Walmart in Brinkley, Arkansas - Rude manager and sales people

In the walmart super center Houston #3302 a young black salesman was very nice and tried to help us when we tried to have a price match for the defender series otter box for the iPad mini. It was being sold for $70 but we found it for $40 at best buy. When we showed the salesman he tried to get the manager ... The manager took way to long and there was also two salesman (a Mexican women whose name tag was flipped around,so we couldn't get her name; and a black older man whose name started with a J, but his name was smeared who was at the electronics register) They were extremely rude and didn't listen to what we said and told us us we were lying Even when we showed those two sales person the online website for bestbuy.com the woman said that it didn't have a date!! A date?!What bad customer service It is on their actual website right now, what date do you possibly need! She even told us to just go to best buy!!!!! The only reason why we stayed to wait for the man anger was because the young salesman who helped us at first worked hard to call the manager over. In the end when the manager came he barely gave us a glance and was very disrespectful!!!! He loudly told is that that was hit the online price and walked off. So we ended up buying it at best buy for $39.99, the price they had.. No questions asked. Me and my entire family and the the friends we will tell will no longer be shopping for electronics at that walmart. I hope you can have better judgment of whom you choose to give manager positions to and whom you hire!!! The only person who we liked was the young black salesman who helped us.

Walmart makes promises they can't deliver...like my tv!

The One hour guarantee does not seem to be working out for some of us. I am in the same boat as the other complaints. Ordered the 32 inch tv on thanksgiving. Guaranteed by Christmas but estimated to arrive the 22nd. Item shipped to sorting facility two weeks ago where it remains today and I get a lovely email this morning apologizing for the delay. Merry Christmas Walmart, you POS greedy company. I will never make the mistake of shopping there again. I will be very curious to see how this plays out over the next couple days and wondering how Walmart is going to rectify the situation.

Update to Walmart 1 hour guarantee worthless.Yesterday the 22nd I posted that my tv had not been shipped.Updated that between 5 and 9:30 Pm it was shipped and the status said it should be in on the 22nd.How could that happen when it was just shipped?It didn't.This morning I received my first email from them saying my shipment has been delayed and they don't know when it will come.Apparently it was a lie that it had shipped.It was simply a response from my email about why it not not been shipped. I am including the one and only email and last status from the evening of 22nd which is when it was supposed to arrive.Obviously it will not arrive by the 22nd or even before Christmas. If you go to walmart's black friday sale to buy gifts for Christmas go somewhere else.They treat you like a sheep and do not fulfill their promises.This was my first and last time going to black friday walmart sale.

Walmart - Declined online order twice but money with held from my acount twice

disabled veteran so in store shopping ( especially over holidays ) not an option. tried to order 32" TV online and after filling out order form was told my order was cancelled. contacted via e-mail customer support as directed by the e-mail and told I did must have filled out form wrong so check my information and try again. so I did and everything was filled out correct so I ordered again ( all done with in 4 hr. time frame) same thing happened. order cancelled e-mail stating I did something wrong. I again checked information all correct. e-mailed customer support multiple times and was blamed on me entering wrong account information or blamed my credit union. I used my visa so decided to check out my account on line there were two holds for over $360 each. waited tell credit union opened back after holiday. they told me I did everything right because if I would have filled out even one thing wrong Wal-Mart would have never even been able to get into my account to have that money with held from me. my credit union was great and un froze that money for me so I could use it but the sales were done by then and now i'm having to pay full price for the same TV if I want it and because that money was froze from my use I missed being able to use that to save money on other purchases I had planned and waited for these sales to come around. I figure this cost me around $580 total due to missing the sales over the time that my money was froze from me. wrote corporate as directed still no response and don't expect there ever will be one either. my thought is that this TV never even existed it was just being advertised to get you to come to there site. why else would they cancel an order twice when they were allocated the correct amount of funds for the purchase. Ya pissed!!!! what a way to treat a customer!!

Walmart in Minneapolis, Minnesota - One Hour Guarantee TV - What a JOKE!!!

We got the 1 hour guarantee / gift card for the 32" TV, and went home to register online, as instructed. It took 2 hours of trying to submit our code - their website did not work and kept crashing. It finally went through - or so we thought. We went back to check because no email ever arrived saying the TV had shipped. They have no record of it, and said we could still use the gift card. So much for the TV - what a pack of lies!! They should have a record of what was purchased on that day so they know how many TV's they need. It's an absolute joke, and I am so pissed that we wasted all that time not only in the store, but online and then waiting for some *** customer service rep in India to fumble through their excuses. This fiasco is ALL THIER FAULT and I do NOT want their *** gift card. I HATE THIS STORE and their UNCARING ATTITUDE toward all of us who made the special trip there and stood in line for hours. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, and I will tell as many people as I can about this horrible experience. I hope the bad press they get from everyone who got screwed does away with their feeble attempt at this in the future. I HATE WALMART!!!

Walmart in Johnson City, New York - Website and customer service stink

Tried to order online for days. Every time I attempted to check out I got an error page. Called 'WalMart Online' and after waiting about 40 minutes on hold was told that they were having IT problems, try tomorrow, and if problem persisted call again and they would take care of the order. Same next day. Called again, listened to the message many times ("if you want to place an order you're in the right place") and was informed that they could not take my order. They just don't take orders. Finally gave up on the rude woman and called WalMart Customer service. Ran me in a circle with numbered choices for a while, then directed my call to 'WalMart online!' Tried again, attempting to find an alternative choice to get to talk to someone. 'WalMart online' again. Don't waste your time.
