Extremely bad experience with walmart.ca

I ordered a magic bullet and a 39" TV from walmart.ca on Sept 22. They shipped me two magic bullets two days later (the full amount of one bullet and one TV was charged). I called customer service and was told my case would be referred to the escalation team and I was told that I would receive a call in 3- 7 business days. I asked why it would take so long and I was told that they were extremely busy (???). I tried to be patient, but no one called. 7 days later I called again and there was still no resolution. I told them I would not be paying my credit card while hoping that walmart would still deliver the TV. I said there should have been ample time to resolve that and the girl told me to wait and it would be delivered. I asked when and she said she wouldn't know. I told her that's exactly the problem with walmart.ca. Customer service has not received any acknowledgement from shipping/warehouse that the mistake was made and would resolve it asap. I finally told them I have had it and I don't want the TV anymore. No more ordering from walmart.ca. I have wasted a lot of time talking to customer service which cannot do anything. They can only send emails to escalation team....

Walmart - Customer Service Calls Review

I was in the Walmart store & after 3 phone calls to customer no service & nearly 15 minutes I was still waiting for someone to come cut some fabric for me. Needless to say, I was furious & left without buying fabric. Also, I found empty shelves where several items I had intended to buy should have been. After that bad experience I now intend to shop at Bi-Mart & Winco.

Standing in line to pick up medicine is to difficult for disabled people. The pharmacy would run much more efficiently if they went back to the take a number system.

i try to bring in my diabetic supplies but they treat it as a back pack and expect me to surrender the supplies and when i refuse the guards at wal mart practically start a fight with me to try to get me too surrender said supplies i might remind everyone of the ADA which allows people to bring in outside supplies even if inside a pouch, container or other bag as needed for diabetic supplies is not the same as a backpack in any way i have fought with wal mart for the last time and am now considering a lawsuit against them for discrimination of diabetics i am not the only one whit this condition that i have found this has happened to so clearly wal mart discriminates

My boyfriend and I have been avid shopper's of Walmart for years. We always enjoyed their low prices and the SavingsCatcher app that recently came out is great. My boyfriend always purchased gun and fishing accessories from them and we've never really had any complaints. However, we recently had a situation where his card was compromised. Someone was able to get into his online WalMart account and tried to purchase three X-Box Live subscriptions at $60.00 a piece. When my boyfriend called to have this situation rectified, he was told that since the product was digital and already emailed to someone (we don't know what email was used) that they could not refund it. Luckily, only one of the three $60.00 charges actually went through and the other two were stopped as suspicious activity. The real issue is that the Walmart customer service representative refused to refund the money. We don't even own an X-Box! My boyfriend then asked what email was used when the purchase was made and they refused to tell us that too for "security reasons". They obviously thought we purchased the X-Box Live subscription, but they wouldn't tell us the email address used, that makes a lot of sense (not really). We ended up challenging the charge with our bank and did get our $60.00 back, but Walmart made it a huge hassle. Needless to say, we don't shop at Walmart nearly as often anymore and my boyfriend no longer gives them money for his recreational activities. Sad thing to lose prospectively thousands of dollars a year from a customer over a $60.00 charge that could've easily been fixed.

This promotion is a gimmick! They give 72 hours to "check stores" then they wait over a week to say your receipt is invalid and/or the date! The contact us on the website is a joke! Noone responds back! They take your hard earned money.....pick and choose what they want to consider your "savings" as. No high price items. Why even have this then? No ads ,buy one get one, no electronics, etc. A full investigation needs to be done! We`re lured to shop in hopes of saving but in actuality we`re not saving anything.......just false hope! Horrible way to do business Walmart!

Walmart in Clovis, California - Was treated like ***!!!!!!!!

Checked out but forgot a produced on the counter. When I went back to pay for the product, the guard at the door wouldn't let me back in!! He called on his radio, to let me back in, to pay for what I forgot. THE PERSON YELLED INTO THE WALKIE TALKIE, (WHAT SHE LEFT THE STORE AND DIDN'T PAY FOR IT) Mind you that (I) the customer is trying to do the Right thing by going back to pay for the product. I'm not that kind of person, I pay for the things I need, to be treated like dirt. And I have heard other people getting treated like that from this store!!!! They will not go back to the that store. The store 323 W Shaw Clovis Ca . I'm another person that will not be back its bad enough that this same store double scans products. And treats customer like dirt when I have called and communicate what happened they are rude about it. Punish the customer for doing the right thing WOW.
