Walmart in Lehigh Acres, Florida - Customer Service

I have been a couple of times to walmart and you have the worst employees ever..they look like they are not happy to be there. They don't interact with customers. 85 percent of employees at Walmart are rude..don't smile, and a smile comes a long way. I, personally will not go back to Walmart. I rather go to Target anytime. I don't think employees get trained for customer service, because they Walmart knows that they will get people in their stores no matter what. That is so wrong. I would not give you a cent of my earnings.

Walmart in Val-D'or, Quebec - LOST PICTURES

I placed an order online of pictures of my grand-son, big pictures of him alone and pictures with his parents,when i went to pick them up 2 days later,they tell me they have given them to someone else.THESE are very personal pictures,I am quite mad and so is my daughter.THEY tell me to make another order,and when I go to pick them up 1hour later,the photo lab is closed,on a thursday night at 6.30pm.THIS is one of the worst store I know.THEY do not excuse themselfs.This is the last time I GO THERE.

For any money issues whether questioned by the customer or the employee, I tend to believe having a manager count the drawer answers the question. Of course, it does take time...

Walmart - Allen TX Neighborhood Market

Is hiring non- English speaking people to work at the front registers. For 2 weeks in a row, 2 different people have told me they don't speak English. Today I called the manager to the register and he told me she could speak English, that she had completed the hiring process. The manager told me it was not their problem, that it is my problem. I don't spend that much money but hopefully getting the word out will help persuade shoppers to go to other stores. I hope hiring people that cannot provide adequate customer service will end up costing them a bundle.

I will never step foot in walmart in ontario on hwy 20 in hamilton

This is a brand new big walmart in hamilton on hwy 20, I stood waiting with 3 other ladies at the makeup/perfume counter, no one around to serve you, they paged someone 6 times, to no avail, we were told that " she is the only one with the key". oh my lord, does anyone else have a key like customer service,,NOoooo! 20 minutes was a bit much, no one ever came we all left all three of us, and the things i had in my had I threw them after again getting no where with customer service, I walked out,,, unbeilivable.......!

Windy days and walMart shopping carts.

I spent alot of money at WalMart about $8,000 + yearly but not since they screwed me by not repairing my freshly painted Cadillac CTS after it was hit by two of thier shopping carts on the windest day of the year. I came out of the store and thought my car was involved in a hit an run but they viewed thier security video and told me it was thier shopping carts that did the damage. The managers came out took pictures ,gave me forms to fill out and two weeks later I heard from thier very rude insurance rep named Peggy and she said it was not Wal Marts fault TUFF LUCK.I told her the Managers said it was and all this woman wanted was a fight. Horrible experience and very Poor management at the Danville Illinois store. My family and friends all shop at other stores now and WILL NEVER GO BACK. WalMart don,t get our yearly $40,000 to $50,000 dollars a year anymore and all because they would,nt own up to thier carts causing damage to a loyal 8 year customers car. Thee most rotten company in the world. DANVILLE ILLINOIS STORE....

Walmart in Hartford, Connecticut - Waiting since February 2013 for return credit

On or about 2/15/2013 I returned unused item #815849010055 Swann Ceiling Alarm with Remote SW351 CAC for charge of $23.99 + tax $1.52 = $25.51 total ... I had paid with my Walmart credit card 6032203582088026. Return was made via FedEx order #2677215909470; PO #343156044. I have requested at least one other time for my refund ... to no avail ... My patience is exhausted; I vowed never to use Walmart again until this matter is taken care of. I am certainly not being too impatient when I request an immediate credit response to the above. Walmart - Made Me Wait in Line for 30 Minutes!

I was shopping at your Gurnee, Ill. store. I was second in a line, when a lady in front proceeded to use your match their price on about 20 items, including weighted product. Well 30 minutes later I finally checked out. I told the assistant manager of this store they owed me something off my purchase for such a long wait, Target has $3 off coupons for delaying customers. He informed me that Walmart doesn't do that. Well if you want to have a match their price guarantee and delay customers, I'll shop elsewhere. Here's a idea, why not just lower your prices and get rid of your price guarantee, the lines will move alot faster.
