Walmart sold me junk tires

acouple months ago i went to walmart bought 2 new tires as soon as i aired it up blistered out the side wall so i took it in to walmart the worker said that a manufacture defect and told me the manager will replace it without even looking at it he says its my fault....with out ever driving on it how is it my fault? Never again will i buy anything from them crooks

They never sent a shipping label

I contacted customer service for my warranty about 4 times and they said they would send a shipping label so I could return my device since the screen got all scratched by the defective stylus it came with (my warranty covers screen damage). (happened 16 days after purchase so walmart wouldnt take it back.

fml) they tried emailing the shipping label 3 times, obviously I can't print it and even told them that. Finally they say they will mail me a shipping label. 5 days later and no shipping label to be seen. I'm definitely not sending the device now since the shipping label was such a huge go around.

I wish the warranty would let me return it at the store. what a waste of money.

Walmart savings hacked

Somehow my savings acct was hacked and 55 of my rewards was used in Tulsa ok. When I called I was told it was happening a lot . Walmart closed my e-card and gave me the 55.00 that was hacked. I had 122.00 lifetime savings. They will not give me the history of previous ecard and tell me all was transferred to new ecard. I am short 52.00 . They told me to take my card to walmart so I did and I was told the card was closed see the cashier. Cashier says card closed. I have scanned their receipts for 3 years and I shop at Walmart a lot . Walmart Pickup or THE BIG JOKE

Online ordering from WMT, MIGHT represent some savings in terms of dollars, but certainly NOT in terms of time. When they instituted the Orange Lockers, I THOUGHT it would be a solution..NOT! NOW, they have TWO pickup stations ie. the more effective and quick p/u Orange lockers in front of the store, and the antiquated Long, slow, and protracted HUMAN based p/u in the rear of the store. Yesterday proves my point. I arrived at a non busy time of the day, and with only one person ahead of me at the rear pickup point, I'm thinking 5 minutes at the most. Well, that quickly turned into almost 20 full minutes, while they retrieved her order. Wow, almost done..nope. She proceeds to have the pickup clerk ring the entire rest of her baskart which was full and its not over yet. Credit card snag resulted in more time. I later noticed this same woman, filling her baskart with OTHER, non rung, items, then walking right out the front door in where greeters courteously said goodbye, to a thief, who not only planned, but cleverly carried out her ruse to perfection. The point is, that not only does their methodology of pickup create a ineffectual online ordering system, it also creates a breach of security where there are mixed items, some paid for, some not, going right out the front door in plain view of security personnel. Bottom line, online p/u process has regressed rather than moved forward.

SO OUR WALMART IN CEDAR RAPIDS IS VERY SAD, EMPLOYEES KNOW WHERE NOTHING IS, THERE IS NO HELP ON THE FLOOR AND IF THEY DO GO LOOK FOR SOMETHING FOR YOU THEY ARE GONE FOREVER. I HAD 3 EMPLOYEES WALK RIGHT BE THEY SAW ME STANDING AND WAITING FOR HELP AND NOT ONE SAID CAN I HELP YOU..

I WOULD RATHER GO TO TARGET OR ANYWHERE ELSE AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND LEAVE TOTALLY TICKED OFF. I EVEN ASKED A MANAGER WHERE SOMETHING WAS AT AND HER WORDS AND I QUOTE " I DON'T KNOW" IM LIKE YOUR A MANAGER AND YOUR WORKING RETAIL AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE CERTAIN ITEMS ARE.

When I read complaints like this I always wonder what people are thinking when they go into Wal-Mart. Or Target for that matter, at least in my area.

They are discount stores. They are cheap. They are not high-end department stores and you will not find a smiling customer service person ready to help you with your every need.

It's not great, but it is what it is and always has been. I go to Wal-Mart for inexpensive items, I certainly am not naive enough to expect fantastic amazing service from the minimum wage earners.

This is typical Walmart behavior. Either learn to accept it and fend for yourself, or go somewhere else.

When I go into a Walmart I know I'm not going to get any help and have to look for the stuff on my own.

If I can't find it, after actually looking for it, then I leave it on the list and go elsewhere.

Walmart does not have everything I need, so I make a few trips to different stores. I work full time and have ailing family members to tend to along with my own family, so if I can do it, you can too.

Horrible corporation. Produce is always disgusting. Products in grocery aren't rotated so food is constantly expired. Only get .20 cent raises every year. Have had my quarterly bonus taken away do to a cashier getting scammed 9000$. Have had customers threaten employees, throw food on us and physically attack us. Have had customers overdose and pass out in a pool of blood in the bathrooms. Have had customers leave razor blades under products so as to have other customers or employees cut themselves while shopping. Management only barks to work faster never helping or learning to train better. Management is arrogant, sarcastic and belittling. Personally had two managers pull me aside and tell me how bad I was performing at a job I just took a pay cut to not do anymore. Walmart Store, Newberry, SC, continually running out if basic stock items. When they do stock, the employees will block isles & not let customers through. They used to stock at night, during that time items were hardly ever out of stock. This appears to be a management problem.

Horrible Customer Service ... 11/1/17 I visited the Lake Park, FL location and I had a bad experience with one of your inexperienced unprofessional managers by the name of Alexandria. She was extremely rude from the very beginning of the conversation. I was trying to purchase a basketball that was priced at $22.96 but when it was scanned it was ringing up $29.96. The cashier was unable to adjust the price so she called Alexandria over to assist. As soon as Alexa dries cane over she immediately stated “Very Rudely” THE PRICE IS $29.96, DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT?? That immediately struck a nerve there was a line full of customers who witnessed the unprofessionalism and rudeness as well. The lady behind me shook her head and said WOW they are so unprofessional up here, and just think she is representing Walmart as a leader ! I proceeded to ask her how was she so for sure that the ball was not suppose to be $22.96? Instead of her taking initiative like a professionally trained supervisor would have done & go back to sporting goods to verify the price to confirm if what I was saying was accurate instead she very loud and rudely was arguing back and forth with me in front of a line full of customers. She responded I never once said we don’t have a ball for $22.96 and I responded you also never once tried to confirm the price either your acting as tho you know all the prices by heart. I asked Why don’t you go to the dept and do a price check, she again sarcastically responded “IF THAT’S WHAT YOU WANT TO DO THEN WE CAN DO THAT”.. After I saw how rude she was I let my sister finish dealing with her to avoid further confrontation as well as holding up the line. My sister took Her to the back to point out where she got the ball from but her response was that is not the correct price someone put the ball in the wrong place. Me being the consumer should not have to suggest that the supervisor go back and check the price this is something that a properly trained supervisor wouldvautomatically do & not just assume because it’s ringing up one price that’s the price it is. I am a regular shopper at this store & there has been several instances where an item is marked one price on the ticket but still ringing up the regular price. I say all that to say just because it scans that price does not mean it’s 100% correct no one or nothing is Perfect mistakes happen. Alexandria didn’t put any effort neither did she use any of her Customer Service skills obviously she needs to take a Stellar Customer Service course to learn what Customer Service really means!

***Beware*** Walmart only sells tobacco and alcohol product to ‘Americans’. They only accept US id and no foreign passport. Because they are ignorant. I felt very discriminated against when I was turned away from this store because of my nationality.

Lost funds on walmart savings catcher

This is a bunch of crap.....I have not used the savings catcher for about six months and went in to check my balance and it says -0- I had a balance of $19.40.....What the *** happened to it???? You say it doesn't go away..???? Well, mine did......How do I go about getting these rewards put back onto my account??????????? Now this won't go thru because I did not use at least 100 words?????? How the *** many more words do you need me to use??? I have listed what took place and not you want more words??? This is such nonsense..........Get your act together..............

Uh, did you check Walmart pay under gift card balance?If you had read any of the emails or the notifications in the app, you would've seen the part that said starting in January, they would automatically transfer all savings reward balances to an e-gift card.What's nonsense is you not reading multiple notices explaining what would be happening.

The worse experience you can have. On line site is lacking. No detail info about billing and payment. unclear return policy. Market place sellers are not Walmart. They have different policies, and do whatever they want.. Walmart should assume all responsibilities for products on it's site. Shaky partners like Best Products, that have none. Unheard of these days... So hear me. The snakes are still out there to get you.... Buy elsewhere, not at Walmart. You deserve better. Most companies have a respectful, obvious, return policy. Walmart doesn't. I lost about $14,00.00, just by making a mistake on line... Please, avoid repeating my mistake.

Being punished for choosing Wal-Mart

Last night went to buy the xbox.one x . Then i get home open the box and there is a broken ps3 in it. I immediately go back to return it just to be told they cant take it back because they cant believe that one of their associates *** up. So i return today to talk to the store manager and he was like the only thing i can do its a formal investigation that can take 1-2 weeks. I am extremely upset. I am being put through all this when i did nothing wrong. They said they dont believe one of their associates would mess up. So now i am out of 527.69 for choosing walmart.

If it's worth it to you, you'll have them investigate for the 1-2 weeks, might be better than nothing. There are worse things that could happen, believe me this is small beans compared to what others are dealing with.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I ordered from Walmart.com.

I just received a notice from my credit card I used ( and used last time) to inform me of possibility of info breach/identity theft. Second time. This is outrageous. I only use one specific card for particularly ordering from Walmart.com only.

Ugh! I am so angered I have to go through this. Last time was an in store pick up. This time I had the items shipped.

If t hey had them in the store on the shelf I would have bought it that way however retail is going with less inventory due to more online shopping. Walmart -no more!!!

Your card company obviously finds something "strange" or out of the ordinary with the Walmart charges. When you contact the card company, find out exactly why they flagged the transaction as suspicious.

Product you sell caused me to break up with girlfriend

While I was in your store I bought Magnum gold ice cream. It wa real delicious. That was the only thing that I bought. I left the receipt in the car and my girlfriend's car was getting maintained so she borrowed mine. She was about to throw the receipt out when she saw that they sold Magnum gold. She came home and started calling me all sorts of names and started swearing at me. She also started throwing things at me. Books, clothes, knives ect. I asked her that what was up as I don't recall doing anything to anger her. She showed me the receipt and asked what the Magnum gold was. I told her it was ice cream. She said I was cheating on her. She thought I bought Magnum gold condoms. I told her that they also made ice cream with the same name. She said I was *** her. I got angry at her and bought another box of magnum gold ice cream and showed her that it is the name of an ice cream. She apologized but I said no because she should have trusted me in the first place.
