Walmart - Deceptive Advertising/Poor Customer Service

I Googled a specific men's electric shaver and Walmart advertised it for $125. I went into the store to purchase it and it rang up for $147.99. After waiting for 30 minutes already, I was not keen on arguing with the manager. I showed her the price on my phone and she said they don't honor their online prices! I asked her to show me where it said this was an online price only and she could not. I printed the website from my computer and did not see anything that would suggest the price would not be the same at the store. The manager printed off their policy but could not explain why this information was not seen from my phone. I was shocked beyond words the manager did not make the adjustment after realizing this information was not present on my phone which shows me this company is not only deceptive but openly smug about breaking the law.

IPad delivery not made and Walmart refused to investigate or track it.

I ordered an iPad from Walmart that was guaranteed for delivery by 12/24 and I paid expedited delivery fee to ensure it. The item still has not come. Walmart refused to credit me for the expedited delivery and stated UPS said the delivery was made. I was home all day and am absolutely sure it was not delivered. A delivery person cannot approach my home without me being aware. Walmart insists I file a police report or they will not investigate it. I refused, since Walmart is abusing our police with such frivolous police reports and causing taxpayers to foot the bill.

Walmart lost my $98 TV and tried to give me a piece of *** TV!!!

I went to pick up my $98 television from WalMart and the sales person told me that they had given my tv to someone else. She then offered me a vizio and I asked if I could see it and if it was a better tv. One of the more experience associates told me that vizio was better... Sooo i told her okay I'l try the vizio and that's when she got mad and said "No you can't have it. You asked that guy if it was better so now you want it!" I asked for management and the manager in essence humiliated me and told me that I was trying to get a more expensive tv! I told her that the associate offered it! Well the manager told me to take one of the emerson's that was left by another customer... to be continued at the Better Business Bureau...

Christmas wrap was on sale 50% at Walmart, Charged full price

I went in for the day after Christmas sales to Walmart. Picked up some Christmas wrap. The sign in front of the wrap clearly stated 50% off. I looked at the preprinted label which said $2.47 so I grabbed 4 rolls plus a bigger roll priced 4.97. When I went through checkout, the cashier gave me 50% off the 4.97 roll but not the 2.47 rolls. So I went to Customer service and she told me it was already discounted. I showed her the price on the roll and she looked at my receipt and saw that the 4.97 roll was discounted so she stated it was all 50% off. I said it was not and showed her the roll. She still said it was all discounted. What kind of idiots do they hire at Walmart, who can't read?
