Prattville Al 1 lane open 10 customers waiting in line with full carts it's uncomfortable and it's frustrating . Customers on their phone calling customer service. Employees are rude!!
Walmart - Stolen Shopping Cart Review
I had my shopping cart of goods taken away while I turned my back and walked 10 feet up an aisle to grab look at a product on the shelf. In my cart was a small bag with my medication and wallet. I shopped all afternoon for that stuff. I'm a guy and don't enjoy shopping too much. It took me at least another hour and half to finish, and did still not even have half of what I came there to get, what I had in the cart before. I still have not heard anything about my wallet or medications that went missing that day...... I think about it and if I did that, I would be prosecuted, charged, end up in court and all
Walmart in Hurst, Texas - Higher managment at the store is too insulated to deal with pricing issues
I picked up a computer game from an endcap in electronics that had a 15.98 price point on the display. I work in retail so I know how merchandise can be misplaced by other customers. The issue is besides the other games on the endcap the one I was to purchase had duplicate copies of the same game on the endcap. I placed the game in my cart along with my other purchases including grocery items. Since the store I shop at has self checkout, and due to this they minimally staff the full service lanes. I proceeded to self checkout to complete my purchases. When I scanned the game from the 15.98 endcap it rang up as 39.99 at the self checkout. After I alerted the self checkout attendant of the price discrepancy they said I would have to return to the electronics department to get the price verified. The attendant told me they would have to void my transaction and put my items aside until I get the price issue corrected. When I returned to the electronics department I searched for an employee, I found one after 15 minutes of searching. After explaining the price discrepancy to the employee for the game I selected on the endcap for the 15.98 price, the employee took the game to the register to do a price check and said its 39.99. I explained clearly the items were stocked in the wrong place, and there were multiple copies of the same game on the endcap. I should get the game for the 15.98 price, its not my fault the store made the mistake. Then the employee said they would have to call a CSM to handle the situation, so I waited another 20 minutes on the CSM to show up after multiple pages. Tired of waiting I said lets just go to customer service and deal with this pricing issue there. After going to customer service the employee said to the customer service employee I want the item for 15.98 and it scans for 39.99. After I heard that I told the employee at customer service the situation about multiple copies of the game on the endcap under the 15.98 price, and I would like it for that price as displayed. The employee called a CSM to customer service, so I wait again. After another 15 minutes, a CSM shows up, and says, they cannot approve that price it requires a salaried member of management. I said, okay so let me talk to that person, another 20 minutes goes by because they told me that manager was on break. When the salaried member of management shows up, I again explained the pricing discrepancy. They then said the lowest they could sell the item is half price. At this point after stating my argument several times, I just gave in and paid the half price for the item. Then I went back to the self checkout to purchase my additional items, and they had a shift change. All of my items I wanted to purchase had been put back!! I see it like this, Walmart insulates their upper management, and makes the customer wait purposely so they just give up on a pricing issue and either pay it or leave completely. I have written walmart about the poor customer service in this situation and have had NO response. I am in management with retail, and if its a true mistake in pricing and its clearly our fault as is was in this situation at walmart we will fix it right then and there to make the customer happy, we don't make you wait over an hour to take care of the customer

Walmart in Langley, British Columbia - Terrible customer service
I went to buy denta sticks at my local walmart, the sign said, on an end cap, that it was 11.98 but I was charged 15.98. Went to customer service told them about it they sent someone to do a price check, she took a while to look for the treats (They were on an end cap in plain sight) and came back to tell me i didnt know what I was talking about and treated me like I was blind! Telling me that no the only ones she could find were 15.98. I gave them back and got my money back as I was not impressed, went back to the end cap to check myself and they were infact 11.98. I have picture proof of it being 11.98 I am not impressed with the service and the sign clearly needs to be changed if they isnt the real price

Walmart - Untimely Service, and Rearranged store wasting my time hunting!
Walmart has no business acumin nowadays! A young National in Tiajuana Mexico could teach them how to run a business! America has gone to a Service oriented society? Where's the Service? Walmart underpays their employees, hires too few of them, and generally causes the customer a lot of grief while shopping in their store! Walmart is really at the bottom of the list in customer service compared to similar business in competition with them. Walmart is not a good neighbor! They wipe out all their attaboys, with their bad customer relations! Customers should not darken Walmart's doors! Also an Employee should be paid a fair days wages, for a fair days work, of at least $20.00 an hour! Anything less is starvation wages at todays prices, for instance at WALMART!

Walmart in Hot Springs, Arkansas - Highest prices in town
Went to Walmart to get some Sandisk memory sticks and found them to be 3.48 higher than Best Buy store on a 10.00 item. The price on shelf was not marked so had to get a price check in Electronics Department but they had to send me to another dept. because he was too last to do it. I find a lot of items in all departments not marked. Walmart prices are not competitive anymore. I will not go back to Electronics anymore. Customer Service at Walmart thirty years ago was the best. Today it is the WORST.
The csm at mineral wells , texas walmart Kim, is very mean and rude towards customers all the time- i know i work there! And she gets away with it! Sometimes i feel sorry for the people she mistreats young or disabled she dosnt care!
Walmart - Double Charge Review
I shopped at Walmart in farmingdale ny on Sunday my bill came up to 509.00 I thought that it was too much but the lines were long so I checked the reciept on the way home. I had been doubled billed by 49.00 I went back to the store really who buys two of the exact waffle makers and two of the same pants they were real nice and gave me my money back. To my surprise I got home and checked the bill again and the cashier scaned my bath rug and he asked me how many towels I had I told him 10 and he charged me for 10 more rugs at 14.99 instead of charging me for the towels at 6.00 each I had to go back to the store and get another refund for 81.00 they were nice of course because they were really wrong and they had the nerve to give me a 20.00 gift card they should have given me my order free in fact doubled my refund I shop a Walmart all the time and I have to travel to it I do not have a store in my town please contact me at 516 610-9564 my name is Schnelle

I went to walmart in Oakland (Edge water) ,Ca I want to buy 60 inch tv I ask one of the employee in the pick up department she said asked her manager I waited for 1/2 hour and then suddenly there is a guy chatting on the phone all these time with his native language . Then I ask the same girl again how long its gonna be she said waiting for that same guy was on the phone with his gf or something. I were pissed . I walk out the store went to Best Buy got me the same tv within 5 minutes . I never walk back to that *** walmart ever . They should fire that manager In Electronic department bad service just pay him then telll him stay home

The Walmart store in effingham ILLINOIS sucks was I lawn and garden the check printer messed up the cashier paged for a manager for help about 20 minutes still no one would come help I walked up to front of store to find some one finally somebody also its so hot in this store you can't by any candy its almost melted the checker are slower than snails all those check out lanes what's up with not using the check outs that would help customers get out of that hot store I guess its cold where ever the control for ac is for effingham Illinois store I will no longer shop at this store until Walmart store main office can get this store cooler people have the right to be able to shop in a nice cool place on hot days over the last couple years this store has become a dump nobody wants to help each out I can't believe my mother worked there as long as she did before she retired
