I was an employee at 0059 Joplin, MO. I would like to say Walmart LIES, CHEATS, and ABUSES their associates. My experience at that store was horrible down to be harassed by a member of management and nothing was done about it. Accused of something I never did. This Walmart actually did me a favor and I for one will NEVER want to work for this company again. Associates deserve respect and should be listened to.

DC Cable not working. DVD was purchase in august 2014 with the warranty service plan. I went to Walmart today they say the DVD 15 days warranty has expire but that I can call the service plan. ok, I did call the svs plan today they said everything ok but that is not their responsability that I have to call the MFG. OK, so I did call the MFG. well, guess what, they said that they will only cover the DVD If bad but not the cable, that I have to purchase a new cable myself. oh, boy so much for a service plan.

We are getting fed up with having to wait so long in your lines to check out. This is going in at all your Wal-Mart stores. Your self check out don't work half the time (why can't you have self checkouts like at Sams. They work) we soend like $400 a week with you guys. I am going to have to start shopping somewhere else. Takes to long to get checked out in your stores. Most everyone in this town is fed up.

We are senior citizens and took a small microwave back to Wal- Mart in Onalaska WI. We had it for about 6 weeks to fine out now only the clock works, yes we did throw the box away and I am very good at keeping receipts but lost this one. Costumer service told us to go get another one off the shelf but the where all out on the shelfs, 4ways and end caps. So they would not take it back. I asked them to please look in the stockroom or on the telzon they refused to make any effort to help us. Now we have no microwave and no money to buy a new one, we could not get our money back. Very unfriendly people.

I shopped on Walmart.com. Paid for the item, after 6 weeks I had to call and cancel because of delivery error. I asked for my money back but Walmart never refund the money. Now it has been almost 2 months, no marchandise is recieved no refund either. It seems like ripe off to me. The item was a king size bed worth $277.55 that I suppose to pick up from Danbury CT store. The problem is, I called the customer service several time asking for my money back, but no one seems to care. What's the deal please?
