Walmart Manager Review from California, Maryland
Yesterday (5/8/18) I went to my local Walmart (Miramar way, California, MD) to have some photos printed. According to the Associate, the 1 hour kiosks were "broken", so I left. Today (5/9/18) I went back and the Kiosks were working. Uploaded the photo I needed printed, and generated my order (8:46 am). On the receipt it said the prints would be ready at 10:00 am. There was also a sign on the counter that stated the photo dept. was closed and would be open in the MORNING (obviously left last night). So I ran a couple errands, came back at approx. 9:55 am. Since no one was there and the sign stated to pick up any photos in the Electronics Dept. I go to Electronics, and am told that they can't get my photos, "the machine hasn't been turned on". So I ask when I can get them, to this they said there is no one scheduled until 5:00 pm. This is absolute *** I ask to speak to the store manager, well, "he's off today", so I ask for the assistant manager. After waiting 20+ minutes, one of the assistant managers comes over, and explains "sorry but we don't have anyone coming in until 5:00 pm". While he was nice enough, I explained that this is definitely a "management issue that you have only one person in the entire *** store that can turn on the photo printer". While he was courteous, he didn't even offer any resolution except come back at 5:00 pm. He could have at least offered to print the photos on the Instant Kiosk and given them at the 1 hour price, or offered a small discount when I come back later.
Am I pissed?, YES I am!
At this point, Walmart can take the photos (I know they will get printed whenever someone does come in), and eat them. I know it's only a couple $$, but each time you lose a couple $$ it drives your cost up.
As a business owner myself I understand Customer Service, and "This aint it!"
I have been a Walmart customer for years, and while you may not give a *** if I ever come back, I don't *** care. I have been to other Walmart stores around the country, and this one seems to be pretty close to the bottom as far as customer service. Will I ever set foot in Walmart again? Don't know at this point. We do have other local options, and while the prices may be a little higher, customer service is MUCH better.
Feel free to contact me if you really care. If you don't contact me, it speaks volumes about Walmart's commitment to customer service.

What exactly does "free 2-day shipping" mean?
I received an email notification from Walmart.com on the 23rd saying my items were shipped. It's now the 26th and I have received NONE of my order.
I even received an email notification today stating that one of the items in my order was actually delivered (it was not). After contacting Customer Care, the only explanation received in the late shipment was that the carrier had unexpected "inconveniences" on the way. As for the item that was reported delivered, I was reassured the item was in transit and would arrive along with the rest of the order. As of now, my order *should* be delivered by the 28th...NOT 2-day shipping.
Personally, I fully appreciate the free delivery and would probably still continue to use Walmart.com online ordering if 1) they would NOT use false advertising and promise a 2-day delivery service that they cannot fulfill, and 2) the tracking information and notifications were accurate.
I explained to the customer care rep that when Walmart sends an inaccurate notification and tracking showing that a package has been delivered, they are then wrongfully diverting responsibility to the carrier, OR the customer might even think the package was stolen. It doesn't do your customers any good promising "free 2-day shipping" for the sake of competing with Amazon Prime when you can't actually provide 2-day shipping - from the looks of all these recent complaints, this is a very common issue.

the Head Store Manager (ELONA) contact me few few days later and apologies to the Manager act with customer (me). I had to stop by the same day to meet her and give more details and my prospective on how I felt from this act and this Failure.
I met in Person with ELONA and had short conversation about this indecent and fact, she apologizes many times and promises to talk directly to person respond and will correct and will address the issue. I accepted this action and further more i walk with her and explain how the store fail to explain to the customer that item was not return , her answer was the cashier should of told me when i paid this that this item is not returnable and it was lack of training. bottom line she apologies and I accepted her apologizes and offer to give me a $20 in gift card which I accept for her behalf.
ELONA is a very professional Store manager and I felt very comfortable talking to her in person. Her action was very respectful, I hope that Walmart hire more people with same level with ELONA.

Walmart is a well-known company that demonstrates quality customer service. I've never had a problem with customer service until today.
I called Walmart regarding a pick up order I placed Thursday and spoke to a manager. The manager was rude and did not assist me in anyway instead he told me that it was not under his control and that he could not give me any information regarding my pickup order. The email says that the "credit card funds will be held until the order has been shipped and then you will receive a confirmation email". Well the funds have already been taken out of my account and I have not received a confirmation email.
It seems a little sketchy to me that money has been taken out of my account and I have no way of tracking the order nor can a manager help me with the order process. Very unsatisfied with the customer service I received today.
Walmat Gift Cards a Scam
I tried to use a Walmart gift card to buy a metro ticket. The transaction declined but Walmart held the amount I was trying to use.
I found out I cannot recover the money until after two weeks. What if this is the only means of payment I had. Please don't buy this card. It is also a nightmare to register?
Just buy American Express. Very easy to use and they will not be trying to fleece you out of money like Walmart! I am sure there are a lot of people who purchase this card who throw it away out of frustration.
The I think it is part of business to boost revenue. American Express gift cards are very easy to use.

I sent a TYPED letter WITH MY RETURN stating what I wanted done which was a bigger size sent to me!! Instead someone at your return facility CANNOT READ and I get an email saying you credited a Visa card.
However it was a pre-paid debit visa card that I bought specifically for that order. Once my order was placed I didn't think I would need the card again and the balance was zero so I through it away. Now you've credited a card I DO NOT HAVE for $16.94. I called today asking if you could transfer that balance on a Walmart gift card so at least I could use but was told you can't.
All of this could have been avoided if someone at your return center would have taken the time to read my letter!
Terrible customer service. Another reminder of why I very rarely shop at Walmart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a walmart credit card I never used. Unknown to me they added a monthly fee every month for a card never used.
To top it off they reported me delinquent for 120 day to credit score and I didnt even know about it. So much for a good credit score. I dont this should be legal and should be reimbursed. When a large company such as Walmart, customer service should be a must especially if they are promoting a credit card, which now carries the the label-SCAM.
I know they farm their card out but really? Really need more details...not enough words,,,must be a minimum of 100 words, if it isnt walmart now this
