I have had to pospone my shopping because there are no powerchairs to use. I an partially paralized from the hips down.

The last time i went there were 3 chairs parked up front but were dead and not pluged in. I have decided that i will do my shopping elsewhere.

I am happy with my decision. I spent about 10,000 dollars for christmas and nothing at walmart.

I am a paralized disabled army veteran and need a power wheel chair to shop anywhere. I also have a business and spend more than 30,000 dollar a year at walmart which doesn"t really matter but that's all that matters to walmart. Many times i have to cancel shopping because a chair is not available or the last time 3 were there at the power outlet bat all were dead. I have spoken to several managers nothing is ever done. I dont shop at walmart since dec 1st and found that walmarr is not cheaper than many other places. Just the products are cheap. Also many other places make me feel they appreciate my buainess. I am important. That means alot walmart. I dont miss you one bit and am happy never to shop there again. If you are tired of being treated like ***,try other places and be appreciated for doing business there, hit walmart where it hurts. There profits maybe they will realize there are other stores that we can shop at. Keep your cheap ***.

im a little confused..you cant use your own chair because you are unable to get it in/out of vehicle? you can only shop places that have some type of disability chair? if so u are very limited where you can shop(big box stores?) money cant be issue if you can spend $10k on xmas like others said ---power chair availability is a like a gift--not required---so why complain about WM-- instead complain about all retail that doesnt have them at all....also why not figure oout the best time to go so more likely to have them available/chrgd

It is not the responsibility of a store to supply wheelchairs, especially not power chairs. This is something you need to supply for yourself.

And FYI....Wal-mart has a great dollar amount of charitable donations yearly than any other company.

This is just a whining complaint by someone who doesn't want to take responsibility for themselves.

Hey dumb dumb, according to the ADA Walmart does not have to provide any carts at all, you should provide your own freaking cart.

Listen ***, i have a power chair but cannot transport by myself without assistance. Many disabled people do not have monhu, like me have mobility problems.

I shop at places that go out there way to help me and others. Walmart has billions but do not care.

No law says to help the homeless, stray animals, sick disabled people, but it is the right thing to do for humans that is. You can chose cold uncaring life i chose to be human.

It is not about special treatment, it is more about respect and courtesy. However people have a point they should provide their own scooter if they have one. Also they only have a certain amount and they do break down.

Please understand that according to the ADA, any business is not required to provide electric scooters. The ADA left that up to the individual businesses.

Electric scooters are provided as a courtesy. There is no law that states that any business must provide electric scooters.

According to the ADA, as long as a disabled customer can enter a place of business, then that business is compliant.

Where I work at those scooters are left in the parking lot as well as somewhere inside the store by customers using them.

So your complaint about that should be directed to the customers.

Electric scooters are not cheap. It costs thousands of dollars to buy a scooter as well as the fix it. Imagine the cost of buying several as well as having to continuously fix them.

The cost of buying them and fixing them goes somewhere, probably in the form of higher prices for the goods you buy. It would be better to provide your own electric scooter.

Walmart is what it is and local management is really to blame---most "store managers" at Walmart are lacking in management skills. They have no idea what is really going on in the store but the other factor is the inept, unreliable and inefficient type of people they hire.

Most have no real marketable skills and thus find work either in a fast food establishment or Walmart.

You will find that you can do better with prices and quality by shopping at other stores. As a former Marine I salute you, mate---even if you were Army(kidding.)

I visited Walmart on Saturday night with my fiance and daughter, everything was fine UNTIL the cashier named Joanne Marie started flirting with my man right in front of my eyes. I right away noticed her and she noticed i was extremely bothered and she was giving me really dirty looks. What a shame. Never going back again!!

Walmart.com - Gift Card Issues. Do Not Risk Buying your cards from Walmart.

I purchased 3 Mastercard gift cards from Walmart.com. When 2 of my gift recipients went to use them they were declined. We called Vanilla Mastercard and they said the cards were not activated and we needed to go back to Walmart to have them activate the cards. Well Walmart will NOT do anything for me. I keep getting the Sorry nothing we can do for you from everyone we try to talk to (my local store, corporate, .com customer service, even twitter). I am now out 50.00 for the cards and 3.44 for the "activation fee". It's very simple to see that the cards were never used so we aren't trying to scam for a free gift card, I just want to have what I paid for. I would STRONGLY recommend going anywhere else and getting gift cards but NOT at Walmart/Walmart.com because if you have a problem they will do NOTHING to help. Do Not Risk Buying your cards from Walmart. They will NOT help you!

Anon...wonder why you won't use your name on here....is it because you come on here to be a *** Anyway YES I have the receipt, No I have never been asked to show the receipt by anyone who I have spoken to. After I state my problem I get a "sorry we can't help you" response. The proof they were not activated is from Vanilla Customer service who Walmart won't even contact to verify what I am saying to them.

I have some of these experiences everyday but it seems today was especially bad. Go into Walmart today at Marketplace Neighborhood market in Springdale, AR and as usual everybody gawks at me and won't let me shop in peace. I just go in there to get my things and leave. Is that asking too much? This whole *** northwestern Arkansas region has been out to get me for years now. I am not a criminal and I am no one famous. People are very nosy I feel. My neighbors are a bunch of busybodies as well. I worry sometimes that they have bugged my home and are spying on me. Well getting back to Walmart, when I did go to check out the CSM girl who was standing a couple a lanes down immediately jumped over to the lane I was checking out on. I have never stolen anything in my life and this is what really set me off. Being treated like a thief. I am just using this site to get some things off my chest today. Next time I will get her name and report.

If you think that Walmart is this bad, it is nothing compared to the FBI and Whitehouse. They watch you very closely.

They know when you sneezed, what you had for breakfast this morning and even how many hairs you have on your head. They monitor you through things they tapped. Your cell phone, television, computer.

They even have a hidden camera in your bedroom James Bond Style that watches when you sleep. They are doing this to find out if there is extraterritorial life and if you are an alien.

Gas station

I started trying at 5 am on 4/5/17 to pump gas at the 13003 state highway 249 store., pump kept saying invalid card. i went into talk to attendant.

usless she gave me another card. still did not work. she told me to try another pump same thing. i tried my bank atm card sam thing.

i asked for my money back. can not do it. i went to talk into store another card. i am out of time and can not wait.

your employees only care about there on time. i left and went some where else. i went back after 7 p same store. gas attendant could not do anything at place had to go to wal mart was there another thirty minutes.

she helped other customers while trying to solve my problem. do not appreciate this at all. u have lost my gas and other business completely.

i work for metro lift and i needed gas so i could work will tell other employees. so u loose all the way arould

While I'm 100% sure YOU are a rocket surgeon I'm STILL going to take a moment and educate you. IF your card was declined it could have been from one of MANY different companies that have their hands on EVERY card transaction.

Now YOU tell us it was 5 AM. THAT is normally the time that these companies do their DAILY drops and updates. Meaning the system is either BUSY or DOWN for maintenence. Now IF the merchant services that has FIRST crack at your card is down your card is declined.

IF the NETWORK that supports YOUR card is busy or under maintenence then your card will be declined. ALL of these are 100% OUTSIDE of walmarts control and the poor clerk is NOT going to be able to do anything for you. THAT is just YOU showing everyone YOUR self entitlement streak. THEN to top it all of, when YOU go back to walmart customer service and try and SCAM them for free money, YOU have to wait for someone to both show up AND be idiotic enough to fulfill your request.

SO YOU end up having to WAIT. I understand that things on your PHONE load up fast but in business there are way too many controls in place to secure transactions so they cant "Just look it up on the computer". WAITING is NOT RUDE OR MEAN!!! ITS WAITING!!!!!

YOU werent charged, YOU didnt pump gas, WHY should YOU get anything but sorry the system is down. YOU rely on card purchases the rest of the world does NOT!!! So I would suggest that in the future YOU keep some CASH on you so IF your card is declined YOU have a back up. Their system being down at 5 AM is NOT in any way something YOU get to whine about.

YOU CHOSE to go there and there was an issue with YOUR card and NOTHING MORE!!! YOU are making a mountain out of a molecule. Get over it and move on. ANYONE with LESS self entitlement and MORE common sense would be able to understand that these issues pop up from time to time.

When times are tight and then you come across an ad that offers a great product for a great price, only to see it is false is sad. I didn't think Walmart would take part in the great "click bait" ads all over Facebook...but they do.

An NES Classic Edition Sponsored Ad for $59.88, then click on the link to be taken to the Walmart site and see the product selling for $264.99.

.I. Walmart, I am not *** and realize this product would probably cost more than what I was seeing, but why are attempting to take advantage of so many people, and making yourselves look like crooks in the process?

Wal-Mart itself does sell those for $59.99 when they have them in stock. The higher priced systems you are are not actually sold by Wal-Mart, it's a part of their "Marketplace" where they allow independent vendors to sell their own products, just like Amazon does.

These vendors set their own prices based on supply and demand.

I don't like Wal-Mart as a whole, but if you see a higher price than usual on the website, look a little harder at that page and you'll see the name of another vendor who is actually selling it.

Unsatisfactory Purchasing Experience

I had a large order today at the Norristown, PA Walmart on 53 W. Germantown Pike, Norristown, PA 19401, Store# 03565, 16 items, $72.73.

The woman at the customer service desk would not honor an expired $.50 coupon for my Colgate toothpaste. The coupon was less than 30 days expired. Other stores in our area will honor a coupon if it's less than 30 days expired. The woman was quite rude and nasty towards me.

Additionally, there were only two registers open and the lines were very long. When my cashier walked to the customer service desk, he was walking very slow, and looking at his cell phone on they way to the service desk. This purchasing experience was actually very scary. The womain from the customer service desk was very unwelcoming, rude, and nasty.

The register receipt had a male manager's name on it. The womain that helped was not a male, she was an African American woman, on the heavy side.

I agree, the fact that this person is lying about other stores accepting expired coupons, and the fact that she mistakes being told no as "rude" makes me wonder if she is four year old, or just acts that age when she does not get what she wants. I am sure if the cashier was rude it was because she threw a temper tantrum when they refused to accept the expired coupon. Mommy needs to shop with her until she is mature enough to shop alone.

You are off-base on the expired coupon. If it is past the expiration date, then don't expect it to be honored.

That's the rule. As for the long lines and rude employees, what can you expect from most, if not all Walmarts?

Besides slow and rude service, most employees are unkempt and slovenly. Best to shop at another store as Walmart really doesn't care about customer service or professionalism.

Get over yourself rules are rules they don't get the money back from the company after expiration date. It's pretty simple and I'd imagine MOST people would get rude back if youre throwing a temper tantrum over 50cents that YOU didn't properly plan for.

Maybe some employees can't afford nice clothes. I have worked at WM for 8 years, and I can assure you I am not unkempt nor slovenly.

Walmart hates good products and I hate walmart

It all started during Christmas this year. We were shopping and we found a nativity set and a deer. They looked really nice but of course, looks at walmart are deceiving. When we got home we all unpacked all the decorations and we started setting it up outside. So first of all the material was ***, but we continued anyway. We had started with the nativity set first. Next, we took it outside and then we found pins that only a person with night vision could see since we were doing it at night with a flashlight. We were outside for about two hours to get the piece of junk assembled. When we finally got it all together we wanted to light it and everything did light except for the most important thing on the set, the star. We found out that the *** cord was spliced. We had spent an hour trying to figure out what was wrong, sigh. We didn't even try the rest because we declared everything else ***. Walmart has a bunch of *** as manufacturers.

Special Needs Child Birthday ruined by Walmart.ca

I ordered a computer for my special needs child for his Birthday on Walmart.ca, and received a email with the delivery date. Two days before I was supposed to receive the item, I received an email saying the computer order was cancelled. They did this cause they double charged my account. They took out the original money to hold the item, then double charged me the cost of the item. When the second charge did not go though they cancelled my computer order. If this was not bad enough, it takes 5 business days to get my money back. I now have No present (computer) for my sons birthday, and no money to purchase a computer at a different store. Thank you Walmart for destroying my special needs childes dreams on his birthday. I would NEVER use Walmart.ca online again.

Rude clerk

I visited your West Mifflin store this morning just to purchase a 20.00 gift card. After looking for the shortest line, I went to the cashier that checked out 20 items or less.

She was just finishing up with a customer and when I approached and said I just have this gift card to purchase she very firmly said I am going to lunch. I said come on I just have this one thing and she repeated I am going to lunch. I went to the next register and in the 20 item or line there was a customer with a buggy that was overflowing. I then went to jewelry counter and asked if she could help me and she said I am not sure how to do this.

Another employee approached and finally took care of me. What could have been a five minute process ended up taking me twenty minutes.

No very pleased. Will not be giving my business to this store again......

The OP seems to think that anyone in their work outfit MUST bend to their desires. Buddy just because they are at work doesnt mean that we are all robots.

Seriously OP, let the cashier go to lunch on time.

Where I work at there are several front end employees working, and if you do not follow the break schedule and take your break later, that affects everyone else who clocked in after you.

Customers who do this need to realize that what they want the cashier to do does affect the other cashiers.

In fact, one of my co-workers was asked by the Front End Manager to take her break at a certain time, and she did not do that. She took her break an hour later due to the amount of customers who continued waiting at her register to be rung up. That threw off the break schedule for the other cashiers who clocked in after her.

Please think about everyone else and not just yourself from now on.

It sounds like you knew she was closing her line after she was finished with that customer but chose to go in anyway just because you only had one item. She was probably close to her 5th hour and needed to clock out for lunch. You were the rude one by saying "Come on" after she told you she needed to go to lunch.

I purchased a Marketside organic spring mix salad from Walmart. It was in a clear hard plastic container.

It says on the package washed and ready to eat. I opened the container, put some in a bowl and tossed it with dressing. I was nearly finished when I noticed something brown in the leaves. After taking a closer look, I realized it was some sort of dead winged insect!!

I was shocked and disgusted at my discovery! It's only by God's grace that I found it before I ate it.

I will never buy this brand again. My advice is to be sure you always wash and inspect every salad before you eat it.

Reason for being late is B/S I drove down to Springfield 2 days ago and all roads and how's were totally clear. This is the last time I will accept any item that needs to be shipped by Walmart!

Or allow FedEx on my property, they never knock they just set item's on your porch and run! I ordered a computer from walmart,i was.suppose to get.it in 3 days,i still don't have it and they said.it was.due to weather issues. I believe they may be using FedEx.

If so FedEx is the worst shipping company in the united states.! Not a good thing to be leading at.

I received a gift , that was purchased at Walmart. The receipt was lost and exact date of purchase was unknown.I required receipt for warranty. I contacted the 1-800 line and was told by a representative " I would have kept the receipt". What a unprofessional comment. I asked her if she ever lost a receipt?? Fact is Walmart can retrace receipt with the product bar code,They just do not want to spend the time or manpower. I called corporate office in Mississauga and left a message. I received a call back from an alleged Corporate employee named Vee? Vee rushed me of the phone and called me back six days later and stated we are sorry nothing Walmart can do. Walmart has no problem taking customers money but refuse to go out of their way for the customer. What ever happened to the customer is always right?? I asked to speak with Vee superior and was told, this is as high as you will go. Unbelievable, customers have the right to speak to a higher level in any company. Be aware of this company and their conduct! I contacted T-FAL and they were more than helpful .

research by bar code would show all sales of an item---cash, debit, credit, but which one would be the desired one??

What is unprofessional is an "adult" that lost her receipt and does not want to face the consequences of it. The term "the Customer is always right" is outdated because of people like you who do not want to follow policy.

The same thing would have happened at Kmart or Target or any other store. What ever happened to growing up and accepting responsibility for your actions?
