Thank God for Lidl and Aldi

Went to Walmart - and had two different purchases. I told the cashier that and she just stared at me like I had two heads.

Then through the entire transaction no word - no eye contact - nothing. Then at the end she just handed me the receipt. No thank you, no go to ***, no nothing. Look I work with customers every day and I know they can be a royal pain in the ***.

But even with the nasty ones I smile and say thanks. I'm glad Lidl and Aldi are hitting them financially and causing people to rethink how they shop.

I know I have. I'll continue to get the things that these upstarts don't sell at Walmart, but I can guarantee that I'm very happy to hand over my $250-$300 biweekly to them rather than continue to help support racist attitudes towards customers.

No joke at all, but it doesn't really matter. Lidl and Aldi will overtake the chumps at Walmart soon enough and I won't have to deal with nasty attitudes from their cashiers.

Laugh - think it's a joke. The real laugh is that I'm saving real money and the joke is on the racist cashier at Walmart and the people who enable it there.

Customer service is going to the bottem

i was at Walmart today when i was ready to check out there was only one line open there were six people in line they have just installed new self check out lanes and are trying to force people to use them instead of having cashers that is poor customer service i do not like the self check lines and will not use them how many people do they have to fire to pay for these new lines i guess that i cam do my shopping somewhere that has good customer service also there several good grocery stores in my area

they had one register open back out in asile trying to force people threw self check out, left my stuff in the aisle, they can put it back up, went to dollar store

This is going to be the future of walmart. They don't care if people like them or not, all of there stores are going to tjis at my store the will replace all registers with self check-outs within 3 years. We now have only 3 cashiers a day!

What is so hard about using the self check outs? Instead of taking your product out of your cart and putting it on a conveyor you take it out of your cart past the scanner and drop it in a bag.

The only people that prefer the cashier is someone looking to stand there and BS with the cashier while they take twice as long to check out your products because they are being distracted withs all the BSing. 3 cheers for the stores that have the self checkouts so I don't have to get stuck in line behind someone chatting with the cashier.

No a lot of people perfer a live person so that things like restricted items can be done right a way,also the people are faster bevause they dont have to wait for every single item to register its weight

I bought a 55 inch TV from Walmart 3 days ago and got it home, it didn't work. Taking it back to customer service they took it out of the box looked for every scrue, it was all there, but the numbers on the TV and the box didn't match the receipt and box matched but the tv didn't. They refused to take it back, nobody checked it when i bought it 3 days ago, they even said they cant unless we tell them to check the code numbers, so now I have to go through the manufacture for some reason. I will never shop at Walmart again i had never taken anything back like that. They make millions of dollars and cant even stand by their return policy.

Lost reward dollars!

After Walmart app recently updated I lost close to $40 in rewards dollars. I’ve been using this app going on three years now. I like to let my dollars add up and then use them for Christmas. Now they are gone and I can’t seem to get any help with this issue. Therefore I’m not sure if it’s worth continuing to use and recommending to others. This is pretty frustrating and disappointing it was a years worth of savings. I realize it was only about $40. But $40 is $40! And every little bit helps. Otherwise I wouldn’t use the app to begin with.

My daughter and i both bought exact phones on black Friday. We went through straight talk pre pay. Hers has broken twice and she contacted Straight Talk and got it replaced both times, no questions asked. I went through the warrenty plan and was offered either $79 refund or a $79 phone, because that is what i paid for a $250 phone. They saps they could no longer get my exact phone, but straight talk sent my daughter one that same week ( hers took 2 days and she sent her old one back After she recieved the replacement. The phone they sent (after 2weeks with No phone as i had to send mine back Before they would seems me a new one) is only $49 at Walmart.com Amma is not sold in store. I cannot find a protector for it because it is probably obsolete.

No cashiers and no notice = no deal

A local Wal-mart Supercenter had plenty of people working at night--some just standing around, but when I asked if there were any cashiers, I was told, No, none at night. Unfortunately, I had already racked up a cart full of groceries and other merchandise. My past experiences with self-checkout at Wal-mart were horrible--consisting of many wasted moments waiting on a cashier to clear an error because the machine fails to recognize an item has been bagged, etc. While wrestling with the memories, I left the store for a smoke break only to return a few moments later. I was only a fraction into the self-checkout process when I gave up due to already having several errors. I told the clerk, I'm sorry, I can't deal with this and left the cart and few bags. On my way home I felt bad for having wasted mine and Wal-mart's time, but I felt no remorse because I wasn't advised there would be no cashiers and I despise how the inefficient machines are replacing workers on the cheap. Immediately after arriving home, I was able to find many of the products that were in my cart on an alternative online megastore and not only can choose when delivered but also how much to tip the awesome person who delivers. Order online with Walmart. All of my order came in within 2 days except one item.

This particular item is sold and shipped by tasharina corp. Its been 3 weeks. No sign of my item and ive called walmart customer servuce and they cant do anything for or twll me when to expect it. I cannot get a hold of Tasharina Corp ans am now wondering if ive been scammed for my measily $20.

What a joke! Will not ever order online from walmart. They shouldnt aell items on their website and take my money if they cant help me when it doesnt arrive. I purchased from walmart i want walmart to enaure i get what ive paid for.

I still havent received my order and im ao done with walmart. Very angry and will never order from walmart again!!

Amazon and many others do this too. You just have to be careful and read everything. Don;t make any assumptions.

Ships & Sold from other than WalMart! You've been ripped off by ' tasharina corp'.

WalMart just lists there product. All WM can do is contact the other company on your behalf.

If they get enough complaints, they will remove them. Try contacting them yourself!

Next time, make sure you check 'Walmart only'.

Horrible services on order

I placed an order for delivery. On that order was a microwave since my current one stopped working. I canceled the microwave within one hour. Surprise they shipped it anyhow 3 days later. Their response it you can refuse it at the door. Yeah that works if you dont work for a living. Now I will get to waste my time in the customer service line to return the microwave since I went and bought the same one at the store. They can not explain why it shipped three days after it was canceled. As a chat representative for another large company I am appalled at how little help they provide. They said we can cancel it as it is still processing. I supplied them with the tracking showing it was on the way. I am guessing he was hoping if he lied I would just leave chat.

No help from the Walmart Store or gift card center

I purchased a gift card for my son and it was stolen. I contacted the Walmart Gift Card Division but it's all automated and no option to speak to a live person, therefore I called the Walmart Store where I purchased the card and they couldn't or rather wouldn't help me providing me any info. I had the purchasing receipt so that they could give me more info but the young lady didn't know how to help and in other words sorry too bad, so sad is what she told me. It is upsetting because all I wanted to do is report it stolen but they couldn't give me info on the card number etc. Lesson learned, no more card gifting instead I'll ecard them. Totally upset with Walmart's lack of customer service.

I expect that if you got a $20 bill in change at Walmart and it was stolen you would want them to replace it as well. Gift cards are just like cash. Secure them just like you would cash.

I started ordering cat litter online with 2 day shipping to avoid bringing an infant into the store. It was more convenient since it's 35lbs. Paying the same $12.98 price as in store. They just raised the price by $10! This is ridiculous! $22.97 for litter that I've ordered multiple times at $12.98 and can still pick up at the store for $12.98. Thanks Walmart.com.

Wal mart theft accusation

went shopping at local Walmart one evening after work.picked up 30.00 worth of items.stopped before leaving the store demand of receipt when I refused as all items are bagged,associate grabbed cart refusing to let go while shouting "I watched you"! I demand they call the police they refused too so I called show receipt to officer he hands to wal mart people who then took me to customer service empty out my bags and match each item to receipt.every thing a match.no apology nothing. I called there corporate the next day and got a phone call from evening management with apology.

Actually, no, Walmart employees have no legal right to detain a customer. It's called unlawful Imprisonment and is a felony offense in which one person restrains another person temporarily. This customer could sue.

You didn't deserve an apology for this. Any store has the right to check your receipt on the way out.

You refusing to allow them to check just makes you look guilty.

All you had to do was hand over your receipt, wait a few moments for them to take a look and that was it. Get over yourself.

The TC number for on line groceries does not work for savings catcher. I always get the massage "check the TC number and date and try again". Sanvings catcher customer service cannot solve the problem.

My husband started the savings catcher on his phone because he had it all the time i stead of fignting with my tablet. We had almost $14 on it.. went to scan a receipt and wouldnt let him log into it said there was an error. So only having 7 days we tried again over the next few days. We were not successful. Tried ma y ti ea fi ally got an account to match the email and it was all gone and lost. Made a email to company and got i formed we wwre just out that money!

The same thing happened to me I had about 47.56 CENTS on my account and I went to use some of it and when I went to login it said that my phone needed to be upgraded. However it says that my phone is not available to be upgraded to the new system. So what does that mean I am out of my money or what?

WM announced they were zeroing balances and sending e-cards out. Don't know why.

They say you should get your e-card in the mail by the end of October.

Did you get it? Call them.
