Walmart - Declined online order twice but money with held from my acount twice

disabled veteran so in store shopping ( especially over holidays ) not an option. tried to order 32" TV online and after filling out order form was told my order was cancelled. contacted via e-mail customer support as directed by the e-mail and told I did must have filled out form wrong so check my information and try again. so I did and everything was filled out correct so I ordered again ( all done with in 4 hr. time frame) same thing happened. order cancelled e-mail stating I did something wrong. I again checked information all correct. e-mailed customer support multiple times and was blamed on me entering wrong account information or blamed my credit union. I used my visa so decided to check out my account on line there were two holds for over $360 each. waited tell credit union opened back after holiday. they told me I did everything right because if I would have filled out even one thing wrong Wal-Mart would have never even been able to get into my account to have that money with held from me. my credit union was great and un froze that money for me so I could use it but the sales were done by then and now i'm having to pay full price for the same TV if I want it and because that money was froze from my use I missed being able to use that to save money on other purchases I had planned and waited for these sales to come around. I figure this cost me around $580 total due to missing the sales over the time that my money was froze from me. wrote corporate as directed still no response and don't expect there ever will be one either. my thought is that this TV never even existed it was just being advertised to get you to come to there site. why else would they cancel an order twice when they were allocated the correct amount of funds for the purchase. Ya pissed!!!! what a way to treat a customer!!

Walmart in Minneapolis, Minnesota - One Hour Guarantee TV - What a JOKE!!!

We got the 1 hour guarantee / gift card for the 32" TV, and went home to register online, as instructed. It took 2 hours of trying to submit our code - their website did not work and kept crashing. It finally went through - or so we thought. We went back to check because no email ever arrived saying the TV had shipped. They have no record of it, and said we could still use the gift card. So much for the TV - what a pack of lies!! They should have a record of what was purchased on that day so they know how many TV's they need. It's an absolute joke, and I am so pissed that we wasted all that time not only in the store, but online and then waiting for some *** customer service rep in India to fumble through their excuses. This fiasco is ALL THIER FAULT and I do NOT want their *** gift card. I HATE THIS STORE and their UNCARING ATTITUDE toward all of us who made the special trip there and stood in line for hours. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, and I will tell as many people as I can about this horrible experience. I hope the bad press they get from everyone who got screwed does away with their feeble attempt at this in the future. I HATE WALMART!!!

Walmart in Johnson City, New York - Website and customer service stink

Tried to order online for days. Every time I attempted to check out I got an error page. Called 'WalMart Online' and after waiting about 40 minutes on hold was told that they were having IT problems, try tomorrow, and if problem persisted call again and they would take care of the order. Same next day. Called again, listened to the message many times ("if you want to place an order you're in the right place") and was informed that they could not take my order. They just don't take orders. Finally gave up on the rude woman and called WalMart Customer service. Ran me in a circle with numbered choices for a while, then directed my call to 'WalMart online!' Tried again, attempting to find an alternative choice to get to talk to someone. 'WalMart online' again. Don't waste your time.

Walmart in Albuquerque, New Mexico - So pissed my face was red hot! black friday 1 hour bs!

Left my thanksgiving dinner n fam, just to go to walmart on Thursday for the 8pm event, I wanted the beats by dre SOLO headphones, when I asked the gymuy whered they were going to set it up, he said *oh, we're sold it, so here, purchase this card n blah blah blah* which I did...ok so not only did I wait almost a freakn month to get the item...which by the way is the only thing my son wanted for Christmas, I went today to pick it up, get home to wrap it, and notice that its not what I freakin ordered! They sent me beats by dre STUDIO, old version that the manufacturer doesn't even make anymore, and all of a sudden, nobody knows nothing about anything, and I am stuck with a freakn item we do not want! Way to spoil my kids Christmas ***!

Walmart in Vancouver, British Columbia - No service at the Fort St. John store

Dec 20 2013. went to the store to get Christmas gifts for my kids the shelves are bare and the allies are full of toys on pallets. I know it a busy time of the year but when you see staff members standing around and talking with each others there a problem. when you ask for help and they said there under staff that's why the shelves are bare that's not expectable. now I am very upset it's the only time I have to shop for my kids I work through out the week and have hardly any time, Now my kids are not getting what they really want. I had to go to the source and Canadian Tire to get some toys for them, not what they want. now I disappoint my kids I feel like an *** toward them and it hurts me. they need to do some thing with that store I'm not the only one who's upset with the store it's like that all the time it's unsafe when the allies are full of pallets and can't get through the allies it's a fire hazard.

Walmart in Rifle, Colorado - Terrible customer service!

This is the feedback regarding to the location Walmart superstore 1827 Walnut Grove Ave, Rosemead, CA I came here today (12/19) at the time between 3-3:40pm. I went to the electronic cashier (an older female) and asked if they could price match from Office Depot that we saw in store for $180, but was also online as well. The sale associate said maybe but would have to ask the manager. She came back with the manager "Jorge". Jorge asked us what could he help us with? We told him if the store carry the nexus 7. Out of no where, another Hispanic customer come and interrupted while we were speaking to him. He turns around and helps them when he didn't even help us when we were there first. He could've simply and professionally ask the customer to wait for the turn so he could finish helping us. I really find that rude/lack of customer service. While my friend and I wait even though we were first. I hear his conversation with the customer (a married couple with an infant). The customer asked if he could price match some smart touch screen device, the same one they found "online ads" from another store. He gladly said yes. Then he waited until they pull up the ads online. He turn back to us and ask us "can I help you". We then had to explain we wanted a price match from Office Depot and they sell it in the store for $180. He then told us "no, it has to be an newspaper ads". First of all, we were first. Second of all, he turn around and help the "Hispanic" customer. Third of all, I see lack of customer service/ and not professional. I don't know is it because my friend and I is asian and that he might not want to help us, but to help his people? I don't know is there's some kind of racial discrimination, but i was very upset because I see no proper management. And I took my business else where.

Walmart - Wal-Marts 1 hr guarantee was a lie

I stood in line for the 32" tv only to be handed the 1 hr guarantee card. I did everything that I was to do and received an email confirmation that my tv would arrive this week. Well, instead of my tv I received an email saying that the tv was damaged during shipping. It was supposed to have been sent back and my money was put back on "my gift card" and I was to go to their website and reorder another tv. I have sent numberous emails about it only to be told they basically can't help me anymore. Only problem is that card was only for use on their 1hr website and secondly, if I reorder now there is no way I will get another tv at that price! Totally *** me off that I wasted my time and that they have had my money for a month now and I have nothing to show for it but a card and many emails! Guess I'll be taking my money else where from now on...such false advertising on their part!

Walmart Sells Used Cell Phones As New

I sent the following to Sprint regarding their service and also about what happened to me with Walmart where I purchased the phone for a recent upgrade. Been contacting Walmart customer service and even though was told that they will look at this and get back to me to take care of it still nothing heard from them. They simply do NOT care ! This is what I sent to Sprint: Thank you Sprint for screwing me over ! Your service don't work. Having problems with your service since moved to a different home/location earlier this year. Everyone in the neighborhood that has Sprint has the same problem. Phones don't work inside the houses and barely inside. The only ones that have cell phone service with no problem are those that have AT&T and Verizon. Was given one of your Airave device back them to solve this problem but since it works via the internet connection and where I live being that Comcast is the only internet provider available, their service happens to be the worst I have seen. Disconnects many times during the day, bad signal, etc... Been on their back about that as well everyone else in the area. When the internet goes down I have no cell phone service and also poor voice quality (breaks up) and according to your tech support and Airave tech support that is because of the quality of my internet service signal. One of the many reasons I was told was that I was getting bad or no service is because the 3 phones in the plan are 3G phones and need to get 4G phones. Being that was up for an upgrade, ended up upgraded all the 3 phones in the plan to 4G phones. Guess what ? Still the same problem so you lied ! According to you everytime you look in your systems for service issues you show no service problems at all. As told many of the people I have talked over the phone about this, you might show that but is not true since is in the proof that you can not provide good service since none of the 3 new phones work good, the other 3 phones either, and all the other people that live in the same neighborhood that has Sprint have the same problem. When went to your local store that is closest to my house I was told that they know about this issue and that service is not good in this area. Also that a neighborhood that is near me no one that has Sprint there gets service without using an Airave. Bought the cell phones at a local Walmart. I discovered that one of the cell phones that purchased was a used one. Seems that someone returned the phone and they put it back in the box and sold is a new phone and that is the phone I got. This is because there were contacts stored in the phone's memory. Numbers and name of people I don't know and also I don't store contacts in the phone by in my google account. That defeats the purpose of being able to recover the contacts in the event the phone is lost or stolen. After calling Walmart about this I was told they didn't had no more phones in stock (Samsung Galaxy S4) and that a manager will call back to see what they are going to do about it. Was supposed to get a call by Friday. I never got a call and because waiting on them and such went over by 1 day (which is today 12/16/13) for the 14 days return/cancelation period that you offer. Walmart corporate office seems not to care at all. It is obvious you don't care because I was told that if I cancel will be charged all the applicable cancelation charges. As with any company, any company can waive and not charge anything they feel like it. For being 1 day over you won't waive such. At this time I seem to be stucked with your non lousy working service for another 2 years and a used phone. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission about this, and also posting this what happened with your company based in my opinion all over any internet forums and other outlets I see so people know what you are doing and the type of company you are. To avoid not doing business with you and not to recommend to anyone. Resolution ? Cancel the contract with no penalties ! Simple as that.

SUPERVISORS DOESN'T LIKE TO BE CHALLENGE @WALMART

BEEN WORKING AT WALMART SINCE JULY 11, 2013 DOING OVERNIGHT STOCKER. I LOST MY JOB DECEMBER 12,3013 BECAUSE AN ASSOCIATE THAT WORK THERE WAS CRYING AN FED UP BECAUSE THE SUPERVISORS FAILED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT SHE WAS HAVING AND YES IT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH US WORKING AND COMPLETING OUR TASKS AT NIGHT.SHE EXPLAINS TO EVERYBODY AN MYSELF WHAT HAPPENED WHILE THE HOURLY SUPERVISOR STANDING RIGHT THERE LOOKING AT HER CRYING HE TELLS HER LOOKING LIKE ??? I CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU??? SO IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE WHAT?? WHY ARE THESE SUPERVISORS ACTING LIKE THEY AT LEAST CARE WHEN IT COMES TO ASSOCIATES HAVING A ISSUE WHEN IT COMES TO WORK? I BELIEVE IN WORKING AS A TEAM, AN TREATING YOUR WORKERS LIKE FAMILY EVEN THOUGH THERE NOT, BUT ITS THE ENCOURAGEMENT. SO I GOT FED UP WITH HOURLY SUPERVISOR AN YES I TOLD THE ASSISTANT MANAGER HOW I FELT THAT WAS RIGHT AN WASN'T RIGHT AN THEY FIRED ME. I'M NOT HAPPY THEY DID ME LIKE THAT, EVEN THOUGH I WASN'T ABLE TO GET MY KIDS CHRISTMAS PRESENTS BECAUSE MY CHECK WAS SHORT AN MY BILLS ARE PILING UP.
