Walmart in Palm Springs, California - Pissed off consumer

I entered my info went through the bull *** survay went to check on my status it said i was not in the system so i did it again but all i got was company's trying to sell me *** things I dont need. And all ask for all my info email and address.I dont like wasting my time for nothing I wanted to get my gift. Why do you people think its okay to do thiis to us the consumers,it will effect your bussiness. I will network and put the word out not to trust this *** bag company.

i switched over to tmobile company, walmart familymobile still have me active when i switched my number over the day i payed my bill them, to be free of their services.now if you are a month to month service, why are you charging someone when there is no record of calls on your service.hard up for money i guest.i try to call but they have it set up that if you dont have their info you are scrude big time. on the ohone the operatir says that her hands are tied that you have to email them.wow.

Bad practices by Walmart MoneyCard

I was double charged on a transaction and when I called Walmart MoneyCard to dispute they asked me to contact the processing company that made the mistake , so I did.. the processing company acknowledged they double charged me and they reversed the charges back into my account , I called MoneyCard customer service and dispute department more than 11 times after that and they never released my money that was refunded back from the processing company, they asked me to provide proof, so I called the processing company and they faxed the refund letter to Walmart along with the case number, transaction number and trace number , I called Walmart and they said the case has been closed and they can't refund the money, even after I supplied them with multiple proofs that the company had refunded the money back to me , I am $310 poorer and Walmart never cared , and it looks like their support and customer service is outsourced somewhere because they all seem to have the same foreign accent , I lost $310 and no one at Walmart MoneyCard is willing to help , they even told me they cannot make any outside calls to investigate the matter , stay away you will lose more than you gain.

Walmart - Mr Elbakry

I went to the southington ct. Walmart to do some shopping and also return an item that I purchased there 15 days ago. After spending over $250.00 in groceries, I went to the return desk to exchange the book for the correct one, plus pay the difference. Needles to say I was denied service and when I asked to speak to the store manager, I was asked to leave or be escorted out by the cops. Where I agreed for the cops to be involved, but the assistant store manager, white male 6-3 late 30s . Refused to give me his name and became very arrogant and loud for no reason. The return policy posted clearly stated that I had 90 days. However I was told that they will not do the exchange and kept asking me to leave the store. I was not loud or irate. If anything I just kept asking where on my receipt or their posted return policy where it said I can't exchange my item.
