Walmart Savings Catcher...

I had accumulated a little over $50 in Walmart Savings Catcher over several months. I logged in yesterday and discovered that amount was only a little over $16. My "lifetime savings" was recorded with the $50 + amount, and apparently a Walmart Pay card had been created for the $16 amount. I have no access to the $50 amount I originally had accrued.

I thoroughly read the Terms of Savings Catcher to see if I had exceeded a time limit or other stipulation to redeem the savings. As far as I can see, there appears to be no reason for this discrepancy.

I'm posting this because It took quite some time to accumulate that amount of money. I am disappointed with Savings Catcher and also wanted let others know of this experience. I am also attempting to contact Walmart through the website, as they direct in Terms and Conditions, and communicate to them this problem.

I will post a response if I receive one.

Still no refund

I put in a $74.36 order online. I didn’t pick it up within 6 days. The item was shipped back, and the money was put back on my credit card. I did a live chat, in which the woman didn’t understand English very well. Took a long time to get my message across. She told me I would be refunded within 5 days. Still no refund. I called today, the Wal-Mart system is down. I am to call back in 1 hour. I usually don’t shop Wal-Mart. I will certainly never again! So not worth my time. Not to mention they are holding up my refund so I can buy elsewhere.

It's not their fault that banks take 5 days to process a refund. They can't hold your order there indefinately. Maybe you should try picking your order up, and taking responsibility once in a while?

Poor display

my husband went to Walmart in Colorado springs on chelton this morning and he said when he went down the aisles, the soda and beer looking for odouls, the shelves were almost empty, as were some of the other aisles. not to mention the poor exhibit of the vegetables which were unappetizing especially the cabbages and mushrooms, no comparison to the king soopers and safeway stores, your fish sale is inadequate also as one can't see what they're buying, if you want to please customers, don't hire sloppy people who don't care about us customers but treat their job as though their own family was buying.

What's happening to cucumbers??

2 days ago I bought a cucumber from Walmart, it was on my shelf near some tomatoes, and i just noticed that the cucumber is moldy and semi liquified!! That also happened a few times this summer to some cukes and also a zucchini...

Is anyone else having this issue?? Maybe its the result of *** gmos??

Check the temperature of your refrigerator.

Check your produce when you purchase it. Cucumbers should have a firm feel and mot be mushy.

If after 2 days at home, the cucumber was moldy and semi-liquified it wouldn't have had a firm feel when you purchased it. Take a little time and look over the products you are purchasing before you put them in your shopping cart.

Totally agree. Walmart destroyed an excellent service.

I've been a loyal Walmart customer since they build in our town, but I'll never do my shopping there again. There are other stores that offer weekly savings and I'll start going to stores that appreciate me walking in the door - - and pulling out my wallet.

Same Day Pickup False

I do agree with all the complaints regarding Wal-Mart same day pickup it sucks and the people at the store and Wal-Mart.com CSR don't give a ***

I have placed orders and stated same day pick up at time of purchase and hours later you get a email item delayed. I have received items that I really needed said same day pickup but didn't received until up to 4 or 5 days later with no apology..

Why state same day pickup when you mean4 or 5 days because you don't have item in stock. Wal-Mart.com and local store get a system to check inventory before falsefying and making not so true statements.

Ordered online, shows item in stock with free same-day pickup...yep hours later order is delayed? Go to the store and there is the product sitting on the shelf?

Why did I order it online versus going into the store?.. It was $24 cheaper online!! and they don't price match anymore. So now it's the waiting game for no reason.

Walmart needs to get their heads out of their *** and take care of their customers.

Erie is getting an Amazon distribution center in a few months... this should put Walmart in their place, we will now have one-day delivery on a lot of items that Walmart carries!!

If you are going to the store anyway, just go in and buy what you need. Why waste the time of ordering on line, waiting for the acknowledgement and then going in. Just save some time, get off your computer and go buy it.

Because half the time the product is cheaper online!!! That's why!!!!

You must work at wally world!! If you have money to waste, reply with your address and I would be more than happy to drive to where you live and pick it up. I'm not lazy, even on my days off I'm either at work or working at home. I'm a money saver, that why I have the things I do and I'm not in debt.

I'll retire by the age of 50... can you say the same?

Walmart warranty (not)

Ok so here I sit at walmart to get my battery exchanged and the guy tells me that I have about 1 month left on my warranty and to expect about a 5 to 10 dollar credit BUT the new battery that they are about to install will only be warranted for the 1 month because that's all that's left on the old batteries warranty What the *** You are installing a new 5 year battery He tells me if I want the 5 year warranty I have to buy a new battery straight up and forget about the prorated credit. Now I remember why I hate walmart Crooks !!!!!

I"M HIGHLY disappointed and disgusted with walmart atm. So i went to walmart looking for an algie eater and mosquito fish for my pond.

I went to the store in Buckhorn PA, when inside and Went to the area where they sell a fish. I had found someone and talk to them ask her about the algae eater. Asked her they they would be okay in a pond and if they will winter over well. Well i ended up getting to of them, here to find out they are called plecos.

WHICH is NOT a fish that winters over well at all they will DIE !! they are a warm water fish!!!!! SECONDLY she told me to put the fish right in with my pond koi. ANYONE THAT KNOWS anything about fish knows you need to quarantine them in-cause they have an illness.

telling someone to throw them right in is a great way to kill a couple 1000 dollars worth of koi.

She Kinda gave me an attitude when I said they weren't going into the pond right away which I didn't appreciate. Please make sure your employees at least know a little bit about the items in the section they are working in !

Visa gift card

Purchased a Visa gift card from Walmart. It's backed by a green dot bank. Tried to register the card and it was "unrecognized." Tried to use it and it was continually declined. Tried calling customer service phone number, and no matter what buttons I pushed, I never received the option of talking with a customer service representative. The automated customer service line is simply not set up to allow anyone to talk with a real person, and of course, there is no option to report an "unrecognized" and therefore useless gift card. I wasted $200, but took the card and receipt back to Walmart and though I called daily for a resolution, I never get a straight answer. Nor do I receive my money back. Don't buy these; you'll be throwing away your money. And if you use them as gifts, it's very frustrating to the receiver who may be embarrassed to tell you that the card doesn't work!

Don't Trust a Order to be Filled.

I placed a order while the stock status said 12 in stock. Set to store pickup the next day. Receive a email not to rush to the store as the order was not ready. That was Saturday 11-24. So 11-27 no new email. I go online only to see the order cancelled. I do a Live Chat. All the associate could do was apologize for the inconvenience. However asked for all of my information and when I asked for something as simple as a product number or bar code for a store to look up, they don't have the product information. So again, what is the Customer Service Chat for? To apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciated the apology however I wanted help with the order. Received none. However while still online, Walmart states the product is available. I honestly believe that they want you to order which takes you off the market just in case they do get the product in some day. Because you only receive the first email, then you have to go into your account to check the status. The order system with Walmart needs to take lesson's from Amazon.

This is the third time I have bought a $100.00 gift card plus $5.44 purchase fee. I bought these to use on line and in order to do that you need to register them. Every time I try to register them I get a parameter missing error. None of the information highlights and I have double checked everything. I think these cards should be pulled from the sales floor. I have tried the 866-633-**** number and all I get is a recording to do the same things I have tried over and over. I'm now going to put on FB not to buy any Walmart gift cars and I'm going to call Walmart customer service and see if they will pull the gifts cards until someone can find out what is going on.

Tried to cancel prior to shipping out the day of purchase and did not receive any response. When received found the garment was poorly constructed and did not fit well.Contacted the seller who is a third party seller through Walmart, their reply, “ Is there any chance if you could give it to others , and we could issue you the partial refund as a discount , Is it fine for you ?” I said no and repeatedly went back and forth that I was trying to make a simple return.

I then contacted Walmart who said I would be followed up with a day later,that did not happen.

I am extremely disappointed with how Walmart and their online sellers do business. I DO NOT recommend purchasing any of their items online.

I contacted customer service at least 10 times speaking with many representatives but none were able to help without an account number. I purchased a WalmartMoneyCard preloaded with $40. I went outside to register the card but the internet on my smartphone was unstable so I decided to do it at home. When putting the packaging in my pocket I must have accidentally dropped the card itself somewhere because when I got home I realized the card was gone. The store clerk recommended contacting the customer service department which makes deems the receipt I was given worthless. I spent two hours contacting customer service hoping someone could help but no one could do anything without an account number.

Walmart Money Card is no good, cause my card was lost. Plus my deposit was on there and they will not refund my money.

So I advise no one to purchase one at all.

Do not waste your time on that. Choose someone else that is better off.

I changed the due date on my Walmart credit card only to find out I was slammed with an interest charge on the closing date. Fine, but why did they use my credit line to pay it putting me over my limit and causing an additional charge. The person I spoke to Laughed at me saying, well, that's what happens when you deal with a credit card company. I told him I was closing my account due to high-interest rates. He then said, since I wanted to close my account, they will put it up for REVIEW whatever that means. These store cards are a ripoff, you can never pay it down. He said just pay the balance off and laughed. I had this happen to me before by this rip off company. Please, whatever you do, don't get a credit card from these folks. Their cavalier attitude is the last thing you want to hear while you are suffering because of their tactics. Allthey care about is the bottom line

JUDGE JUDY SHOULD SETTLE ALL OF THESE WAL-MART COMPLAINTS!

I think that every one of these pissed off consumer complaintants and wal-mart big-wigs should all appear before Judge Judith Sheindlin (Judge Judy) to have their cases against Wal-Mart settled there. She would be able to tell the frivulous and fraudulent complaints against the real acts of foul by Wal-Mart and she would put everyone in their place who wouldn't behave. As the big poster on my wall of beautiful Judge Judy Says "I WILL HAVE ORDER!"
