Every distribution center u deleiver to treats a trk driver like ***..they walk on water type of attitude..no phone numbers for coporate office..there is a number but it’s for products loss..Sam Weldon would fire people over that but now days they screw drivers every way they can..that’s the new walmart..bunch of ***..

I bought an open box Gamo Whisper .177 rifle at Walmart located at 9460 W Sam Houston Pkwy S Houston, TX 77099 and I paid $98.00 + tax for it . When I opened the box the scope was missing!

Someone stole the scope right off of the rifle and taped the box back up. I came back this store today with a receipt on hand tried to exchange for a same rifle with scope . And a store manager his name is Antonio told me he will find a scope for me but he won't let me exchange for a new one . And I said that fine !

I waited almost an hour he came and told me a rifle I bought was a last one . They don't have a same rifle in stock . I asked him if he can give me a store credit or let me return and he refused . I asked him is this your policy or Walmart policy ?

And he got mad . He called 2 security escort me out of the door .

I'm trying to get what I paid for and nothing wrong with that . Stay away from this Walmart because it run by a Mafia .

wow....using an ethnic slur. OK, well I can match that....if you rednecks would not steal *** out of the boxes, or look with your one good eye through the merchandise before purchasing it, all would be well.

Use one of your 3 teeth to slice through the tape and make sure.

But if you didn't you should be able to get a refund/exchange if you are polite, that is if your spouse (i.e. sister) let's you borrow her truck.

And they don't just escort anybody out, unless they were unruly, so you got what's coming to ya, hillbilly.

Walmart - Customer Care Review

You can always wait in line, it might take 20 minutes but hey you get a man/woman taken your cash saying hi. normally the self-check out lady says hi to me when I'm walking out or about to buy whatever. Every store is going to say join our family, so i don't even see your point, as self-check out also helps cut down on in store prices also. You can shop at Walmart or another store but pay little more its up to you really, just do price matching and see what one is offering the best deals... Walmart does price matching also, so it might be little hard to get a better deal else were. Only good thing about it is your helping the community out by buying in the mom and pap shops.

Walmart - Walmat shipping is the worst I have ever seen in my life.

Walmart must have an army of Ave Venturas packing and delivering their goods. I ordered 12 cans of canned salmon and for the second time it arrived with every single can damaged, severely due to poor packing.

The exception is that in the second order only 9 were presumably damaged. I say presumably because i only received 9. Why? Well also presumably because the packaging was so poorly performed *** tore in the corner of the box and I wager cans flew out of the box and are now rolling around in AV's delivery van.

I will never again order ANYTHING from walmart.

Their prices are border line OK, their shipping is the worst I have seen in my entire life, the customer service which basically is non-existent has absolutely no way of contacting them about issues like this. This is the only thing I order from Walmart because I cant find it anywhere else in decent quantities but I guess I will simply have to no longer use this product as well.

Shake hands re: shipping & non-existent customer service. I had ordered the 31-gal.

Behrens steel trash can (animal-proof). It never arrived. UPS lost it despite the tracking number! Zero accountability to re-stock, even though Behrens informed me that they sent the cans to Walmart.

If so, why does it state they're out of stock? For crying out loud.

I went up the chain of command (i.e. supervisor, then manager). Each higher-level was more snide and authoritarian than the level beneath him-or-her, as if to say, I want you to cringe and squirm.

You know the type. That's the world we live in right now, and only a major miracle can change it.

I ordered Suave body wash, mouthwash, bathroom cleaner and toothpaste. They arrived in a huge box stuffed in a trash bag with no packing material.

All merchandise was coated in liquid soap. This order came from Spartanburg, South Carolina. Never have this problem when I order from Jet.

Returning to home store today for complete refund. These people are not being trained how to ship merchandise or they don't care.

Bad battery

went to walmart to get new battery for my boat..was told battery was good.i explained i had just charged battery and it wouldnt hold a charge to run for night fishing....battery was 2 yrs old....took home and same night it went down again.....went back and manager told me the samething....i insisted on new battery and after purchasing have had 0 problems since...by the way,original battery was purchased from you also......i understand it was 2 yrs old,but your manager is not nearly so smart as made out to be,so don't tell me i don't know what i'm talking about.......what an arogant ***........never had any problems before this.....

I'd never let a Walmart employee touch my car. Go to an auto store and purchase a decent battery and they will install it for free.

Even those quick oil change places sell batteries, just don't go to Walmart. And find yourself a good mechanic.

I never trust the info I get from anyone at Walmart, much less anyone in the automotive department. Too many times the info I got was in error along with a "I know what I am talking about" attitude when they clearly knew little, if anything about my problem. I pay a bit more now for auto supplies but get them from one of the automotive stores all around town rather than step foot into a Walmart.

Over pricing on produce without your knowledge

I sent to Walmart store at 1725 New Hope Church Rd, Raleigh North Carolina on Sunday October 22, 2017 around 10am. Green Grapes had a tag on the refrigerator box, the produce section with a price of $1.98 per pound.

At the register the first time I sent there it range up at $2.95 per pound. I found the assistant manager Demar there and showed him. He finally got the product assistant manager BJ to check it out. On his hand held scanner thing it rang as $1.98 (I assume they never showed me) but at the register this time it was $5.82 per pound.

I showed them and he tried to correct it but couldn't. There were other people there buying grapes and I said - be careful, these at $1.98 rang up at $2.95 per pound. Demar - the assistant manager said I shouldn't chase away his customers. I told him he shouldn't be stealing from them.

He said I can't chase away his customers. I said - how about I call the police for you stealing from people. He said it was correct so I grabbed my grapes to ring it up again and it was not.

I called over BJ the assistant produce manager and showed him the register screen showing $5.82 per pound for green grapes. Then I left.

Lidl and Aldi is giving the Walmart's in this area some stiff competition. You'll find better prices on just about everything food at Lidl with better customer service than you find at a Walmart. Just remember these new stores don't have EVERYTHING that Walmart has, but you'll leave more satisfied and able to deal with the hucksters at Walmart a bit better.

Walmart has had an ever-increasing problem with prices. Either there is no price to be found for items as the employees fail to label the shelves or an incorrect price will scan at the register.

If you really must shop at a Walmart, you need to verify each and every item scanned at the register. They like to scan your items fast and their screens are slow in showing the items scanned so you have to tell the cashier to slow way down in scanning. All in all, Walmart is really not a store to be trusted when it comes to prices.

It's called scamming a customer. Shop elsewhere if possible.

My Savings catcher dollars disappeared Oct 23! I had accumulated over $75.00! Googled and sure enough I’m not alone. Fortunately the accumulated savings do show up. I’m curious how they can prove that I redeemed them. They need to show me how I redeemed them!

Wal-Mart Savings Catcher

Received and e-mail from Wal-Mart telling me they are sending me an e-card between Oct. 11 and the 30th. I did not authorize an e-card. Was trying to save up (because it takes FORVEVER) to get a balance of 100.00 before cashing it out. I emailed Wal-Mart and asked them NOT to cash my balance out. They ignored my response. I received the e-card today for 34.00 and some change. If they are going to run their program this way I am OUT. I have emailed again with NO RESPONSE. This program has some glitches especially when the consumer cannot choose their own date for redeeming their account.

I received my items from my WalMart order and 2 were from the marketplace seller, Tasharina Corporation. I had to return one of the items because it wasn't the right fit (good quality, just not a fit for my body), and I called them and received return instructions via email the very next day. I followed return instructions (be aware -- I READ the return policy on my purchase) and knew I had to pay for return shipping. Sent the shirt back, and got my refund within 5 days. Super simple. Customer service was very nice and helpful. I would buy from them again. I think internet buyers don't read the return shipping policy and throw a fit over it, but really, that's our responsibility as customers. Good products, great price.

May 15th i ordered a $35 Boost Mobil Air Time Card on Walmarts website. Used Pay Pal Account and it was an e-Gift Card to be delivered to me .. The card was sent to me to a very old email address Walmart had in their records. I have no access to that email and havent had for over two years. My new email address is the one that my Walmart account is under so i ASSUMED it would get there..i looked back at the order and it didnt ask for recipitents email so it dedaulted to an old one?..anyway thats not the mail issue.. so i did what anyonen would do i called Walmart...(my paypal account was already xharged for $35 actually $37 dont ask why.. nowhere was tax charged and SUPPOSEDLY there were ZERO FEES.. anyway .that was only the beginning of my problems. Obviously i am a complete *** bexause i figured rhat Walmary could see the pin code on the Boost Mobil card had not been used, tell Boost to void and send another, or more logical would be ro forward it to proper email address... .After a lengthy conversation with WallyWorld ,walmart , they said i had to call Boost Mobil that they would have to issue another one...Of course it sounded odd since Boost already sent Walmart the card , except when i thought about it since walmart sent it to the wrong email where it will never be redeemed then tbe $35 stays in walmarts pocket, and sits in the 'we make a million dollars a month in delayed payment funds' account., .. But I called Boost as instructed and they said absolutely not , that i had to call WallyWorld and they would issue me the pin code on the card or send it to the correct email address...His name is Oscar P in the accounting dept. So i called WallyWorld back, for the second time and after 2 hours they ended up saying the same thing..That they had NO WAY of getting the pin code from the card that it was sent to the registerd email address and i would have to call Boost it was up to them to issue another one. Welk i thought that i needed to show them they were wrong, that the email adress was long ago taken off the account and they xould see the addess now has had hundreds of transactions and the old one ZERO transactions. After another 45 minutes on this subject the operator said that was an online issue and she couldnt help.. Finally i gave uo got back on the issue at hand only to end up withel the aame answer that I had to call Boost. I tried to explain to her i had done all this but that was all.she was done... I called Boost Mobil back only to get the same response. Now after a cooling off period i called and MIRACULOUSLY gave me the pin code from.the card. ..I went to the Booet Mobil Site entered the pin code in and it was INVALID. I want you to know that this entire issue i am writing about has not been exagerated one letter.. this is exacrly what happened.. i am not going to continue because now you may get what i mean by saying on the EIGHTH CALL ON MAY 20 i FINALLY got Boost on a 3wayCall snd the Boost guy said OK that pin code is good and he would credit it to my account and restore my service for another month..I thanked both of them and hung up..Five minutes later i got an email crom Boost saying the pin code was INVALID and i should contact walmart to give me another one.. my question is how do you define the word.CUSTOMER SERVICE...does it mean try and help the customer by resolving the issue even if it means spending a.few extra minutes, especially after the gentlemen has called over 8 times in the past 6 days with the same problem? or does it mean, get this guy off the phone because he is lying, he got the email and is trying to scam us, and i really dont care about his $35 or his phone service, and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE its the other company... It doesnt matter now because i lost way more than you can ever imagine..i missed the 2 calls confirming my 3day job in Los Angeles that would have paid enough.to get thru the rest of this month..missed them, missed the job .I DONT HAVE $35 to buy another card.....i hope that none of the 19 people i talked to ever have to go thru something like this but if you do you may know how it feels.. sincerely me..another victim..

I purchased a castle pop up tent with it's own carry case for my grand daughter on 9/30/17 from Walmart.com. I received it on 10/10/17. It came US Mail It didn't come in a bag, envelope, box, or any protective cover. They just stuck the shipping label on the plastic cover. It is all dirty, scraped, and torn. I have never seen anything so tacky like this before. I called Walmart complaint hot line about it and now they tell me that I can't return it to the store I have to take my money and send it back to this third party Vender! This is crazy!

You would have noticed if you were ordering from a third party vendor at walmart.com since that is mentioned for items sold by third parties.

So, yes, if you ordered from a third party vendor then you would need to deal with them.

You most likely can find this information on Walmart's website.

I was so pissed off because I thought all my savings had disappeared! I logged on to the website (not through the app) and I looked at e-gift cards and bam! There was my money! I guess Walmart automatically stored it in a gift card on a certain date. What a relief. I thought I was going to have to contact customer service. I’m assuming we have to print out the gift card in order to use it. I can’t click on it through my phone but I can view it! Try logging on through Walmart.com. I’m going to try to post the link.
