Walmart - Cluttered Store, Tiny Carts & Too Many Rude Cashiers/Managers

I try to limit my shopping to every 3-4 wks. Because of this it takes me at least 2 carts (and occasionally 3) to get everything I need. When I addressed the Manager about the small size of the carts, I was told "Well, there's nothing I can do about it". I explained that I didn't expect her to solve the problem herself, but suggested if it wasn't too much trouble she could bring the subject up in one of her meetings. She then informed me that at one time they did have larger carts, but they went back to the smaller ones. The only reason I can think of for such a decision would be related to their obsession with cluttering up every possible open space in the aisles with unnecessary displays. This not only makes the store unsightly, but makes navigating the store a nuisance at any time. The County I live in has outlawed plastic bags given by the store, so now you bring your own re-usable bags or get charged 10 cents a bag. Outlawing the plastic bags is OK with me........but having to pay for the paper irks me. That is nothing compared to the fact that now people bring their own bags, we are expected by most of the cashiers to bag our own groceries! It is ironic that the one chain store that sold for less did this with the understanding that you would bag you own stuff. Now they are the only store that refunds 10 cents a bag from your order for every re-usable bag you bring. So stores, especially Walmart, charge for paper bags if you need them & pile your purchases all over the check stand waiting for you to bag your own. I mentioned this to the last cashier & her response was "there's not enough room for both of us to do it". I know people are very reluctant to get in line after someone dragging 2 or 3 packed carts through the check out, & I'm very conscientious of this. I never go alone & while my son unloads the carts, I'm already prepared with bags open and packing as fast as I can while they reach the end. I wouldn't even shop there if I didn't live in a semi-rural area and lived 25 miles out of town. Walmart has almost all of the products I use & it saves me from driving even farther. I wouldn't even be writing this here except their Walmart Survey site is down & I felt I needed to give someone an earful.

mild pain medication my *** ... probably oxycodone, morphine, meperidine, or some other C-II narcotic ... they can't tell you when they will have it in because they don't give...

Walmart in Fort Worth, Texas - 100 satisfaction (with receipt only)2

My complaints against WalMart and their policies and practices. I have been a loyal Walmart customer for many years. I have (like most people) spent thousands of dollars at their stores. I enjoyed the shopping experience and considered a trip an outing I was looking forward to. However, those enjoyable experiences are a thing of the past. I visited my local store yesterday to return several items (without a receipt) that came to a big ole grand total of $121.81. The manager on duty was kind enough to approve my items for return after looking (from head to toe). The associate then told me she could not complete my transaction because I had 3 returns in a 45 day period without a receipt. I requested they still accept my returns as I am and have been a long time customer. Heck, I even called 1-800-Walmart and voiced my concerns. I received a phone call from the associate manager at my frequented store explaining the policy, um which I already understood. He went on to explain this is WalMart's Corporate policy to keep dishonest people from stealing items and then returning to store to get a cash refund. He then advised me to seek out a a family member or friend and have them return the items (as long as they themselves did not have 3 returns without a receipt.) Does that make any sense to anyone else? Also, I do believe that if Walmart has a problem with theft then maybe, just maybe they should employ more security inside the store. Let me also add, the manager's salary of each store has a bonus that is Directly AFFECTED by how many returns they accept. Now my Other complaints: I am tired of stepping over dirty diapers, squished french fries and trash in general in the Walmart parking lot. I am tired of standing all the way back in the Jr Underwear section because there are only 2 live checkers, and 4 of the 5 self-checkout lanes are broken, or the 12 people in front of me have 100 plus items to self-check. I am annoyed beyond belief that you can no longer just run into the store for a couple of items and expect to actually get out of there in less than 30 minutes. (See prior complaint why) I tired of the long customer service lines and the fact there is usually only 1 person working it. I am sick of shopping at a dirty, hot and understocked stock. I am outraged that Walmart does not care about their employees and this has led to a store atmosphere with employees that are not happy at their jobs. CORPORATE WELFARE. Last, I am tired of Walmart Management and Corporate refusing to acknowledge any of the above issues. Walmart simply NO LONGER VALUES YOU, the customer or their employees. The SOONER EVERYONE FOLLOWS ME OVER DOLLAR GENERAL, Freds, Family Dollar and Main Street America, THE BETTER. Take a stand and maybe, just maybe their management will initiate some LONG overdue Corporate house cleaning. (Like the saying goes, Don't hold your breathe.) Unhappy with Walmart? Walmart in Kenosha, Wisconsin - Done shopping at Wally world! waste of time and energy

Firstly as we were going to the doors after coming out of Sam's club one of their employers raced down the road like a mad man. Second they never have the things we are looking for, ex crock liners were out of stock two weeks in a row. The boys clothes selection stinks. We finally get our shopping done and have to wait in line forever because they lack in checkout. My husband was going to go to self check out and right as he was up their system dies and the lady overseeing it was rude to my husband. So our cart full of stuff stayed and we went off to spend our money at Target. From now on we will just save ourselves from the trouble.

Walmart - Account Review

I went online to check my balance on my Walmart money debit card and now it's responding invalid account. What's that? Today I just got on my email the balance on the card. But when I wanted to login, I couldn't even though I entered my password and username, which I've always used when I login. What's wrong? I kept trying and trying to login but can't. So, I'm getting frustrated and pissed off at the same time. Please, let me know what's going on.
