Walmart - Double Charge Review

I shopped at Walmart in farmingdale ny on Sunday my bill came up to 509.00 I thought that it was too much but the lines were long so I checked the reciept on the way home. I had been doubled billed by 49.00 I went back to the store really who buys two of the exact waffle makers and two of the same pants they were real nice and gave me my money back. To my surprise I got home and checked the bill again and the cashier scaned my bath rug and he asked me how many towels I had I told him 10 and he charged me for 10 more rugs at 14.99 instead of charging me for the towels at 6.00 each I had to go back to the store and get another refund for 81.00 they were nice of course because they were really wrong and they had the nerve to give me a 20.00 gift card they should have given me my order free in fact doubled my refund I shop a Walmart all the time and I have to travel to it I do not have a store in my town please contact me at 516 610-9564 my name is Schnelle

Walmart - Unhelpful Employees Review from Oakland, California

I went to walmart in Oakland (Edge water) ,Ca I want to buy 60 inch tv I ask one of the employee in the pick up department she said asked her manager I waited for 1/2 hour and then suddenly there is a guy chatting on the phone all these time with his native language . Then I ask the same girl again how long its gonna be she said waiting for that same guy was on the phone with his gf or something. I were pissed . I walk out the store went to Best Buy got me the same tv within 5 minutes . I never walk back to that *** walmart ever . They should fire that manager In Electronic department bad service just pay him then telll him stay home

Walmart - Store Condition Review from Tampa, Florida

The Walmart store in effingham ILLINOIS sucks was I lawn and garden the check printer messed up the cashier paged for a manager for help about 20 minutes still no one would come help I walked up to front of store to find some one finally somebody also its so hot in this store you can't by any candy its almost melted the checker are slower than snails all those check out lanes what's up with not using the check outs that would help customers get out of that hot store I guess its cold where ever the control for ac is for effingham Illinois store I will no longer shop at this store until Walmart store main office can get this store cooler people have the right to be able to shop in a nice cool place on hot days over the last couple years this store has become a dump nobody wants to help each out I can't believe my mother worked there as long as she did before she retired

Walmart in Sugar Land, Texas - Blatant shoplifting

Was in line paying for groceries when a 30 something man walk up to cashier with 3 items in his hand and asks for a bag. The cashier let him put his items in a bag and he walked out of the store. The items were clearly not paid for....the cashier said people do that all the time and Walmart doesn't care. He said people walk out with carts full of things everyday. The people at the doors are busy visiting with each other and aren't really paying attention to what is going on...it is a joke! They must all be covering for each other. Also, an associate was walking around smoking an electric cigarette, really, is that allowed? A bad example for the children in the store and very disrespectful to everyone else.

Price Match Review

The prices that the item is over or in is not the prices that the register rings up. This is cheating the custom. I have had this experience more than 5 times. The excuse the mangement gives is the other customers put them there. They want you to check a bar code. I don't think so !!!! and do not want you to get it at that price.

Walmart - Manager Review

Their greeters are profiling consumers, after shopping their I am asked by one of their greeters to see my receipt after I see a white customer walk out without even being asked to show theirs. This is harrasment, I can shop anywhere else and not have to go through this. I don't feel comfortable or welcomed as a customer. Why would they need to look at your receipt. They have security teams as well as cameras and security tags. Only after I asked to speak with his manager was I allowed to leave with no further issues. Walmart needs to get rid of their greeters, they serve no purpose but to harass customers by profiling them and drive them off.

It is becoming ridiculous going to Wally World! In the last 10 years I have lived in 5 different states. VA, NC, TX, MD, and now Orlando, FL. No matter what state I am in I have noticed a trend when it comes to Walmart. Each store you visit, will have atleast 25 or more lanes for you to check out. However only 6 to 8 of those lanes are actually open and manned why is this? The lines are outrageous. I timed it once and for 22 items I ended up waiting in line for almost an hour and a half! The funny thing is my nieces and nephews and a few friends have applied to various walmarts here in Orlando, FL and never get a callback...................it appears to me that they could use all of the help they can get. A couple of years ago, I saw a special on 60 minutes about Walmart in China...............wow what a big difference. All of there lanes were staffed (even if there were no customers in the lines, the cashier stood in the aile next to there station waiting for customers. On to of that, the entire cashier staff literally clapped everytime a customer stepped foot into the store. Walmart should be ashamed of itself!

I put a order at walmart.com and and it said free shipping on order fifty dollars or more so i'm like OK this is cool I can get every thing I need sent to my home since I don't have my car at this moment placed the order after my card was authorized about five day later I get an email saying that part of my order is delayed. so ok i'm like no problem i'll just order another brand of the same product I was seeking to buy online. mind you I've also ordered using site to store pick up after they've charged my credit card I get an email once again from this walmart.com saying my order has been cancelled because they can't find the item i'm looking to buy my issue with that is don't wait and charge my credit/debit card and the say oh we don't have that item then i'm inconvienced because I have to wait 7-10 days before my money reaches my credit card or debit card. I certainly would not recommend walmart.com because they are slow at delivery the value is not worth it. they also have other marketers you can buy from them so I paid 10 dollars for shipping for a one gallon container of carpet shampoo. my this is ten bucks I could have went to target or kmart somewhere one line and got pretty much some of the same items and had it much much faster. so I would not I say I would not recommend walmart.com or walmart site to store IT SUCKS

On Sep 15th, I bought three tablets on walmart.com and chose to pick them up in store. However, I waited it for two weeks. The status of the order is still processing, so I can not cancel it online by myself. At first, I sent them an email to cancel it because i don't want to wait, because I can buy from some other store. They asked me to call the store to cancel. Then I did. The person in the store told me to do it online or contact the customer service. I did that, too. I called the customer service, and their respond is that they can not do that. That is interesting. Today I called them again. When I told them what i wanted, and also I asked why they can not cancel it by phone. The representative just cut me off. I felt so angry that I even did not want to say anything. I felt I was hurt by them and from now on I won't buy from walmart any more. I promise.
