Walmart - Customer Care Review
Walmart needs to train employees waaaayyyyy better than they do
Used the pickup service for the First time. Major fail.
Clerks Had difficulty finding order. Order was broken up into two orders and they Didn't have whole order together. Given a sealed box. Clerks did not go over order to assure correct.
*** husband didn't check order before leaving. When got home 5 items missing. Had to make another trip to store. Store clerks do not have a clue of what customer service is all about.
It's like talking to a robot. Actually a robot would have more sense and be more responsive. Will never use this service again. But it's Walmart so should have known it would be a mess.
I use Kroger's pick up service and have never had a problem with them. You all need to take training lessons from them.

Refusal to accept cash as a means of payment for purchases at self check-out.
When visiting the Shallotte, North Carolina store and placing several items in my cart to purchase, I began to look for an open check-out stand. The three stands that were operated by humans had lines that were very long, so I continued down to the cluster of eight self-check out registers.
Once there I noticed that six of the eight self check-out stands were in use. I then pushed my cart into this area but noticed that the two open stands had hand-written signs that read "credit card only," so I backed up with my cart and decided to wait until one of the other stands opened up.
While backing up, the supervisor of the self check-out area motioned for me to go to one of the open machines with the "credit card only" signs. I told her I was paying in cash and that those machines were out of order for cash.
She told me "They are all credit card only."
I said "You are kidding me, I am paying in cash."
She said "Then you will have to go wait in one of the other lines if you are paying cash."
Again, I said "You are kidding me" and with that I let go of the cart and walked out of the store without buying anything.
During my previous visits to this store, I have always paid cash at the self check-out registers. Today, the less-than-friendly supervisor acted as though this had never happened.
Why should I be penalized for paying cash for my purchases as I have done all of my life?
How much longer will the American public permit such leadership in the retail industry?

Pre-Order item
Order the george strait box set on Nov 16; received an email on Nov 17 that the item was ready to be pick up. Went to 345 Hwy 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478 Walmart to pick up my item, but was told by 2 asst. mgr and one employee. We cannot sell you the item because not in our inventory. One asst mgr said you need to call Walmart.com; while was in the store I called 1-800 number. Only to be told there is nothing we can do it's the store fault. I ended up returning the item and left the store extremely unhappy.
On Nov 18 I called 1800 number again to speak with a mgr, only to be told there is no mgr available and the wait time is over an hour. I decided to contact the store mgr. I was connected to employee named Ten, he said I am going to talk with my mgr and call you back.
I cannot believe people still support this company.

Walmart.com ShippingPass - BEWARE!
I placed an on 9/13 and signed up for Walmart's 2 day shipping pass to try free for 30 days. When I ordered the items that totaled under $50, the shipping was indeed free and it appeared that I was not charged for it.
When I checked on line the following day to see when my order would arrive, it said 9/19, which was not 2 business days but 3. I called customer service at Walmart.com and was told by the agent that he would update the shipping info and it would indeed arrive on 9/16 AND I would receive an $8 credit for the inconvenience. I did NOT receive this order today. When I called to ask what happened, the customer service rep said there was no note regarding the shipping date change or the credit.
She also said that there was no indication as to who I spoke to because there are different call centers so there is no way to know who it was that lied to me about this. She then went on to explain that NONE of my items were eligible for Shipping Pass. It seems that the words Shipping Pass appears under the price but that does not mean that it actually qualifies for shipping pass. Clearly the item pages seem designed to look like the items qualify for shipping pass even when they don't.
When you click on the "ShippingPass" icon under the price, it says "Try ShippingPass Free for 30 days" (see photos below). Since I wasn't charged for shipping when the order was placed, it looked like they did qualify. So, the combination of the lying customer service rep, the bait and switch tactic and the fact that you can't tell what qualifies and what doesn't is so shady I can't even stand it.
So I'm cancelling the ShippingPass membership and letting everyone know to beware of this option when ordering from Walmart.com. If the free shipping on each item is purposely difficult to figure out, what's the point?
- Purposely misleading shipping pass availability
- Lying customer service rep

Fire these two employees they are a customer service nightmare. Wal-mart where do you find these retards?
It has got to the point I don't trust your employees. I have written two complaints about the Cranston, RI Wal-mart. I am glad you have a new manager from other parts of the United States.
Now fire Monica at the Cranston, RI and these two idiots in Washington State. It is time for Wal-Mart employees to learn that they have a job that they have no authority over what customers do with their money and get better managers who know how to train people so you do not anymore videos of idiots embarrassing themselves or harassing customers.

Bad experience
I was at Walmart Hains city on 3/20/2017 exact time 7.00 pm till 7:15 pm at the garden center when i approached the line to pay, the cashier was I do not recall her name . but the recite said ST #00725 OP#007551 TE #72 TR # 01769.
The cashier was on the Walmart phone at the other register. She seemed not talking only holding the phone just like she is waiting for someone. After several minute i spoke and i asked the cashier if she need me to go and call for some help, or if i call a manager because she seemed holding the phone for long time. I was surprised when the cashier did not answer me .
Very rude I just was trying to help. I did ask her the second time " Excuse me Ms, do you want me to go and call for help" i did not receive any answer from the cashier very very rude. Suddenly the cashier returned to her post just like nothing happen and she start serving the guests. I still do not know what exactly was waiting for.
after two customer passe by, my turn come. The cashier asked me how many bags of soil you have, Very rude no hello or did you find everything OK. I told the cashier you go a head and count them. She grab her scanner the manual one and she scanned 4 bags of soil.
I had five bags of soil, very disappointed that Walmart is hiring cashier they cannot count more tan five very surprising. I left the store and I come back to buy my grocery when I meet Mr. Jun the assistance manager i told him the story and he was very helpful. he did listen to my entire story and told another manager that i do not remember his name.
I hope that Walmart one day start hiring educated people.
Good luck Ms. Lisa Kessler.

Maybe you could have used a robot to help you with your spelling and grammar. I hope you are just an uneducated adult and not a wed child, because that is just sick, but judging from your spelling, grammar, and name calling you are obviously a child.
