Juanita in customer service hole punched VOID on my VALID DRIVER LICENSE . I think her full name is Juanita harper wilburn. Why did this no in store can answer and they told me they were'nt going to reimburse me the money for having to have replaced. Not even a 20$ gift card. All over an exchange for same product. Not even taken out of customer to ask her why.

This is piece of government property valid property they destroyed for no reason. no one will give a straight answer or cover the cost to go to DMV to have replaced.

That's just it, they don't have the authority do that. I still have not received an answer.

And for your info- one I am not making this up, nor left out information, bad spelling, type too fast. Other than that, why would I waste my time. Besides if I wanted to make something up I would chose something better than I was returning a jar damaged for the same product.

I worked for one, i'm half space critter;) It's the only way to survive the hive of walmart.

( Southpark ref) Oh, and the worst/funny part is, the darn jar of pickles was only 1.50 plus tax. Just a space critter who can't digest possible glass fragments, I'm not working on a Ripley's believe it or not episode.

Dumb manager. If you have your children with you and you want to buy a bottle of wine with your groceries you can't! 61 yrs old with grandchildren with me and because they are minors she said it was Walmart policy to not sell me a bottle of wine!!! This is the Denton,Tx loop 288 location! I have never heard of this EVER! They assume their customers are contributing to the delinquency of minors? How dare them! Either the dumb blonde manager doesn't know what she's talking about or Walmart is discriminating!!!!

Store policy is store policy. Maybe either follow the policy the store enforces or shop somewhere else. Simple solution, pick one.

If the minor helps to pick the product out, or handles it in any way, including adding it to, or taking it from the cart, or if the associates hear the minor speaking about the alcohol, then they are involved in the purchase and the sale will not be completed. This may seem silly, but it is actually the rule at many retailers.

Some are writing from their cellphones and fat-fingering the letters. Some are in a hurry, mad, maybe drunk or high etc and it affects their writing. Some are just plain ignorant and don't know any better. Some know better but just don't care.

Walmart - Customer Care Review

I have been trying to buy a 65 " Samsung Curved TV for over a month. I've been told that they will have them in 3 days, two weeks, I don't know what to tell you! I don't know when we'll have them! Yesterday my wife approached an employee to ask her for assistance and the emplyee put her hand up almost in her face and said " I'm going to lunch" and walked away! Three months ago I wanted to buy a gas grill at this same WalMart, it was three racks up so I asked a male emplyee to help me get it down, he looked me right in the face and said " No "! I got a ladder and climbed up and got it while he watched. When I said " thanks for the help" he just smile and walked away! This Walmart has the laziest, rudest employees I've ever seen! They stand around in groups of four to six at a time talking and joking! They keep watching the entrance doors to make sure nobody from supervision comes in and catches them! They shop for themselves on company time and grab the sake items first for themselves, it's awful! This store is in Georgetown, SC on Rt 701!

I am soooo tired of going to walmart and experiencing nothing but mistakes and attitude from the black employees you guys are hiring. Walmart needs to employ better people than want to work because clearing they are only there to sit around for a pay check. Walmart if you can't employ better people than i will have to take my business elsewhere and i am not the only customer that feel this way several people do. I spend way too much money at walmart to be treated with such disrespect from mainly the black females its upsetting please hire better quality people that actually want to work... I love shopping walmart products but tired of the mistakes and attitudes...

Yeah it is frustrating but most of the employees are probably too retarded to run a check out. I know that there is this retard in my home town who was hired.

She has down syndrome and is slow. She does not know how to do her job properly. The issue is they hire these retards that cannot do the job. The government pays them to hire them so they save money.

Less registers means less money to spend on cashiers. I applied for a job and the hire incompetient retards instead.

I am not hateful I am just upset that I applied for a job three times and was denied when they hired a monogolid that is unable to do her job properly. I asked her a simple question, where the Pokemon cards were she told me, but when I asked her when they would be coming in she did not know.

If you cannot do your job properly than why hire them? I am not a thief my sister is the one that stole.

Any retail associate does not know when a certain item will come in, that is a question to ask a manager.

Walmart - Warranty Review from Anchorage, Alaska

I bought the insurance coverage for my apple ipod, it broke only less than a year i bought it, the warrany covers 2 years after the date i purchased for walmart. I called the number for the warranty they said tgey would send an envelope bu ups to my house so i coukd send in my iood to be fixed. Well it never came. I cakled again, they said it was sent but i asked for another to be sent. I had to call 4 times, nothing ever came to my house. I called Uos they never received a maiker for me from assurion warranty, so i calked back they said they could email a label. I never received the email. So i called them again, this time very mad i insisted they read me back my email address and email me another label, once again i never received any email. This comoany has Got to be a Fraud. I paid 50 dollars for this warranty for my apple ipod. I would like a full refund at least for the 50 dollars .Although after going through all of this i think i deserve a brand new ipod from Walmart. I will never buy a warranty for anything else from this company. I am very very disappointed, who can help me with this? Kelley from Alaska

I asked a sales associate in Walmart where a product was and she could barely direct me to another lady for help who xould not speak english either! I do not feel safe anymore to talk to anyone. I will not be purchasing anything. I walked out the doors with nothing in my hands... and i will be telling other people about my experience. Hopefully the managers and coorporation understand they are losing a huge percentage of sales.

Walmart Shoppers Beware: Walmart is marking many items on clearance. I went early this morning and saw a couple of things that caught my eye.

For example: Little Tikes Activity Garden was in the clearance aisle and sticker showed originally $84.97 for $49.00 (open box item too). I did a google search on my phone and found that it is on Walmart.com brand new for $54.99 (regular price). I then looked at a Play Day Butterfly Infant Pool, the sticker showed regular $12.97, clearance price $9. Again, after looking on google Walmart.com shows the price as $8.

There was an Elmo guitar, sticker says regular $19.97, clearance price $15, again it is online at Walmart.com for $15. Walmart's online prices where comparable to Target and Toys R Us. I spoke to a customer service manager and she didn't seem to care about my concern and said the items "may" appear the same product but most likely had a different manufacturer or were manufactured in a different factory (hence the price difference). I am sure Little Tikes doesn't manufacturer the same items in different factories.

It is clear that the original prices on their clearance items have been marked up to make the consumer feel they are getting a deal. I was told that Walmart no longer price matches with other retail stores, not even with their own website Walmart.com and if I found an item I wanted somewhere else at a better price then perhaps I should get it elsewhere! Do your homework before buying clearance items at Walmart.

A simple google search on your smart phone will save you money! Walmart advertises "Save Money...Live Better...Always Low Prices" which is a lie!

Anonymous is correct. Walmart.com and Walmart are different.

Walmart stores can now only honor the price if the address that is set is within a 50 radius of that particular store. Walmart is not in competition with itself. Also, some products look the same but sometimes there's a difference in the product. What you are talking are not mark ups, they are mark downs.

Mark ups happen when the price has changed to a higher price.

Again, the website has no overhead! That's different...

.com pricing is typically lower with some businesses now, as the website has no overhead. In-store pricing is adjusted accordingly to take into account staffing, insurance, utilities, etc without sacrificing profit.

Likely they were those prices in store, but have always been cheaper online. Or the consumer can order from the website from the comfort of their home.

Walmart Is Just Like TSA - They Both Have De Facto No-Fly Lists

Walmart accepted my online order, got a valid authorization for my credit card, and then turned around and cancelled the order. My credit card company verified that my card information was correct. However, when I spoke with a Walmart Customer Service Rep, then with a Walmart Customer Service Supervisor, and finally with a Walmart Corporate Representative, none of them would tell me anything other than "Your order did not pass our security checks", or as I put it, "My Walmart order was not allowed to fly." This is just another example of the arrogance of large companies such as Walmart and Amazon. Fight back by shopping local and shopping small businesses.

I know why employees act this way they get treated like *** and management tends to promote wrong people because of friends with them.I hate this store and never go in here again.They give you insane amount of work to certain amount of people while others can walk around all night. The stupidest things ever seen was 6 people in one grocery aisle and 5 departments empty.When they gave there employees 9hour people working there longer didn't get nothing and where making less then 9hr. You have to fight to get time off while if lazy can miss 265 days.if hard worker won't except dr note.

We ordered and paid online for two of the 40" 125.00. Ordered them at two separate time but when you go to pick up they switched it to a 32" and they switch it on our receipt. The kicker was, there is no black friday sale for a toku 32".

Stanton Optical Makes It Right

Please allow me to thank the wonderful people at Stanton Optical for fixing a very bad experience I had at Walmart Vision Center on Pelham Rd in Greenville SC on September 17, 2016. Here's the story.

My wife and I both went to the Vision Center for eye exams. We were both convinced by the staff that we would be most happy with Progressive Lenses, which of course were more expensive. A week later when we picked them up all was fine and good, however once we both got to our jobs, which entail working on a computer screen we couldn't see a thing. We experienced headaches and dizziness and realized immediately that Progressives were not the right lenses for us.

As I work out of town I was unable to take them back immediately however my wife was. She told them her experience with the progressive lenses at work and was asked “well, what do you do?” Now maybe it’s just me but shouldn’t that have been asked initially? She asked for single lenses and was again convinced that Continuum lenses are what she needed. This has yet to be seen as we have to wait another week for them.

Yesterday I went back with the exact same complaint, and asked if I too could get the Continuum lenses and was told “Well, is this going to be a story of I told you so?” We were floored.

I was then asked “Well, if you can’t see how you get to work?” Fairly certain that we were being punked we let her go on. She proceeded to ignore my request and do what she wanted to do by placing different lenses in front of my eyes. When I asked her what the differences in the lenses were she said “I’m not going to tell you.” At that point I was done. I asked if I could just get a refund and be on my way.

She walked away and brought in the doctor, who made it very obvious that she was being inconvenienced. When the sales lady said she would like to have the doctor put me back in the chair, the doctor sighed and said “I haven’t had a chance to sit down all day.” And was obviously disturbed by this request. What I did in response was decline sitting the chair again as not to disrupt her day which was obviously more important than her patient. At that point we walked out.

My wife remembered Stanton Optical on Woodruff Road and called to see if they could fill my prescription. We got an appointment immediately and were met with a friendly, helpful and concerned Staff.

James in particular who is the new General Manager, and Steve who was the obstetrician working at the time. Within 30 minutes I had my new glasses and they were perfect.
