, go back to your country. This is a free country.

We do not stop you from your celebrations and customs, let us enjoy ours. It is not like they are telling the employees to tell people to celebrate Christmas or go to *** Or saying Merry Christmas or got to ***

Where did your ancestors come from?

Guest
reply icon Replying to comment of Ianna Pbw

That's what their bosses tell them to say. If they want to keep getting checks, they will do as they are told.

Further, the so-called pilgrims who landed here were Puritans. They did not celebrate Christmas as they know it's a Pagan holiday with a Christian overlay just as Easter and for that matter Sunday. To convert the Pagans, the Catholic church allowed them to keep their holidays but put a Christian thing on top of them Celebrating the winter solstice became Christmas, Easter, the celebration of spring is another example. Ever wonder why Easter isn't celebrated on the same day?

Thing about it, if we celebrated your death 3 days afterwards, wouldn't it be the same day every year? Easter is a celebration based on the skies... Easter will always be the first Sunday (also of Pagan origins as early Christians only had a 5 day week) after the 1st Full Moon after the 1st Day of Spring.

Sunday is based on an Egyptian and Roman calendar brought to the masses and is now the Gregorian calendar. The ancients worshiped the sun, hence the name SUN's(day).

Trying to force us to use self checkouts.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
At almost 70 years old it is becoming impossible for me to shop at Walmart anymore. I spend over $100 dollars a week at Walmart. It usually takes about one hour to pick out everything I need. Then to go to registers and find there is only one open with a cashier. I just loaded my cart, now I am pushed to unload it, scan the items, and bag them before I am finished. I know I can use the on line shipping but I am not ready for that yet. But thank the Lord there is a Publix and a Food Lion here on the island that will bag my groceries and take them out to my car. I guess if I want good service, I am going to have to pay a little extra but that is ok. Many of my friends and family have decided that Walmart is not so great anymore.

Why would you expect good service at a self service big box store? The reason they can charge less is that they don't hire people to provide the service you want. It's your choice you can save some money and skip the service or go to a full service store and pay a little more.

Guest

I agree with you. I would much rather pay more money to have a nice and pleasant shopping experience.

It doesn't pay to be too cheap. What are your feelings worth? What is your time worth?

Don't you think that you should be treated with respect when you go grocery shopping. They should get rid of the self checkout lanes and replace them with nice and friendly and courteous cashiers.

Machele Imf

Many stores are pushing you to use the self-checkouts in an attempt to cut labor costs. Walmart and Meijer stores are the main culprits in my area and, as a result have lost my business.

There are many other stores I use and will gladly pay a few cents more per item in order to avoid the gross stupidity of stores not having adequate checkout lanes. This arrogance seems to not phase many shoppers as I see them standing like sheep in long lines waiting to pay their money to a store that has such contempt for it's customers. The best thing to do if, after filling your cart you encounter long lines with inadequate cashiers is to just push the loaded cart off to the side and go elsewhere for your groceries.

You have wasted your time, but let them re-stock the cart's contents. It's the point that counts.

Guest

I am older than you, but I never buy groceries at Walmart. You are correct to go to the others you mentioned. Get going.

Stop with the "elder abuse" nonsense. What you described is typical Walmart inefficiency and lack of concern for their customers.

They may very well have been out of your medicine but, instead of informing you of the situation they just ignored you. They may or may not have filled it when they got re-supplied.

You might wish to re-evaluate your use of Walmart pharmacy and go elsewhere. The generic form of Norco is cheap at almost all pharmacies in town.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I originally purchased an Element 39inch Smart Tv on Sept 1,2018.I had tech problems that couldn't be resolved even with tech support. Tech department advised to return TV .

Upon returning TV. a store employee unboxed the Tv and laid it face down on counter for which I asked them to be careful and not damage the screen.I said I didn't handle merchandise that way.The reply was ,we're sending it back anyways. After employee examined the TV and whatever necessary they called over someone else to advise on the return. It was determined by those two that a manager was needed. The manager (Nora) said that the purchase date didn't coincide with some number on the merchandise.

They proceeded to tell me that the TV was purchased on Aug. 24. I said that's impossible as my receipt clearly shows the date being 9/1/2018 and that my bank statement shows it posted on 9/4 as it was a holiday weekend.I said this discrepancy has to be with the packaging or something because this is the merchandise I bought and purchased and it was in this box being returned. I was told with this date and ,what I call a serial number on the merchandise, having a sale date discrepancy ,they would offer a store credit.I declined as I wanted to take my time choosing another television.

The manager said she wasn't comfortable refunding my money and after a few minutes of debate that she was rescinding the store credit offer and that I'm to leave the store or the police would be called.I said then give me the store credit and I'll resolve this with the complaints department for which the manager said no to. I no longer would accept a store credit because of my treatment at this Walmart which is my neighborhood, store for which I frequent often.Several calls to the corporate office of consumer affairs at Walamart was to no avail.I was even instructed to return back to that Walmart to seek a person that was to resolve the problem and give me my refund that turned out to be a wild goose chase. I have bought over the years, several big ticket items from Walmart including TV's. I've never had a problem such as this before and I'm appalled.I advise anyone that would buy a product from Walmart worth a considerable amount of money, please, check your receipt and date at the store and check the serial # on the merchandise to make sure they match. It can potentially save a great big hassle that isn't worth the stress.

I do plan to exhaust every legal effort I can if just for the principal og it. I don't relish being looked at like I'm a crook.

Walmart Savings Catcher...

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I had accumulated a little over $50 in Walmart Savings Catcher over several months. I logged in yesterday and discovered that amount was only a little over $16. My "lifetime savings" was recorded with the $50 + amount, and apparently a Walmart Pay card had been created for the $16 amount. I have no access to the $50 amount I originally had accrued.

I thoroughly read the Terms of Savings Catcher to see if I had exceeded a time limit or other stipulation to redeem the savings. As far as I can see, there appears to be no reason for this discrepancy.

I'm posting this because It took quite some time to accumulate that amount of money. I am disappointed with Savings Catcher and also wanted let others know of this experience. I am also attempting to contact Walmart through the website, as they direct in Terms and Conditions, and communicate to them this problem.

I will post a response if I receive one.
