Walmart in Waipahu, Hawaii - EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE WITHOUT A RECEIPT

My brother bought a $80 Boost Kyrocera cell phone from Walmart in Royal Kunia. Not even a week after, he finds that the phone is not working properly. He wants to exchange it but cant find his receipt. By calling in, my brother is told that he can exchange by knowing the purchase date & register he went to. He goes in with ease of mind & is helped by the same guy who gave info. Jack from Royal Kunia store teases my brother & tells him he can't return w/out receipt. Why did Jack waste my brothers time?

You need to get mommy or daddy to read the coupon for you to see if it is valid, no need to throw a fit because they did not accept your invalid coupon.

Walmart - Assistant manager&no air conditioning in store

it is not very professional for a managerto get in a venders face and say that they cant use a shopping cart to do their job.why aren't the vendors not allowed to use carts in thetors.they have been able to use them for a long time. the stores are very hot inside the stores.you can work up a sweat fast in the stores.sometimes the vendorsdonthave enough merchandise to use a rocket cart unless they are doing revisions in te stores. mr sam wouldn't be vry happy with the attitudes of the management now of days.

Walmart in Carbondale, Illinois - One bag of turkey, tons of problems

First off I live in Carbondale, Illinois for for school. I am a student so money is tight and I split a apartment will other students. We all share appliances such as the refrigerator, stove, exc. So, yesterday I went to Walmart in Carbondale, IL on east Main Street. While I was shopping I could smell an odor from something in the store but couldn't find out where it was coming from. So I continued shopping and filling my basket. When I got to the checkout lane I could still smell the unbearable odor. I then started to place the items on the conveyer. The smell got stronger and stronger until I picked up a bag of turkey. It smelled like a dead animal that has been out in the sun for days. I've never smell anything this bad. So I told the cashier that I didn't want the meat and if she could take it, she then said to me that she didn't want to smell it either. And I should do something with it. I was shocked and I saw a manger approaching so I made sure he could hear me when I said this meat smells horrible. He then took his attention to me. He immediatly got aggressive with me and started arguing and trying to start a confrontation while I was in the checkout asile with customers behind me. He told me it wasn't his fault and I need to get over it and if I don't want the meat I don't have to buy it. After some more words from him I wanted to just leave and get my stuff put up and ready for school the next day. Once I got home I put all the groceries up and went to bed. I woke up the next day for class and began to make breakfast and as soon as I opened the refrigerator I could smell the stench from the turkey. I tried to locate the smell from one item but after I emptied the fridge and freezer of my food plus my Roomates (3) i couldn't identify it to one item. Actually they all smelled like it the fridge too. I pulled everything out of the refrigerator and had to throw it away and wipe down the fridge completely with soap and water. Then I left it open until I got back from class. On the way to class though as I was getting into my car I always throw my bookbag in my trunk. I opened my trunk and what do you know my whole trunk smells like the same thing. I have no idea how to even get this smell out of the car'a carpet. I going to try some products but I have no clue. This smell is unbearable, you can't stay around it, I couldn't even place my bookbag In my trunk. I have a 2 seater car and was forced to drive with my bookbag on my lap because my Roomate is catching rides with me because he is having car issues. This is just unexceptable, the way the cashier and manger treated me last night, after that I had to drive home with this smell on my hands. Having to clean my car and my fridge. Also having to throw away my food that I had just bought, plus my Roomates food which I'm guessing I will have to replace because technically it is my fault. At this point I have called the Walmart corp but I have no idea what they are going to do, I just hoping they don't blow me off and say they will have it documented and talk to the Walmart about the issue. I have no food in my apparent right now and just spent over 230$ with one of my Roomates last night at the store to be left with nothing and owing my Roomates all the food they had in the fridge as well. College is great.
