Walmart - No supervisor nor manager at store at peak time 5:30ishpm

Walmart Brasil Salvador, Bahia, Brazil Dirty store, Untrained (in terms on customer service) employees, slow cashiers, few cashier lines open, no grocery baggers (there is a law in Brazil that supermarkets need to have baggers) This afternoon I got a few grocery items at bompreco fort sao pedro in center of Salavdor city these codes identify store: CNPJ: 97.422.620/0002-31 IE: 00.067.359-NO IM 138461/002-64 I think this one idetifies cashier: CCF: 035346 short line but very slow cashier of 5 or 6 cashiers only 2 were open -- this was at 2:08pm My turn arrived my items were passed -- I packed my own groceries (I shop there I don't work for walmart!!!) and only when I got home did I realize I didn't have my lettuce. Later in day I went by the supermarket to get my lettuce - there was no one in the front or back entry desk --- no customer service (there usually isn't) So I told security guard the situation --- she looked at the receipt --- there was no lettuce on it --- the cashier had no even passed my lettuce (no bar code) so I guess she just didn't register item Too bad I said to secutirty guard it was the only package of that kind of lettuce. She told me to go to vegetable section that someone might have put it back. I found the item and there was a long line. THe security guard told me to head it to the cashier frrom her side so I wouldn't have to do the wait again. The cashier attended 2 ther people and ignored me. I had to speak up and he said grumbled something. I responded in a loud voice about the bad service of bompreco. After all if the cashier in the afternoon had done her job correctly I would have had to return. He was only male cashier at the time 5:40ish pm to day March 17, 2014 - wearing a yellow t-shirt (so he is a junior supervisor and that is his attitude) I went in search of supervisor or manager in the front entrance -- no one at desk. Yelled for manager --- no one there to atttend to me so I yelled to get someone attention. This supermarket is run by the poorly trained (in terms of customer service) cashiers and the security guards. Manager never comes forth he/she is always out. I went up to one of cashiers left money by her register and told her name of lettuce type --- no bar code so she would have to input it anyway Another security guard (male) that had seen the situation. Blocked my exit and treated me like a thief. I told him if he touched me he was going to jail! He backed off. I went to register got my money throw item to ground Walmart headquarters needs to know that bompreco which is part of Walart Brasil provides non-user friendly experiences to shoppers in Salvador Bahia Brazil. It is not just this location --- though this one by far is the worst. In the future I will be filming the long lines, closed cashiers, the dirtiness, and the lack of baggers and placing online I want Walmart USA to contact me regarding this matter. Such a simple issue (a cashier can make a mistake) but no customer service at local to handle issue. Train your personnel!!! and managers need to be available and in the stores You should send mystery shoppers to this and other bompreco locations in Salvador Bahia Brazil

Walmart - 6 pack bottled tea soured

I bought a 6 pack of bottled iced tea. I went straight home and opened one and discovered it had already soured. I have not found an expiration on the packaging or individual bottles. If the bottled tea is on the shelf too long or is allowed to heat up during shipping, it will sour. I bought a 6 pack of bottled iced tea. Walmart in Franklin, Louisiana - Employee was very rude

Me and my boyfriend and children was shopping in the toy department and my boyfriend found a walmart portable printer that they used to mark things down with. My boyfriend brought it to the counter in electronics department and he gave it to erin a associate. She said in a rude voice what are you talking about in a rude voice. As he was returning it to her. And this is not first time that this has happened we do not like to go there if she is working. All the other employees in that department are kind. If she don't know how to be nice then she needs to work were she does not have to deal with customers.

Walmart refuses to provide customer service

We went to the Walmart on Summit BLVD in Broomfield on Saturday to buy a prepaid phone. The associate had a *** of a time running the cash register. We decided that we wanted to return the phone and the phone minute card because we don't need it. Well, miss "I am better than you" wouldn't return any of the items. Said they have a 15 day policy for returns. So, without a receipt, they will do nothing to help the situation. Even said "we can't look up the transaction with the credit card you used to pay the phone", which is dumb. Other retailers can look up the transactions without the receipt. They are going to *** off a customer over a $10 phone and a $30 phone card. Is this what Sam Walton taught his employees? I guess so. *** off the customer and too bad. And Walmart wonders why they have had a big decrease in their sales across the board. Needless to say, instead of going their to buy socks and underwear, we made a trip to Target instead. Screw Walmart and their unfair return policy and poor customer service!!!
