Walmart in Minneapolis, Minnesota - BAD SERVICES!!

I don't get why employees at Walmart all act the same!? When we have questions or stand right in front of their face to show them that we need help, they don't seem to care and continued talking to their colleague. For instance, today my boyfriend and I decided to go to the Walmart on midway MN to make some house key copies, but no one was working at the desk. We waited for the past 5 mins, still no workers. Therefore, we decided to go look for an employee to help call someone that know that area to come help us, but instead the lady at the electronic desk ignored our question, she'd continued talking to her colleague that we had to asked twice to get her attention. When she turn around she kind of gave us an attitude saying,"what?" Is that how you handle a customer's question? After telling her that we need someone to help us at the sports/fishing area, she said she will do that, but it's been 10 mins and no employee show up. We ended up waiting for another 15 mins hoping someone will come help us, but no one. It feel like she lied to us! It made me so mad that Walmart customer service is so bad that it pissed me off to the max! In the end, I ended up not even purchasing anything because why would I want to buy anything from that store if no one is willing to do their job?! I think you guys need to work more on customer service or else there will be a lot of complaint and there will be unhappy customers.

How does Walmart expect one to enjoy our shopping, when it's always to hot. One goes into Walmart and the only cool place is when you walk in and the Refrigerated areas. How does Walmart control the temperature from another state, when the Walmart is in Levelland,...

Walmart - Pharmacy

I was way overcharged for a Prescription. Was told by the chashier that it wasn't a generic. Got home checked on their Generic list and my script was on there. I'ts supposed to be only $9.00 on the generic list. They charged me $67.84 because it didn't match the mg's on the 4 dollar list. I could understand a charge of $27.00 or $30.00, but $67.84. Well I'm pulling all of my prescriptions. If I am going to be overcharged I might as well got to the nearest pharmacy to my home. I go out of my way to shop at this WalMart location. This is disgusting.

Racial Profiling With Threats At Walmart

I was racially discriminated against by a Walmart Loss Prevention Associate while shopping at the store. The associate threatened to take me outside and handle me when I told him he was creeping me out. The man was jumping by me and watching me when I simply paused to look at a water jug. I reported what happened to the Asst. Manager and she told me to describe the man and file a complaint online. When I snapped a picture to describe the man, because she would not allow me to type up the man's description or provide me with a pencil and a paper to write the man's description down either, the Asst. Manager forced me to leave the store because I got the identity of the associate that she would not allow me to get even when he just flashed me his badge with his name so quickly on it. As I complied with the Asst. Manager to leave the store, the Asst. Manager said they called the police on me for filing a complaint against the associate. After I had waited outside for the police to come, the police came and said good to see you for the second time to the Walmart workers. The police officer would not take my statement but said never come back to Walmart. I contacted Walmart's headquarters: they said it was not right. The store manager and district manager were suppose to call. Weeks have gone by Store #2494.

Walmart in Kingsport, Tennessee - Paula Deen

I am so disappointed in your company and the decision to not carry Paula Deen because of her mistake!! I have worked at Walmart and I know there are employees of yours who use words that would be concidered politically incorrect! My goodness please don't try to say that probably even good ole' Sam never used that word! You need to pull every movie that some of the black actors and comics have made using slurs like "Cracker" and all the rap music from your store where the "N" word is used every other word! I think this is one HUGE can of worms that has been opened and it should NEVER gotten this big...you guys have made a big mistake!!

Walmart in San Mateo, California - Incompetent management and employees at Wally World

During my lunch break today and I decided to get my shopping done and meet my wife at Olive Garden for lunch because I didn't want to mess with it in the evening. At Olive Garden it was so busy we had to wait 5 minutes to get our table and then I got the first employee I saw to get our waitress because we were in a hurry. I told our waitress when she got there that we only had a short time and we couldn't be waited on like everybody else. She didn't listen and we spent 20 minutes at the restaurant. Walmart was even worse as there were many employees out stocking and some even shopping(as I could tell they were employees by their blue shirt and khakis), yet only 5 registers opened and big lines. Not to mention the traffic getting in and out of thee. While waiting in line, I finally went over to an employee who was stocking the candy wall next to the registers and asked him to please check me out but he told me that he had no register training. Really folks, how hard is it to punch a few buttons, take money, and put a customer's stuff in a bag? So easy a caveman could do it.
