Walmart - Poor employer standards

I saw something at the North Fort Myers wal mart that really up set me an employee on crutches what kind of employer ask an employee to work on the floor no less on crutches and I heard another employee say that they would not let her use the electric carts that they were for customers only and she was having trouble getting around, This just goes to show you that wal mart cares nothing about their employees, Very sad, And I will no longer be shopping here for this reason and because I am sick of animals being allowed in this store,If they are service animals that is one thing, But the ones that I have seen are not service animals

Walmart - Dirty Store and poor customer service

I live in Fort Myers and go to the North Fort Myers store on Pine Island Rd and I have noticed how dirty the store is and how rued the employees are, I have been going to this store since it opened and the last past couple of years have noticed the big changes, Its like wal mart no longer cares about the customer, Not once in all these years of going here did anyone ask me if I needed help finding anything until just this year and a nice lady named Lynn asked me one day if she could help me find anything and I was so shocked that I could not say anything for a min. and I told her that she has been the only employee in all these years to ask me this,and she then said that she was sorry to hear that, But that she was there to help me,and I watched her help three other customers,The other employees on the floor not one of them helped a customer if they needed help, She was the only one out of 6 other employees that help the customer, It is truly sad that this company has gone so down hill, I no longer shop at wal mart

Double Charge Review

Rang up item for $6.94 twice and didn't discover until I came home. Has happened more than once at Walmart. Checker speaking to a friend in Spanish while checking me out. Reported incidents to ma b ager at Ft Walton Beach store who appeared indiffrrent. Also one of Walmart dirtiest stores.

Most Walmart employees do care.

Walmart employees get accused most of the time for not caring, which is not true for many employees. The average employee cannot fix problems such as empty shelves, lack of cashiers and not enough grocery carts, just to name a few of the complaints they hear day in and day out. Some wish they could fix many of the issues that they encounter, but the more major issues are not in their power to fix. Contacting the store manager or calling corporate may be the best answer and will hopefully provide a result to the customers' liking or something brought to the manager's attention.

Empty Shelves Review

No buggy at the front entrance, this is the 4 time this has happened at the same store. The shelves a empty of several items, I called in my complaint 3 times and have had no response. Me Walton would roll in his grave if he could see how he creation has went to he'll in a hand basket !! Location Clovis NM .

Walmart - Replacement Review

I am at the moment a disabled person for i underwent surgery for a total knee replacement. I have to shop on their electric motorized wheelchair for i cannot walk threw the store just yet. I was treated very rudely at there deli, it was very difficult getting down alot of isles cause there were displays in the way, i could not reach alot of the items on the shelves because they were too high up, and omg trying to get into the bathroom with a motorized wheelchair and out was unspeakable. I wish there was a better organized store that would cater to handicapped people i was so upset and flustered by the time i left. I know i will not be handicapped for long but i feel for the people that are.Walmart needs to have more for the hhandicapped people and they should really interview their employees alittle better. This older lady that was in the deli at their goshen store was really rude and didnt help at all i finally had to speak up and ask if anyone was going to wait on me i was not rude or *** at all to give anyone a reason not to want to wait on me.

I have noticed poor management throughout the our local store. This is very out of the ordinary for walmart in general. Our last, at least, 4 visits to the photo center were very disappointing. They do not keep to their schedule (late from their "break" by over 15 mins), they did not have photo paper, as well as they did not have the knowledge on how to use the machines in the photocentre, being unable to complete my order. I hope for future customers these issues can be addressed. I do not think I will be coming back to the photocentre.
