Walmart - No stock / rude assist mngr

2.3
Details
went to walmart 23rd st pc fl for several items but mostly for milos diet tea...store had about 50 jugs of regular tea..after trying to find someone to ck in back, had to walk to front of store and get assistant mgr.. he did check and no diet tea... went to walmart hwy 77 and found diet tea at a higher price...mgr would not honor 23rd st price, stating they do not honor store to store..??? duh! they match competitors prices? they compete with each other so therefore they are competitors... I am so fed up with walmart, for a 50 cent difference in price, I returned all I had purchased. This policy is not posted, and for 50 cent difference, I went to another store (not walmart) and purchased my items. I paid a little more but left a happy camper that walmart did not make a profit off of me.. and still angry with the customer no service

Customer Service is not Walmarts Top Priority in Rincon GA

Sunday, August 31: Neededto send money from Walmart to Walmart; when entering my pin, clerk leaned on the counter knocking out the power. I waited 10 minutes, asked if someone could help me, clerk chicken neck and snapped, they were working on problem, her actions infuriated me. One worker said happens often. Remember attitude is everything in the public's eye. Work on customer service from managers to floor clerks. Walmart no longer has my business along with family and friends. Mr. Walton this is dollars you will no longer have unless this is fixed. Trying to get everyone to boycott.

Walmart - Terrible Customer Service Review from Overland Park, Kansas

Terrible customer service in Burlington NC...tried to return a item (had receipt & it was before the 90 day mark). Lady looked ill already as soon as I got up to her. I was told since I didnt have the bar code on the product that I..me..myself had to go around the store and find the same item!!! It was a swim vest so I was pretty sure there were no more but I spent 15 minutes looking..no luck..and no luck finding a employee to ask. Finally I saw a lady on clearance aisle so I asked her about product..she said most likely was not any left BUT I COULD RETURN THE ITEM!! By then Im frustrated and walk back up to customer service..and my luck..same mean lady there..I politely told her that I coild return this item & that I did not appreciate wasting my time when she could have EASILY scanned my receipt and gave me my money back!! She had nothing to say at all and still had nasty attitude!! I keep saying I will STOP SHOPPING AT WALMART AND I THINK THIS TIME I ACTUALLY WILL. Not that the company cares but I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else!

Walmart - Assistant Manager Review from Bellevue, Washington

I had an issue yesterday with the assistance manager my wife had a set of tires put on our van a few months back an i had to replace the Breaks so i had someone replace the rear he broke several wheel studs trying to *** the wheel to change the breaks he told us about it and I went to change the front and the same problem the wheels were never removed for anything no flats no other work that the would need removing till now when i replaced the breaks. The guy that changed the tires used and impact wrench an cross threaded 80 percent of the wheel nuts.I took the van over there to wal mart automotive an showed the asst manager he's trying to tell me that i done it cause on the receipt has a torque specs on it im also a mechanic i no about impact tools as long as you keep your finger on the trigger it will keep twisting the nut .In this case the guy cross threaded them. i have a 9 year olo son with cebral palsy he has to go to therapy 3 times a week no what if my wife or me would have had a flat tire i broke most of the studs off so i could change the breaks on the road i could not have done anything me and my wife & son would have been stuck in this heat waiting for a tow truck. we brought two sets of tires from Wal Mart i did my grocery shopping there well Wal Mart for a few lug nuts and studs your loosing a valuable coustomer. I thought you stand behind a safety factor like this but i see you don't give a dam about the people that keeps your paychecks coming i won't be contributing to them anyway more i don't care if others stores are higher in price i will be using them. People out there this os the Wal Mart on Boulder Hwy & Flamingo.

Stores often lie when they are in the wrong, I do believe you were being followed by LP, but I doubt it had anything to do with your race, it probably had to do with the fact ...

Walmart - Cashier Review from Waterford, New York

I couldn't find many items and, couldn't find anyone to ask. I bought a couple of ink cartridges in electronics that I HAD to buy in electronics. The few customer service people were angry, rude and downright mean. Corporates' fault, not them. I completed my shopping and proceeded to check out. As usual, nor enough available cashiers. I had a large load and limited space to put it all on. She rang up some large items and told me to pull my cart forward before I'd emptied it. I told her it was still full and I couldn't put the items back in. She saw my cart was still full but continued telling me to move it forward. I tried telling her I couldn't and she yelled at me to pull it forward. This went on for a few minutes. I couldn't help getting angry at her. Her customer service skills sucked, as did all the other reps were. I've never been treated that badly. Since the old man died, Walmart got worse then it ever was. Hey corporate, start paying, training and treating your employments better and maybe your stores will improve and you wouldn't be getting so much negative comments.

Walmart in Columbus, Ohio - So many Wrongs!

1.0
Details
This Walmart trip started bad in the parking lot!... When I pull in, I cannot find a parking spot, ANYWHERE! Okay, not really walmart's fault but it's about the only part of this story that isn't. After I finally find a spot, I walk into the store and realize there are absolutely ZERO carts in the entrance, so I walk to the other, there aren't any there either! So I think, I'll go look in the department I'm heading to anyway, besides the fact that I'm tripping over *** all over the floors, in the aisles, blocking the way (great merchandising to place things in the walkway), I still do not find a cart, so I think... "Maybe I can catch someone on their way out." No such luck, another customer beat me to it! FINALLY, I spot a cart at self check out!! I ask the cashier attending if I could please have it, it did have a few go-backs and maybe an empty box in it, but it was certainly not full of anything... While she let me have the cart, she could not have seemed more inconveniced by the fact that I even spoke to her, let alone that I asked to have the cart! So FINALLY, I can start shopping, again having to push *** out of the aisles so I could get through with my cart now. I went and got my items, including a high chair, my reason for needing the cart. When I'm ready to check out, I stand in line for about 7ish minutes, not the worst I've waited at Walmart. I then get up to the cashier who does not say a single word to me!.. Until I point out to him that my high chair that was marked at $72 is ringing up at $110... So he turns on his light, to wait for a manager, still not saying a word. At this point, I'm getting pretty pissed off at the dismal service I've received that I just tell him that speaking to a manager or waiting another 20 minutes for them to go check the baby items is not worth it, I will pay the extra money just to get out of the *** store. Finally he finishes ringing me up and literally, the ONE AND ONLY thing this young man says to me, is...... "Here." When handing me my bag. Needless to say, I will NEVER be returning to this Walmart! I will gladly drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the cleaner, somewhat friendlier Target!

Walmart Manager Review

Store manager blatantly walked infront of us/ cutting us off... gave no eye contact and clearly did not care about any of the other shoppers (who ultimately pay her paycheck) the store is a mess and there is NO SENSE OF URGENCY OR GUEST AWARENESS.... absolutely no guest service. It's pathetic to see such poor service.

Walmart in Elkhart, Indiana - Checkout

Why Walmart do you post item limits on your express checkout lanes if you are not going to enforce them? Also, why are customers allowed to cut in front of others because they forgot their .50 cent bag of chips?! According to the cashier this problem is at the management level and above. Enforce your *** item limits or get rid of them. I am done with the three ring circus and no ring leader! I will be shopping at Aldi's and our local supermarkets where customer service and most prices are comparable or better! Time to wake up Walmart!
