Vh1 Tape Review

Hurt and heart broken for my husband. Brought aVh1 tape in of his parents to have made into a dvd at the billings montana heights store in dec come to find out it never left the store and they can not find it. Walmart - Phone Bundle Review from Sioux City, Iowa

I went online at to purchase A bundle your phone for straight talk, and was not happy with the outcome. See I needed a phone and a card, so the deal they were offering was buy a service card and get a moterola for free, then it said check to seen if it works in your area, I did and it does. But then when I got the phone turns out it dissent. I had already purchased A phone on eBay that dident work niether. Am so upset î can't even see straight and when I called all they could say is well when you shop online try clicking the option to pay in the store. Omg I am so sick of this place.I had an assotiate argue with me out load in front of everybody the other day about a clearance item, I was soimbarrased I walked right out. The lady said "I just bought this same item the other day and I'm not giving it to you for that price" I couldent bieleve my ears, I just walked out so embarrassed. So I'm not happy with them at all right now.

Walmart in Toronto, Ontario - LOST MY FURINTURE

I ordered a wicker patio set; two chairs, love seat and coffee table. It was supposed to arrive within in a week. Three weeks later it was reported lost in transit. Wall Mart accepted no responsibility, blaming the third part shipper "Same Day". Wall mart refused to send me another set, claiming the only thing they could do was refund my money so I could go online and re-order it myself. That is "garbage", they could certainly arrange another in their inventory to be shipped priority as a courtesy for their mistake. After a month i have no patio furniture, i am still waiting for my refund, and no one has accepted responsibility for the worst case of customer service i have ever experienced

Walmart in Woodland Hills, California - Wal-Mart sold me a fake gold ring

I purchased a an opal ring marked 10k from Wal-Mart about 5 years ago. I am embarrassed to say that this has been my favorite ring and I have received numerous compliments over the unique color of the opal which is my birthstone. So I needed a loan today and took it to a pawn shop only to have them tell me that when they tested it it was not gold at all just gold plated. Needless to say after 5 years I no longer have the receipt. This was purchased at WalMart in Woodland Hills, CA. Buyer beware never buy gold from that place.

Walmart - Rude Customer Service Review

Actually your light being off does mean your closed. And you should care if a person gets fired its Rude *** customers like you who make people's job awful and regardless of whether you like it or not they have meetings to attend and have scheduled times to go home like you thats even if you work. And frankly I would personally love to know where half of ignorant *** customers like you work so I could come to your Job and show my ***. Ps nobody Gives a darn either if your on your lunch break just to add that fact to any Wal-Mart shoppers who this may apply too. Walmart doesn't believe in Customer Service

Walmart :18551 N. 83rd Ave. Glendale, AZ 85308 store#:3241 Do they believe in customer service? Should we expect to be treated like criminals and without respect just because they have lower prices? Is this what we should expect all the time: *** customer service in return for lower prices? African American, Assistant Manager named Shay doesn't believe in Customer Service and lacks people skills. Here's what happened : I was in the Fabric department. I had already waited 20 minutes for a sweet older lady to finish up the ONE and ONLY customer ahead of me. The customer had over 20 rolls of material that needed to be cut. I asked other employees if they could cut it for me. BUT, of course, no one could help...They all had excuses. So, I asked to speak to a manager. That's when ASM Shay came up to me with major attitude. I told her the story and asked if the lady could cut my ONE cut, then carry on with the 10,000 cuts the other lady wanted. SHAY:NO, that is the rule. She has to finish one customer before she goes to the next event if it takes ALL night. ME: But I only need one cut. SHAY: It doesn't matter, that's the rule. You're gonna have to wait. ME: Can you cut me one yard, please? SHAY: NO. You're gonna have to wait for her. ME: Can one of the other employees cut it for me. SHAY: NO. No one can do it. Only her. She's the ONLY one in that department. Then I was in the middle of asking her why nobody could come to help her with so many employees in the store. BUT, She cut me off. We were both talking at the same time. ME: Hold on, hold on, l am not done talking! SHAY: GET OUT. Get out of my store. Leave right now. Get out of my store. AND, she walked away. I was shocked!!! I would understand getting such treatment if I was yelling at her, speaking with curse words or being mean to her. BUT, I was being professional with her. Another employee walked by while I was still waiting for the older lady. I asked him for Shay's name. She came back with an nasty attitude. SHAY: My name is Shay. Our managers phone number is up in the front go get it if you want. I wonder if this "*** you, Customer" attitude is coming from the top and rolling down to the employees who deal with the customers on a daily basis or is this just a personal issue with certain employees?

Walmart - Forever to check out

I have had this happen several times. I get through with my shopping and then I have to stand in line for longer than it took me to shop or at least 30 mins. My ice cream melts and my nerves are shot and especially since I take my 2 mothers who are in their 80's with me. The last time it was this "get it here at the same price as other stores are giving you". It took forever. I personally think they need special lines for this type of transaction. If it wasn't for the mothers I would not come back to your store even if I save money. Time and my nerves are just as important. The person in front of us said he would never come back to Walmart again because of this. This was at the Goldenrod Super Wal-Mart in Orlando Florida.

Next time you make an expensive purchase give the receipt to mom or dad since you are not capable of holding to one, when you keep losing your receipt and try to make a return...
