Walmart dot com Customer Care Anything But...
It is July 30 2014 for the last 3 days I have had problems with Walmart.com formatting pages their web pages. Firefox is set to use system colors if a website does not specify colors. Well after this weekend the colors on their pages started to look like my windows system colors and the formatting changed as well. This was true on 3 different machines and 3 different browsers. Walmart's Android app was just it's normal ugly useless self. I sent a complaint to Walmart.com Customer Care and it's always the customer's fault. The formatting was so bad that it would take an hour to scroll through 100 movies that came up on a search. I worked in IT for 30 years and this is not my first rodeo and their so called Customer Care - isn't. That was Monday. I try to log on to my account on Tuesday and I kept getting a message that Walmart.com could not show me that page right now. Multiple browsers multiple machines. I took that to be a bit personal since I was really upset with them on Monday. I am disabled and can't just run down to Walmart on a whim and I supplement ALL my non grocery shopping at Walmart.com. Their formatting is still messed up and it seems that they are completely ignorant of the fact that their IT made changes over the weekend. The real problem is that Walmart.com has such competitive prices for many many things and it is a shame to be driven away from good prices by bad attitudes and constant 'new and improved' so called website changes. I think that Walmart.com has enough dancing gifs and java scripts - enough so I find it distracting when I am trying to find product to buy. I'm sure they have plans to distract buyer's even further and they wonder why their sales are down? Go figure.

Within a year my 32 inch flat screen has a black bubble, a red line top to bottom and a white line on the bottom going across. Im never going to get an Element television. Its a waste of money.
Walmart in Oviedo, Florida - BAD Attitude at Neighborhood Market, Alafaya and McCulloch.
I got home this morning from shopping at this store..only to discover the checker didn't give me everything on my receipt....I KNOW we usually lift our OWN bags off the merry-go-round bag-thing they have, but this checker was in a big hurry. Barely courteous at all(NOT at all, in fact!) she jammed my receipt at me, and I noticed she still had some of my stuff(she had loaded my cart herself, at breakneck speed)I asked for my remaining groceries, which were located next to her, on HER side. She handed me a bag, said it was all. I drive the 5+ miles home,go up the THREE flights of steps, to discover she had not bagged my cheese.Charged me 4.98 for it, though! I go back down all three flights, jump BACK IN THE *** CAR, get on my cell and call the number on the receipt. It rings about 30 times before a man answered. I explained the situation, plus my annoyance at the hasty, non-professional cashier. This must happen all day at this store. He was pleasant enough, but it was clear he didn't appreciate my being annoyed about it. Mind you, I wasn't abusive, nor profane, just clarified that it was an extreme inconvenience to have to come back there, gas being expensive, my time being valuable. I do believe he hung up on me. I get there, and the young woman who mans the help desk by the self-check stations was less than happy to assist me. I had gone to customer service, but there was an elderly woman making an all-morning event out of lottery tickets...so I asked the other employee for help. She told me to "go get it" pertaining to the cheese. Waved me off. THAT FRIGGIN" DID IT!!!! I told her NO! I WILL NOT!!! I WANT MY CHEESE! I CALLED AHEAD ABOUT THIS AND I WANT IT NOW! IN THE BAG! BROUGHT TO ME! It is the least they'd do at Publix, though in all the years i have shopped Publix, they have never treated me like Walmart did, and often does. I think I am DONE. In the past, they had an open drain which swallowed my car remote, which costs 100.00 to replace, and told me they weren't responsible. I have had encounters with NASTY staff, as others have mentioned, of all races, and for NO REASON, other than i was simply trying to get down an aisle and being POLITE about it, which they almost NEVER are. But for them to act like their mistake is my fault just *** me off to no end!! In the early 2000s, I couldn't say enough good things about this store.. NOW, it's gone so far downhill, I cannot believe it!

The walmart in Richland, ms is a racist store and I will never go to a walmart ever again. I was told by one of their employees that a lot if food sits in customer svc and then put back for blacks to get after it spoils.

The tire center at Walmart sucks. Bad service. I waited 3 hrs and a half. I asked for the Manager, he was on his 15 mnts break but never came back to work!!!! No one knew where he was.

I was stopped at Walmart they said they were promoting direct TV and I could get all these channels for 25$ and a free 50$ Walmart gift card my bill is 50$ and I never got my gift card in 5 months my cable goes up to 67$ for basic channels, I complained about my gift card they said they would send me my gift card and they never did I'm never pissed

Walmart needs to focus on training their employees. I used self checkout service, but the machine didn't accept the debit card. I didn't have any cash or credit card, so I called the employee to resolve the problem. The employee said that all of the machines in their...View full review
Walmart - Review about Tv Purchase
Went to the electronic section to purchase a new tv. Do you think you could find anyone else to help you? Waited for about 20 minutes did see two employees, however they were to busy talking to each other to even notice the other customers or myself. So I left and will purchase my TV elsewhere
I am a single mother of a two year old girl who sometimes likes to run off. One of the employees found her and returned her to the return desk and paged for me. I came right away and they told me that I need to be more careful and that children get distracted often...View full review
