Walmart in Lithonia, Georgia - Customer Service Is A Joke

You would think that Wal-Mart would have gotten the word by now on how dissatisfied customers are with customer service. It doesn't matter what store you go in here in Georgia, you will always find the same thing. Lines of customers in only a few check out lanes open. This is not just a coincidence, this is a Wal-Mart business plan. They line the front of these stores with 15 or so check out lanes and never have enough open to handle the crowd of shoppers. It is time for us consumers to fight back and take our business else where.

Walmart in Shallotte, North Carolina - Customer service rep was a trouble maker!

My daughter and I had to go to Walmart to cash her check and do some shopping! The customer service rep was too busy tattling on another employee for not wearing her Walmart vest! What should have only taken 5 mins of our time took 10 to15 mins. When her check finally got cashed she and I walked over to the jewelry counter,there was no one around to assist us. After asking a clerk for help getting help and waiting another 25 mins a women slowly makes her way taking her own sweet time getting to the counter to assist us. I guess the only thing you really need to know to work at Walmart is how to say (Not My Department!) this store is not only lacking helpful employees it is also lacking proper management! I hate shopping and if it can be helped, I don't.

Walmart - Customer Service Review from Hudson Falls, New York

I live in Monticello New York I absolutely despise the Walmart you have here it is 1120 there is one register open with your employees walking all over the store playing on their cell phones and talking in the aisles this place is repulsive it's dirty and you guys should be ashamed of yourself to even call this a Walmart branch I tried to take a picture but I was informed by somebody that I'm not allowed to take pictures because it is like taking pictures in somebody's home I will drive my happy *** to either Honesdale Pennsylvania or Middletown New York from now on instead of dealing with this disgusting repulsive store because they don't know what customer service is they sit there watch a standing online giggling everybody's on lunch or outside smoking cigarettes and I promise you I will make sure that everybody knows about it

Walmart - Redesign of Parking Lot

I was shocked when I drove into the newly paved and redesigned paring lot at Walmart in Winnsboro, SC today. Right at the front, several previously handicapped parking places where marked off in diagonal yellow lines and one handicapped place was marked where there should have been at least three or four spaces . This is a huge inconvenience to customers and a complete waste of good parking spaces that are desperately needed for handicapped customers. It is truly an outrage, and I sincerely hope that you will consider a redesign on these spaces! Many older people complained as we walked through the parking lot.

I was SO shocked that Walmart routinely charges $12.99 for each box of Keurig cups, while my local Food Lion has them on sale for $6.99, (regular price $9.98) Seriously? When I bought boxes of Starbucks Pike Roast Keurig cups at my local grocery store I paid almost HALF! Walmart is overcharging by $6 when a regular grocery chain is still making a profit while charging so much less!? Shame on Walmart (whom I usually love). How disappointing! I had always assumed that Walmart's price is always lower for everything and did all my shopping there. Sadly, no more.

Walmart - Online orders have been lost in the delivery process without any update

I ordered the same items from walmart.com twice and both orders were lost in the delivery process for no reason and I got no update at all. They just canceled my orders and asked me to order it online again after many many phone conversation and lots of waiting time and tell me nothing else. I am very disappoint with Walmart.com's service culture. They are a giant but they don't care any customer's incomplete orders. When customer called, they just canceled the order... man, what kind of customer service culture? As a customer, I order the item online because I need that. Canceled the customer's order just resolve their process issue but not do anything for customers. I got two contiguous cases and I am very frustrating with Walmart's customer service culture. Walmart's customer service is only care about how many cases they closed without any quality. No customer satisfaction survey follow it up because they don't really care about customer's feedback.

Prattville Al 1 lane open 10 customers waiting in line with full carts it's uncomfortable and it's frustrating . Customers on their phone calling customer service. Employees are rude!!

Walmart - Stolen Shopping Cart Review

I had my shopping cart of goods taken away while I turned my back and walked 10 feet up an aisle to grab look at a product on the shelf. In my cart was a small bag with my medication and wallet. I shopped all afternoon for that stuff. I'm a guy and don't enjoy shopping too much. It took me at least another hour and half to finish, and did still not even have half of what I came there to get, what I had in the cart before. I still have not heard anything about my wallet or medications that went missing that day...... I think about it and if I did that, I would be prosecuted, charged, end up in court and all

Walmart in Hurst, Texas - Higher managment at the store is too insulated to deal with pricing issues

I picked up a computer game from an endcap in electronics that had a 15.98 price point on the display. I work in retail so I know how merchandise can be misplaced by other customers. The issue is besides the other games on the endcap the one I was to purchase had duplicate copies of the same game on the endcap. I placed the game in my cart along with my other purchases including grocery items. Since the store I shop at has self checkout, and due to this they minimally staff the full service lanes. I proceeded to self checkout to complete my purchases. When I scanned the game from the 15.98 endcap it rang up as 39.99 at the self checkout. After I alerted the self checkout attendant of the price discrepancy they said I would have to return to the electronics department to get the price verified. The attendant told me they would have to void my transaction and put my items aside until I get the price issue corrected. When I returned to the electronics department I searched for an employee, I found one after 15 minutes of searching. After explaining the price discrepancy to the employee for the game I selected on the endcap for the 15.98 price, the employee took the game to the register to do a price check and said its 39.99. I explained clearly the items were stocked in the wrong place, and there were multiple copies of the same game on the endcap. I should get the game for the 15.98 price, its not my fault the store made the mistake. Then the employee said they would have to call a CSM to handle the situation, so I waited another 20 minutes on the CSM to show up after multiple pages. Tired of waiting I said lets just go to customer service and deal with this pricing issue there. After going to customer service the employee said to the customer service employee I want the item for 15.98 and it scans for 39.99. After I heard that I told the employee at customer service the situation about multiple copies of the game on the endcap under the 15.98 price, and I would like it for that price as displayed. The employee called a CSM to customer service, so I wait again. After another 15 minutes, a CSM shows up, and says, they cannot approve that price it requires a salaried member of management. I said, okay so let me talk to that person, another 20 minutes goes by because they told me that manager was on break. When the salaried member of management shows up, I again explained the pricing discrepancy. They then said the lowest they could sell the item is half price. At this point after stating my argument several times, I just gave in and paid the half price for the item. Then I went back to the self checkout to purchase my additional items, and they had a shift change. All of my items I wanted to purchase had been put back!! I see it like this, Walmart insulates their upper management, and makes the customer wait purposely so they just give up on a pricing issue and either pay it or leave completely. I have written walmart about the poor customer service in this situation and have had NO response. I am in management with retail, and if its a true mistake in pricing and its clearly our fault as is was in this situation at walmart we will fix it right then and there to make the customer happy, we don't make you wait over an hour to take care of the customer
