Management has told cashiers that if they are caught visiting with customers they will get coached. This evil goliath company makes it impossible for staff to do the job. Yes there are associates that are just rude and do not need to be there but, the company is...

I do not live in your state, I am a previous walmart employee and yes this is what the walmart store where I worked is doing. I am not a chronic whiner about walmart I experienced the treatment for two years and know what I am talking about.

That is fine if the ones where you live do not do that but where I am they do. I am trying to enlighten the chronic walmart customer complainers about what staff is up against.

I have searched walmart.com and it is true their site will say 'in stock' or 'limited stock' or 'out of stock', the information is almost always wrong. In fact, I have found what I was searching for at stores that their website indicated they were 'out of stock'.

Academy is great since you can find what you want online call a store and they will tell what stores have them and how many they have in stock but they do stress calling and verifying before making a trip to the store and they are great about holding the merchandise.

If you are in the store and they don't have your size or are out of what you are looking for they will contact other stores for you and have them hold it for you, they have wonderful helpful attitude towards their customers. Always remember to get the employees name and leave your name.

Walmart in Gardner, Kansas - No Oil for Oil Changes, told me to go somewhere else

This morning I went to walmart for an oil change. Jeff was working the counter and said they are out of oil and can't do oil changes. He went on to complain about his job but I asked if oil could be taken off the shelf to use. He was going to charge me extra $13.47 for quakerstate oil in the 5 qt container. He said, "They really don't like us doing that." He went on to tell me there are other places in town to go and told me to go there or to the walmart on K7. I asked for management and he said he hadn't seen any yet. Well I found 3 of them together and told them of my problem. It fell onto deaf ears.

I have had an oil change at TLE and it had to be taken off the shelf because the oil my vehicle requires, the shop does not carry it in bulk or the economy box oil due to requirements of warranty. So, they did have to take it off the shelf.

I did have to pay a little more but that didn't matter to me.

They can take oil off the shelf for oil changes.

I have no respect for the Walmart corporation. Walmart is a billion dollar giant, that does not want to provide good customer service or quality service.

Walmart is only a mill "Save money live better" it should be "spend money and leave"

Walmart bashers make me laugh. You talk *** about them while you give them your money.

Guess what? Any store with a lube shop will not take oil off the shelf to do an oil change.

They could not help you and sent you elsewhere. Good customer service.

Walmart in Phoenix, Arizona - Lied To Discriminated Against

Will never shop at this Walmart or any other again. The head of the pharmacy lied to our face. My Dentist called in a prescription personally, gave us his name, and when we called in to check pick up time 8 hours later, the same man said that no one had called a prescription in for us. This man already knew who we were. Our Dentist office said that we had been singled out for some reason, but they are unsure why. Do not put your trust in this Walmart. We will never go to any Walmart again, for anything. We will be leaving reviews regarding our experience at this store on every website that we can find. No one should have to go through 4 days of pain because a Pharmacist on a God Trip wants to play games and lie.

I am a pharmacy tech, and I can tell you I get at least 4 calls from angry patients every day claiming their doctor called in a script to our pharmacy. Cussing, screaming, insulting me...only to find either the script has not yet been called in as it had been added to the daily log (after 4pm scripting for some doctors) OR it had been called into ANOTHER pharmacy. So I get the yelling for the doctor's mistake.

OR we get the old, 'my doctor said it would be ready when I get here'. The doctor does not work there.

Ask yourself this before you accuse your pharmacy: WHY would the pharmacy LIE when they make MONEY by filling your scripts? We WANT your doctor to give us your scripts. IF we LIE, we make NO MONEY. WE are here to make MONEY. Got it? We can not fill a script we do not have.

Walmart company of american filth

Update by user Mar 22, 2013

I cannot return them and get what I ordered, I ordered them from the website because they do not have them in my local store because the inventory says there are some on stock but there is not and I tried for 2 months to get them to zero it out and order some and they never did.

So I figured screw it and ordered them from the site but they in turn just sent a message to the store to set a side the ones they are suppose to have but do not for me. This is where the employee substituting something else comes in they figured since I am male I do not know what I really want and they could just give me anything, so they gave me ones that are blackout and same maker but not the suede finish.

So if I return them and order again I will get same results so I am unable to get the ones I want. it is what use to be called a catch 22.

so I paid thru paypal and explained all this to them after filling a dispute and got my money back. I have them in my bedroom they are not what I wanted but considering they are free I will live with them.

So for those *** that said this complaint is *** just goes to show if you do not know all the details of what is going on shut your mouth, keep your *** opinion to yourself oh and up yours!!!

I ordered some curtains from wlamart.com, when I went to the store I was given the wrong ones, when I complain walmart.com has trained their employees to be confrontational and threatening but if you stand up for yourself they say your not being professional and disconnect the call. The employees on the phones do not give any information to identify them just a factious first name. So the employees are free to threaten and harrass disconnect calls at will with impunity. The local employee talks to me like I am *** like since I have a *** I do not really know what I want or ordered and tried over and over to tell that this is the material I ordered.Vial filth a typical example of communist corporate america!!!

I agree with LadyScot. When you order online, there are some things that can be returned to the store, as long as you present, all of the paperwork, and packaging.

Did you mean that the WalMart.com employees give a fictitious first name, and how do you know that it is fictitious?

No matter what company I call, their employees only ever give the first name.

The local employees have nothing whatsoever to do with the website company. Send them back and get a refund. And stop acting like Walmart is the only company that has issues with their online store.

Walmart refused to cash my payroll check

Got a payroll check signed by the owner of my company on 03/01/2003. Went to the Walmart in Woodbridge,Va an d I was tuned down and been refused to cash my check of $1500.00 I always cached my checks a that location with the amount more then that, but for some reasons I could not been served on this day of 03/02/2013. The explanations given to me by the clerck of Certegy were not clear enough.Instead she was reading to me the same statement from their web saying blaaa.blaaa..blaaaa. At the end she told me to go back to the cashier of the same Walmart after 15mn pause I should be able to have my transaction complet. I went back nothing. So is this a game they play or simply *** consumers off? A better and clear explanation should follow the refusal to be paid. If nothing can be find on you when your driver license and social security numbers are given to Certegycheck clerk one should be able to cash his check. *** people like that can come back and *** the Certegy behind one of this day.

Looks like Lady Scot and the other anonymous person who posted need to learn how to read. It clearly says (2) I Pads and the customer tried going to the store first to get a refund and when that didnt happen, thats when they turned to the better business bureau.

I think it is sad that a person can't receive a proper refund from Wal Mart. As far as the phone goes looks like some people are just that dishonest. Employee or not it does not make stealing someones phone right. Even if the customer might have set it down it doesnt give someone the right to take it.

Probably the reason our society is so corrupt and messed up. There are too many dishonest, rude, thieves!!!!!

Really finders keepers?? Wow hope something like that happens to you so you can get the other end of that deal and see how it feels

It also explains in big *** letters that the extended warranty EXTENDS the manufacturer warranty, not that it replaces it. It is a brand new machine.
