Resolved: Walmart - Account Review from Chicago, Illinois
Went to Walmart on 10-27. Spent $50.08. They charged my account 3 times. I have called the store they said there was nothing they could do and told me to call the 800 number. Talked to a guy who passed me off to another dept. they are saying they didn't charge my account but once. My account says otherwise. The guy hung up on me. My kids don't get dinner seeing as how they wiped my account out and refuse to fix it. All I can say is *** Walmart. I'll NEVER shop there again
Ordered Trampoline online 10/16/2014, money taken out of my account of course, original delivery date was 10/20/2014, then I received email that said 10/25/2014, then receive message stating its going to be at store site on 10/27/2014, no message stating its there on...View full review

Twice I have entered a receipt and the receipt number had an extra number after the receipt number. It comes back my receipt as invalid. And it is when the amount is close to $200.

I counted 64 people in line and 3 cashiers open at the walmart on East Washington St. Indianapolis In. It was not just one time it is everytime I go there. I will no longer darken the door step of Walmart. Yours truly New Meijer Customer

Walmart in Idaho - In-store pickup service is badly broken
I ordered a part online, received notice that it was available for pickup, and experienced what can only politely be called a broken business service. After being directed to the pick-up counter at the back of the store, I arrived to find a gentleman waiting in front of an empty counter and assumed he was being helped by someone in the back. After a couple of minutes, he asked if I was there to help him and I advised no. After another few minutes, one of several employees who had been marching by (apparently to an employee break room or locker room) stopped and asked if we'd been helped. We replied "no" and she pressed a touchscreen on a card reader and said that someone from Electronics would be by shortly. After another 5 minutes, someone else stopped and asked if we'd been helped and again after answering "no", she said we needed to press the touchscreen, which had already been done. Another 5 minutes, and the original helper asked if we had been helped, and again the answer was no. After more investigation by her, first one, then two, three and finally four employees became engaged in an animated 10 minute conversation, deciding how to operate or interpret the info on the computer screen, where to find the 1st customer's item (on the floor, or in the back), mutually agreeing this was a difficult task, and finally summoning someone who apparently had actually done this before, who was able to retrieve packages for us. There had been a woman with a cane behind me for 20 minutes, who I let go ahead of me. She announced "my father had a phrase for this situation that I can't use in polite company, but it began with 'cluster'". That was the one valuable moment of a wasted 40 minutes. Please get your cluster together, Walmart.
Walmart did not honor their service plan.
I bought a cromecast device from walmart along with the extended plan "asurion" just incase. Well the device did fall apart during simple use, the part that plugs into the HDM1 spot on the tV came apart when trying to unplug it. So I followed all the instrutions, I did get the prepaid lable right away and all was going good, prpompt email and comunication, until it was 2 months I checked on my claim and the status was "in process" even though their last email said the card would be to me in two weeks, I emailed them got no response, I checked again about a week later, and my account was no where to be found, as if I had never registered my product, and then it was 4 months and no replacement/walmart gift card to be percise. I just filed a complaint with the BBB.

Walmart in Swift Current, Saskatchewan - Filter shortage
I bought the zero water system from Walmart and love it, the water in my town from the tap is very poor tasting, this system has made the water taste super, as for the complaints others have I am not understanding because I have never experienced that and have gone through multiple pitchers already with no issues. I have to change out the filter every 3 weeks or so but that is the price you pay for a town with *** water. My only issue is trying to get the filter at Walmart in my town, these guys do not have enough stock on hand and I need a filter, my thoughts are if you are the ones that stock and sell these things then bloody well have the inventory on hand for your customers when they need it. I won't buy children's pants from Walmart . They smell like a chemical. America needs to wake up and stop being cheap and make everything in USA. I believe there synthetic THANKS CHINA AND OTHER COUNTRIES. U SUCK....
Money Redemption Review
My so called money saved has been redeemed twice and not by me. Keep goin back to a zero balance and I have yet to use it use. Disappointed but not surprised .
