You owe me a refund. I ordered a 30 lb. Bag of cat food and you sent me a 6.3 lb. bag and charged me $30.41. That was a really stupid mistake and I don't think I can trust you for any more on line orders.

I have spent hours trying to straighten this out so I think you should compensate me for my time. You have ignored me so far.

I spend at least $50.00 a week at the store in Tumwater plus my on line shopping and believe I deserve better treatment. You are really making me work for the refund I deserve. For shame!

Patrick Morris...Are you expecting the person you spoke to to actually read this complaint of yours and issue you the refund????Why not just take this up with your bank or call the number on the back of the credit card you used to order the cat food instead of posting this compliant???Just dispute the charges.It is that simple.
