Way more then one problem with then at more then just one store.

I am disabled shopping the item I need is blocked by items to stock understandable but when the employee walks all the way around and avoid you like you have the plaque and all you do is ask them to grab one small item that you can not reach because of the stock it is stupid and he did it not once but twice. Then to add the icing to the situation when I go to check out he opens a new register (shocking I know they opened more then one) when the people let me go in front (I was in one of the electric carts and had only a couple items) he closes down and goes to last register and opens there. Not to the punch line yet, everyone says for me to go first so I drive cart there get to register and he closes down leaves and goes to break room. Not even 2 months ago decide to give a different store a chance buy a brand new battery cheap one for a car. It goes dead so I charge it my tester shows it is bad just in case charge it again bad again my dad comes over charges it and uses his tester on it again it is bad several times and each time put the charge on it the charge would lower after. Took it to walmart to exchange they have to test it leave it with them over night they say it test good and charge it take it to auto store has no charge and it is so bad they can't even get the machine to recognize the battery take it back to wal mart they say it was just an emergency battery not ment to be used as an auto battery just to get home in case of an emergency that is why it was so cheap. Since when is a cold crank amp battery in automotive only for emergency? Her fall back was walmart policy states. This is only 2 of many before I decided no never again give this rip off company a dollar of my money I am not hungry or thirsty enough I will pay double even triple the value for proper service.

Rudest cashier

While I was waiting in line to check out, there are a couple of people in front of me. The person paying had to listen to the cashier complain about his job and that "this place is going down hill".

When the lady in front of me was up next to be checked out, she made a simple request to have her water bottles double bagged. The cashiers replied " I didn't become a manager by not know how to bag". The lady tried to defuse the situation by explaining why she made this request but he wouldn't stop harassing her. When she paid her bill the cashier had to once again said some derogatory comment to her.

I had enough of this LOSER of a cashier and told him to stop harassing her. His reply to me was that if I didn't like it I need to leave. I left my items on the cashiers belt and promptly left.

Customer after me said he was still complaining . This is who Walmart hires as a manager?????

Wrong Higher Pay

When my mom was at checkout for two pastry boxes, her credit card was pending too long for approval. I noticed the cashier was silently passing or scanning an old man's products behind us. He was the third person in line behind my mom. After the cashier gave the receipt to my mom, I found a much higher total on it instead of what my mom just wanted to buy. I stepped back to the cashier in seconds to claim the refund to the card, because there was an overpayment by mistake or maybe she was stealing my mom's credit card money. Thanks God, the strange old man was still there with his products which my mom paid without knowing. The cashier said she was sorry for her mistake. Then she, I, my mom and the old man went quickly to Customer Service to solve this error. The cashier asked him to pay his, and my mom's money was reimbursed to her credit card. I expect no over balance or higher interest in her card now. At that moment I didn't think to report the cashier's suspicious mistake to the store manager because she was nervous but fast to help us. Date and time this incident happened: 07/01/10 18:40:41 3791 NW 167th St Miami Gardens, FL 33055 Maybe you guys recognize that cashier if you want to avoid their mistakes or frauds by using self checkout machines instead. Be careful with that kind of cashier.

Racially profiled while shopping

I believe that I racially profiled while shopping at Walmart today. It started off when I went to return one item to the service desk.

As soon as i entered the entrance on my way to the customer service I was stopped by the greeter and asked to furnish a receipt for my return. Than I was told , not asked to go to the customer service desk directly . After making my return and paying for some additional purchases I was stopped on my way out by the same greeter who in a stern manner asked to see my recipe because my kiddie pool was not in a bag.

As I stopped to search for my receipt I noticed she had was standing directly in front of my cart as if she expected me to run off. Not only this catch me off guard because the box was not large at all but it felt very odd because I have never been stopped before.

Correct this could be misconstrued as subjective because at the time I wrote about my experience I felt very much upset. Again if I had not been to this Walmart before and experienced the same thing, this is not that the first time that I have been watched or followed within this store.

With that being said I wrote this because it was wrong that out of all the customers that passed the greeter by I was singled out . Of course just my opinion .

Stop with the racial nonsense---that chip on your shoulder is growing ever larger. Walmart tells it's greeters in most store locations to check the receipts of all customers who have an item in the cart that is not bagged.

Walmart does this because they know very well what kind of customers are attracted to their store and have taken this step to at least alleviate the "shrinkage" as it is called in the retail business. The fact that this practice really angers most people is no cause for concern on Walmart's part---they really don't care what you think.

Best thing to do is not shop at a store that doesn't respect you. Kroger sells food and their are many other places to buy whatever you want in your town.

True, everything is not about race but if course this is my opinion. I felt like I was being discriminated against because I know what racial profiling is. I share my experience with others but this was probably not the best platform to do so.

Care plan is a scam!

I bought and paid for the Wal-Mart care plan for my cell phone. It covers everything but lost.

My phone screen was cracked. I submitted a claim, mailed in my old phone and two weeks later I still don't have a replacement phone! Every time I call they ask me the same questions and I get the same run around answers. They are waiting for my phone, yet I tell them according to UPS they got my phone several days ago.

Oh! Suddenly they see that and my phone is being shipped. Every. Single.

Day. Yet I still don't have a phone! This company is a scam that should be shut down.

Don't bother buying into this insurance scam. They are all trained liars.

Gift Card Scam - Do Not Buy Visa Gift Catd

I was given a Visa gift card back in April 2018, only to realize all of the funds were stolen from the card the same day I activated the card. Fast forward almost 2 months later, 3 ticket numbers, 6 phone calls, & I still don't have my money!

The customer service received regarding my card deserves a -0(negative rating)!

I willl Never, Ever purchase a gift card from Wal-Mart. Extremely disappointed in this so called customer service!

It's not Walmarts fault that someone stole the cards number on line. It's your fault for being naive and thinking that this can't happen. Deal in cash and you won't have these issues.

Everywhere i look at wal mart "Belen" i see dog's.

Everytime i go to wal mart i see dogs. Not service dogs but any old hound that happens in the store. Today i was siting in the west lobby. There was another man there with a dog. The dog was sleeping, when some people came out and there little girl was almost bit by that dog. With a delicatessen and food being sold in this store there shouldn't be any dogs in that store. Unless properly marked that it is a service animal no one should be allowed to bring an animal into the store for any reason. If I continue to see animals in the store that are not properly marked as service animals I am going to complain to the Better Business Bureau, along with the state Corporation Commission and the State Attorney General. I have complained not only to Checkers and greeters but I have talk to management several times, with no notice taken. The way I see it Walmart's looking at a huge lawsuit if this continues. Weather someone is allergic or is bitten by an animal Walmart will be responsible for their ignorance.

Walmart has clearly marked signs with a rendition of a dog in a basket with a circle around it and a line threw it. At boath entrance' s.

I have talked to management and there haveing meetings. So lets see if they bring about a change. I'm sorry if people think I'm not observing the rights of others but what about my rights. Don't i have the right just like everyother american.

Unfortunately, the Disability Act legally keeps a businesses employees from doing anything. If a customer states that an animal is a "Service Animal" then they have to immediately shut up and allow the animal into the establishment.

If the employee says anything after being told it's a service animal, then the business can be sued because its "discrimination". The law should just require the owner of the service animal to show a simple card or some other easy to see item such as vests on dogs to prove its a service animal so that "liars" aren't just bringing any animal into the stores.

Walmart workers aren't allowed to demand any kind of proof. Vest/markings or not, if the customer says "Oh, it's a service animal", the associates have to leave it at that.

A while back some lady brought her "comfort pig" onto an airplane and they let her do so as, apparently "comfort animals" are allowed now in public places. A sign of the times when half the population is being medicated.

Walmart must have decided it is ok for people to do so.

Check with the store manager and find out what their official policy is. Perhaps most shoppers in your Walmart are actually from France and don't know any better?

No More Door Greeters controversy

I think this manner of business does nothing to deter crime only wastes trustworthy peoples time. Stop, Walmart, there's no need for it, thieves will find a way to steal anyhow you have to find a way to catch them and thats real. Theres too much tech and walmart has enough money to detect and should know how to protect its merchandise, without making its greatest commodity (the patrons) feel like a hated suppository. hated suppository.: is a solid, conical mass of medicinal substance that melts upon insertion into the rectum or *** So That is how you feel about this? Walmart Does Not monitor this board, and so Walmart Will Not read your complaint.

If you Really want something done about this hated suppository, then send Walmart Corporate Headquarters a letter explaining your complaint. Their contact information is found on their website, which you have access to.

I've ordered multiple items from walmart.com and within a minute of my order going through and charging my credit card they'll cancel my order. Even after calling them they will say it didn't pass our security check, try again after 30 minutes. even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, the same thing happens. CANNOT order anything from walmart.com! It's no wonder Amazon is kicking their butt, at least I can buy things from them and get free 2 day shipping with the same credit card walmart says won't pass their security check!!!!! I'm so totally done with them, I'm so pissed I can't see straight!

My has just had a baby and she just needed gas and was taking it back to get home but doidnt have receipt. Now shes in the hospital because of a heat struck because of walking do to no gas in walmart parking lot.

I agree, unless the policy is only a certain race must have a receipt for returns this is not a case of racism. Now if the policy only applied to a certain race it would be racism.

The same rule applies to everyone not racism.

Did you bother reading what you wrote? I assume your wife was trying to return a product without a receipt.

Keep in mind most stores won't give cash back without a receipt, at most they will give a store credit. A store credit isn't going to buy gas. Anyone who purchases a product will have a receipt and should bring it to return an item. Someone who stole an item will never have a receipt.

That is why stores question returns without a receipt. As far as going to the hospital, she should have never left your house if she was in such a fragile condition she would get heatstroke walking in a parking lot.

He or his wife was denied the return because they had no receipt, not because of their skin color.

If the same policy applies for everyone it is not a race issue. The policy is not by skin color but whether you have a receipt or not.

Walmart Savings Catcher Is A Joke

I too have noticed that Walmart Savings Catcher is a joke. They do not match sale prices in the ads like they once did. If I am lucky, I get pennies back here and there. It is not worth my time at all anympre. I shop part time at Walmart and now go to any other place besides Walmart becaus it is a disappointment to me. They do not seem to mind losing the business so ther ya go!

Dog food

second can of ol' roy caned dog food, that I've had with bones in it. It was chicken with beef, my dogs weigh less than five lbs, not big enough to be eating small bones, naturally I don't keep receipts for dog food. The store is located at 2911 53rd ave e in Bradenton, Fl. I'm sure Walmart is such a big company that they could care less, but you would if it were your pet. Your site keeps telling me not enough words, don't know how many different ways to tell you my problem, may not be serious to you, but it is to me. Unhappy customer

...You do realize that Ol' Roy brand isn't owned or made by Walmart, right? This isn't an issue with the store, this is an issue with the company that makes the dog food.

Find the customer service number for Ol' Roy and call it to report the bone issue, don't blame Walmart for it.Also, Walmart's not the one who made this site, nor did Walmart decide on the minimum word count to post a review. It almost seems like you're just {{redacted}} for any reason to *** about the store chain.

O'Roy dog food is a private label of Walmart and is rated below average as far as dog food goes. There is a site that tests dog food and will give you alot of info regarding different brands nutritional information, etc.

I much regretted not checking online before using second credit card to purchase products on Walmart online. The first time encountered this issue I thought it was myself operating wrong way to cause the issue.

Then I used another credit card to purchase again...... guess what happened.... both credit cards were considered being fraud and locked and replaced with new cards by my bank. Then........

I spent hours to put new card information for billing payments in other accounts. I could not believed the issue have been lasting one year and Walmart not resolve this issue.

I had the same issue until I checked my spam e-mail folder. Chase had decided that my Walmart purchase could be fraud, and asked me to approve the transactions in an e-mail before they'd let it go through.

It’s because Chase has ChasePay which is a special way to pay through Walmart, otherwise it requires you to approve and hope they accept the charge.

Here's the deal with this type of generic message. There's a transaction that occurs between Walmart and your credit card company.

If that software transaction can't occur for one reason or another (such as timeout), the transaction fails. It's not necessarily anything to do with the status of your personal credit card. The issue might be just software glitch or system overload, either on the Walmart side or on the credit card company side. It might be that one of their systems gets frequently overloaded with a lot of processing coming in at the same time.

I had a similar situation with Dollar General. Dollar General claimed the repeated error message each month (auto-orders) was that I needed to call the credit card company and ask them for a new credit card. The credit card company, however, said the problem was with Dollar General, not them. Even after I ended up getting a new credit card number and updated it with Dollar General, Dollar General still spit out the same ugly error message that 'payment can't be authorized', etc.

I never did get it resolved, but I kept the auto-order on file. iI continues to fail every single month and I just laugh at how pathetic certain software systems are.
