Walmart - Rude Customer Service Review

Actually your light being off does mean your closed. And you should care if a person gets fired its Rude *** customers like you who make people's job awful and regardless of whether you like it or not they have meetings to attend and have scheduled times to go home like you thats even if you work. And frankly I would personally love to know where half of ignorant *** customers like you work so I could come to your Job and show my ***. Ps nobody Gives a darn either if your on your lunch break just to add that fact to any Wal-Mart shoppers who this may apply too. Use your common sense and shop when your off work which the way half of you complain and have three buggys full if seafood and steak and a food stamp card with 900 dollars on it that my hard earned money I make to put up with your disrespectful *** pays for

Walmart doesn't believe in Customer Service

Walmart :18551 N. 83rd Ave. Glendale, AZ 85308 store#:3241 Do they believe in customer service? Should we expect to be treated like criminals and without respect just because they have lower prices? Is this what we should expect all the time: *** customer service in return for lower prices? African American, Assistant Manager named Shay doesn't believe in Customer Service and lacks people skills. Here's what happened : I was in the Fabric department. I had already waited 20 minutes for a sweet older lady to finish up the ONE and ONLY customer ahead of me. The customer had over 20 rolls of material that needed to be cut. I asked other employees if they could cut it for me. BUT, of course, no one could help...They all had excuses. So, I asked to speak to a manager. That's when ASM Shay came up to me with major attitude. I told her the story and asked if the lady could cut my ONE cut, then carry on with the 10,000 cuts the other lady wanted. SHAY:NO, that is the rule. She has to finish one customer before she goes to the next event if it takes ALL night. ME: But I only need one cut. SHAY: It doesn't matter, that's the rule. You're gonna have to wait. ME: Can you cut me one yard, please? SHAY: NO. You're gonna have to wait for her. ME: Can one of the other employees cut it for me. SHAY: NO. No one can do it. Only her. She's the ONLY one in that department. Then I was in the middle of asking her why nobody could come to help her with so many employees in the store. BUT, She cut me off. We were both talking at the same time. ME: Hold on, hold on, l am not done talking! SHAY: GET OUT. Get out of my store. Leave right now. Get out of my store. AND, she walked away. I was shocked!!! I would understand getting such treatment if I was yelling at her, speaking with curse words or being mean to her. BUT, I was being professional with her. Another employee walked by while I was still waiting for the older lady. I asked him for Shay's name. She came back with an nasty attitude. SHAY: My name is Shay. Our managers phone number is up in the front go get it if you want. I wonder if this "*** you, Customer" attitude is coming from the top and rolling down to the employees who deal with the customers on a daily basis or is this just a personal issue with certain employees?

Walmart - Forever to check out

I have had this happen several times. I get through with my shopping and then I have to stand in line for longer than it took me to shop or at least 30 mins. My ice cream melts and my nerves are shot and especially since I take my 2 mothers who are in their 80's with me. The last time it was this "get it here at the same price as other stores are giving you". It took forever. I personally think they need special lines for this type of transaction. If it wasn't for the mothers I would not come back to your store even if I save money. Time and my nerves are just as important. The person in front of us said he would never come back to Walmart again because of this. This was at the Goldenrod Super Wal-Mart in Orlando Florida.

Next time you make an expensive purchase give the receipt to mom or dad since you are not capable of holding to one, when you keep losing your receipt and try to make a return...

Walmart - Pork Chops Review

I submitted a complaint the other day.. About rotten meat.. With good experation dates... Yesterday my uncle went and got pork chops and they were very rotten... It just seems sad.. Especially if it makes people sick! These smell so bad you can't even get them into the pan to cook them.. Feeling very concerned... Maybe walmart just doesn't really care weather people are happy with there walmart experience!

Walmart in Canton, Texas - I work here

I have been employed at the Wal-Mart in canton, Texas, and i have to say that most of the managers are unqualified, incompetent, lazy, ***, and shouldn't have even been given a job period. If a manager doesn't like you, then they will do their very best to get you fired, and they will use double talk and rule bending to get you out of there. I get paid almost nothing, and the number of hours i work doesn't match what my paycheck gives. WAL-MART ARE THIEVES AND ***. They also make it impossible for you to work there because they are never pleased. No matter what you do you are never good enough. And they also pick their favorites and they can do no wrong.

Walmart - Manager would not correct a bad sale

Purchased 171.00 grill she got it home and it had dents and missing hardware and no instruction manual, called manager and he told me to call 800walmart and hung up the phone. If you are a senior citizen and a female do not go to this location, the manager does not like older people and most of the employees are rude to seniors, my friend and there family no longer goes to walmart, they now shop at super one and I will do the same and make sure you tell every senior citizen. Please tell the manager to find another job, we like walmart!
