Walmart - Declined online order twice but money with held from my acount twice
disabled veteran so in store shopping ( especially over holidays ) not an option. tried to order 32" TV online and after filling out order form was told my order was cancelled. contacted via e-mail customer support as directed by the e-mail and told I did must have filled out form wrong so check my information and try again. so I did and everything was filled out correct so I ordered again ( all done with in 4 hr. time frame) same thing happened. order cancelled e-mail stating I did something wrong. I again checked information all correct. e-mailed customer support multiple times and was blamed on me entering wrong account information or blamed my credit union. I used my visa so decided to check out my account on line there were two holds for over $360 each. waited tell credit union opened back after holiday. they told me I did everything right because if I would have filled out even one thing wrong Wal-Mart would have never even been able to get into my account to have that money with held from me. my credit union was great and un froze that money for me so I could use it but the sales were done by then and now i'm having to pay full price for the same TV if I want it and because that money was froze from my use I missed being able to use that to save money on other purchases I had planned and waited for these sales to come around. I figure this cost me around $580 total due to missing the sales over the time that my money was froze from me. wrote corporate as directed still no response and don't expect there ever will be one either. my thought is that this TV never even existed it was just being advertised to get you to come to there site. why else would they cancel an order twice when they were allocated the correct amount of funds for the purchase. Ya pissed!!!! what a way to treat a customer!!
Walmart in Minneapolis, Minnesota - One Hour Guarantee TV - What a JOKE!!!
We got the 1 hour guarantee / gift card for the 32" TV, and went home to register online, as instructed. It took 2 hours of trying to submit our code - their website did not work and kept crashing. It finally went through - or so we thought. We went back to check because no email ever arrived saying the TV had shipped. They have no record of it, and said we could still use the gift card. So much for the TV - what a pack of lies!! They should have a record of what was purchased on that day so they know how many TV's they need. It's an absolute joke, and I am so pissed that we wasted all that time not only in the store, but online and then waiting for some *** customer service rep in India to fumble through their excuses. This fiasco is ALL THIER FAULT and I do NOT want their *** gift card. I HATE THIS STORE and their UNCARING ATTITUDE toward all of us who made the special trip there and stood in line for hours. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, and I will tell as many people as I can about this horrible experience. I hope the bad press they get from everyone who got screwed does away with their feeble attempt at this in the future. I HATE WALMART!!!
Walmart in Johnson City, New York - Website and customer service stink
Tried to order online for days. Every time I attempted to check out I got an error page. Called 'WalMart Online' and after waiting about 40 minutes on hold was told that they were having IT problems, try tomorrow, and if problem persisted call again and they would take care of the order. Same next day. Called again, listened to the message many times ("if you want to place an order you're in the right place") and was informed that they could not take my order. They just don't take orders. Finally gave up on the rude woman and called WalMart Customer service. Ran me in a circle with numbered choices for a while, then directed my call to 'WalMart online!' Tried again, attempting to find an alternative choice to get to talk to someone. 'WalMart online' again. Don't waste your time.
Walmart in Albuquerque, New Mexico - So pissed my face was red hot! black friday 1 hour bs!
Left my thanksgiving dinner n fam, just to go to walmart on Thursday for the 8pm event, I wanted the beats by dre SOLO headphones, when I asked the gymuy whered they were going to set it up, he said *oh, we're sold it, so here, purchase this card n blah blah blah* which I did...ok so not only did I wait almost a freakn month to get the item...which by the way is the only thing my son wanted for Christmas, I went today to pick it up, get home to wrap it, and notice that its not what I freakin ordered! They sent me beats by dre STUDIO, old version that the manufacturer doesn't even make anymore, and all of a sudden, nobody knows nothing about anything, and I am stuck with a freakn item we do not want! Way to spoil my kids Christmas ***!
Walmart in Vancouver, British Columbia - No service at the Fort St. John store
Dec 20 2013. went to the store to get Christmas gifts for my kids the shelves are bare and the allies are full of toys on pallets. I know it a busy time of the year but when you see staff members standing around and talking with each others there a problem. when you ask for help and they said there under staff that's why the shelves are bare that's not expectable. now I am very upset it's the only time I have to shop for my kids I work through out the week and have hardly any time, Now my kids are not getting what they really want. I had to go to the source and Canadian Tire to get some toys for them, not what they want. now I disappoint my kids I feel like an *** toward them and it hurts me. they need to do some thing with that store I'm not the only one who's upset with the store it's like that all the time it's unsafe when the allies are full of pallets and can't get through the allies it's a fire hazard.
Walmart in Rifle, Colorado - Terrible customer service!
This is the feedback regarding to the location Walmart superstore 1827 Walnut Grove Ave, Rosemead, CA I came here today (12/19) at the time between 3-3:40pm. I went to the electronic cashier (an older female) and asked if they could price match from Office Depot that we saw in store for $180, but was also online as well. The sale associate said maybe but would have to ask the manager. She came back with the manager "Jorge". Jorge asked us what could he help us with? We told him if the store carry the nexus 7. Out of no where, another Hispanic customer come and interrupted while we were speaking to him. He turns around and helps them when he didn't even help us when we were there first. He could've simply and professionally ask the customer to wait for the turn so he could finish helping us. I really find that rude/lack of customer service. While my friend and I wait even though we were first. I hear his conversation with the customer (a married couple with an infant). The customer asked if he could price match some smart touch screen device, the same one they found "online ads" from another store. He gladly said yes. Then he waited until they pull up the ads online. He turn back to us and ask us "can I help you". We then had to explain we wanted a price match from Office Depot and they sell it in the store for $180. He then told us "no, it has to be an newspaper ads". First of all, we were first. Second of all, he turn around and help the "Hispanic" customer. Third of all, I see lack of customer service/ and not professional. I don't know is it because my friend and I is asian and that he might not want to help us, but to help his people? I don't know is there's some kind of racial discrimination, but i was very upset because I see no proper management. And I took my business else where.
