Walmart - Purchased a non reloadable card

I purchased a rush card at Wal-Mart,i activated the card at Wal-Mart the automated service informed me that i couldn't reload this card,the customer service rep.,suggested that i purchase another card so i did,i also activated the card in front of her at the register. When it came time to put in the green dot money pack number it responded that this card also was a one time card and not reloadable. So I've not the bullet for 4.95 activation fee twice and all the rep. Could do was apologize and tel me to try and call and very a refund. To my surprise i can't go any further than a balance inquiry because your automated service won't allow me to go any further. What steps do i take at this point to ge my money back.

Walmart in Princeton, New Jersey - Soho platform full bed

We received the bed which came with NO INSTRUCTIONS in the box, then my boyfriend finally gets to the last part of finishing the bed and we that see one of the "P" boards are split! This is my 2nd time ordering a BIG purchase from walmart with both being such a disaster. I did a store pick up for a 42 in tv. I got it home and it didn't work. I am THROUGH with walmart big ticket purchases! I would not recommend for anyone to make big ticket purchases from walmart. Now I have to wait another 5-10 days to receive my bed piece that is broke

Walmart - Charged My Card and Stalled delivery of Product

Placed an order on my account thru Walmart.com for local store pickup. They placed a hold on my order to make sure it was really me. I had to call 5 different phone numbers to try to find out what was going on - to which no-one knew. The financial verification line wanted the caller to leave personal information on a voicemail - they are apparently only open M-F 8-4, so my order is now indefinitely on hold. Very unsafe! I don't think I'll purchase from Walmart.com again. The few dollars of savings I got buy buying there were sucked up quickly by the 2 hours I had to waste on the phone- and my order is still not resolved. Every person I spoke to gave me the lame answer that I would have to wait until it resolves on its own- or when the finance hotline decides to respond. They also spoke with my office about my personal information without my permission! Per my corporate Amex card, Walmart received my funds and should not be delaying my order. Very unsettling when dealing with my credit card! I expected more from a Walmart brand.

Friend and I were overcharged on two items on Feb11.14. Total amount $11.This meant a trip back to store and to stand in a long line to wait for refund. Check your slips before you leave the store.WhY do you need a hundred words? Just enter the the correct sale price...

Walmart in Covington, Virginia - Bought a shop light. Bad product and service.

I wait a total of 1 hr. 30 mins to have a question answered and to return a shop light. I talked to a CSM (Linda) about compensating me for the bulbs a bought from S.J. Neathawk because of the defective shop light that one of the ends popped off releasing the bulbs to the floor. Linda said she would call a manger for me. 45 mins later, the Mgr, (Steve) shows up only to say "no" to the compensation. So I waited another 25 mins in line and I got a CSM (Hazel) Which told me to go get another shop light. When I got back 5 mins later, Hazel was gone. I had to wait another 15 mins before the line was gone and Linda rang me up. Now I know why everyone hates this Walmart and I will be referring all my friends and family away from there. There is no sense in treating a customer like this.

Walmart, still @ it!

My daughter, a student, purchased a laptop on site to store 02/09/14. The online track your order stated that it would be ready @ 1829. (We had checked on it earlier , about an hour before that time..thinking, well, maybe it's ready? We were told, "No it is not ready yet." Okay, we're early..) We checked again online @ 1930, We had not received an e-mail, or a text message but thought, well the site says it should be ready? We were told @ this time, that the laptop/order was "returned"?? What do you mean? We waited all day long! (Sunday night, assignments due..Of course, tonight!) I asked to speak to a manager, I didn't understand? (My daughter's card, has been charged 318.86 and she doesn't have any merchandise!)" Well, that can take a few days.." 02/10/2014 I began calling...40 minutes trying to get through to district manager, they apparently go home @ 15:00? Because they did not answer after that. So, I called customer service who advised me that I needed to call the Walmart.com # 1-800-966-6546 where I was advised that Walmart cancelled the order @ 09:48...TODAY!!! (and her card has still not been credited!) Ictura advised me that "It's her bank that refuses to reverse the charges! Now, I may be slow, or naive, but that just doesn't make sense to me! We will be following up and contacting the bank...But let me tell you, dealing with Walmart was a nightmare, and a learning experience as well! I will not shop there again. The employees were rude, I did NOT get ANY APOLOGIES!!! And my daughter learned something, too. How NOT to treat people. (and she continues to have a 318.86$$ charge on her card, so! She can't go and purchase a much needed laptop. So, she also knows frustration, fear of falling behind in her courses, and somebody gets to use her hard earned money! Unfortunately, the money these people make is making them MONSTERS! (to their employees as well as their customers!) Sad. Very sad.
