My mother misplaced her heart arithmya medicine so I called in to Walmart to get some replacement pills ready..they said that it would be ready at 1PM..I show up at 1:25..they didn't have it ready because they said insurance wouldn't pay for it (huh?)..that insurance wouldn't pay for it until 9/10 (10 days from now)...then they asked me if I would pay cash..I said how much..they said $17.50..I said ok...they said that they wouldn't fill it if there was an insurance hold up (are you kidding me)...THEN they said that I would have to wait until 2:30..because they had to close for lunch between 1:30-2:00 (closed for 30 minutes in the middle of the day?!). What a terrible experience!! Another unsatisfied Walmart customer...

Walmart - Staffing Review from Grove, Oklahoma

This has been going on for sometime now in grove, Oklahoma's walmart, the management has completly understaffed there store, there r hardly any cashiers and limited cos's, the last six times I have been there I waited in line for twenty mintues for lack of cashiers and the same time waiting for a cos to override a amount, different excuses each time, it is not the cashiers falt it is poor management!!!

The daytime customer service crew is very rude. They ignore customers and have very poor attitudes, unless they know you or your family, then they stand there talking and laughing with each other. If the employee is busy when you arrive, you can expect to wait until they are finished. There are always a few managers standing around visiting, but will never come help out at the service desk when they are backed up. If the cashier needs help, they take their sweet time coming to find out what the problem is. They do not keep their shelves stocked and are always out of what you are there to get...for weeks, if not months at a time. Their produce is very of very poor quality...all the time, and their meat is not the freshest.

I make it a point to shop as little as possible so my visits to WalMart are about once a month. I have always had my oil changed in their automotive department merely for the convenience. I could drop off my car and take my time getting everything I needed in the store and most of the time the vehicle was ready long before I had finished my shopping. My store purchases usually ranged from $300-$500 and this time was no different. Out of respect for other shoppers, I would pay for my vehicle then take my other items to a checkout at the front of the store. My truck was due for an oil change so I dropped it off in automotive, got my paperwork and proceeded to do my shopping. About an hour later I heard my name being called over the paging system and returned to automotive with 2 carts of merchandise. I waited in line and when it was my turn, I was told that they could NOT do the oil change because I had a broken tail light. OK, I'm not a mechanic but what the heck does my tail light have to do with my crankcase? I tried to explain to the woman behind the counter who obviously had the IQ of a doughnut hole that it was an oil change and my tail light had nothing to do with it. It became apparent to me that one or both of her parents were parrots because she kept repeating the same thing, "you have a broken tail light". When I asked her what that had to do with an oil change, she literally threw my keys and paperwork at me, waved her hands as if to shoo me away and hollered "next" to the customer in line behind me. Concluding that entering into an altercation with a complete imbecile would be a waste of my time, not to mention my disgust with her treatment of me at this point, I gently pushed my carts to the side, gathered the paperwork which she had just thrown at me, and started to leave. As I did, she hollered that I could not leave those carts there to which I politely responded "Yes I can, I have a broken tail light" and walked away. I realize that this was cutting off my own nose to spite my face but I was damned if I was going to have this woman treat me like this and still give this store my business. I got into my truck (with the broken tail light), went to Food Lion and gave them $489.00 worth of business that night.

every time i go in there every time ur shelfs are missing something purching agent is not doing there job. also I went to electronics dept to use the photo copier and no one was to be found I went to the store manager asked to speak to him a minute his response was I don't have a minute. I demanded a minute. asked why no one was at electronics. his response there on lunch so I asked you sent all employes on lunch break at the same time he said yes. and someone will be back to help you I waited 10 more min and again no one came. you lost your customer service. its the worst out of any store I go to. so now I go elsewhere. you need to be more aware of your stores im writing for many of my friends who used to go to your store it seems you forgot us little guys who support your stores.
