Walmart 5 out of 7 times don't have product on shelf's.

The Walmart in Madisonville TN. sucks out of product most of the time but I still support them I just go to the next store and I shouldn't do that I need to go to Engels next door or Food City up the road. And the people that work in the store aren't very friendly but the rest of the Walmart's that I go to are very friendly happy to help you and I find what I need. Also the store in Madisonville feels dirty. The manager seems to be ok I have found him stocking shelves and I haven't seen any other managers do that at that store. And from the stand point of view of a truck driver your warehouse's treat driver's like *** and I know we aren't all good but show respect to the one's that are fix it.

Walmart Money Card Review from San Diego, California

I am wondering if anyone else has had issues with the Wal-Mart money card. There needs to be a federal investigation into this particular card and Green Dot bank. Hard working people are being robbed for their money for faulty cards that are on the shelves at Wal-Mart on Murphy Canyon Rd in San Diego, ca. And according to my encounters with the management there. They are aware that this is an issue with this blue card that has walmart logo on them,but they are still selling them. This is really bad and the government needs to look into this as soon as possible. Why is it that I have a receipt and my bank transaction showing me the deduction from Walmart for money that was supposed to be loaded on this card for my son's birthday that I find out later is invalid and getting the run around to get my money back. This is happening to a lot of people, thus is no coincidence. Wal-Mart please look into this for your consumers.

Accidental left behind would not be reprimanded.

I recently visited a Walmart location in Barrhaven Ontario over the long weekend to purchase a 32 GB Lexar SD card for my camera. I was riding a motorcycle with my friend and between grabbing my helmet and bag I left behind the SD card I had just purchased with the receipt. I returned to inquire about that which I left behind the following day around 2:00pm to which the attendant told me to come back tomorrow as her manager had left. So the next day I made the hour and a half drive back to the location for a third time only to be told that they didn't believe my story and they could do nothing for me. All of this after they found evidence of my purchase using my credit card information. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in the service which I received all whilst trying to cooperate the best I could with the customer service department, only to be treated like a liar when the balance of probability was in my favour.

Please explain how the balance of probability was in your favor? They found evidence of you purchasing the SD card not leaving it behind.

Yes it sucks if that's what really happened, but you have to look at it from the store's viewpoint.

If they just believed everyone that said they left something behind they would lose money hand over fist. Time to take some adult responsibility and realize you messed up.

my complain instead I got an eye exam and I pay for it and when I went to go order my contacts I left them that you gave me the ones in the prescription to give me a different brand and he gave me the brand that I did not want so now I'm stuck with and I having troublewith my contacts since I did not want to brand so I decided to never go to shop there ever again the doctor and the person that I bought the contact from start to their choice and I was forced to get these contacts,these contacts irritate My eyes now

Very few chain grocery stores have security. I get approached with the "Excuse us, we're hungry and stranded" from *** addicts, etc like this all the time in parking lots, and guess what?

I keep walking.

It helps to wear sunglasses so they can't make eye contact or get out of the car with your phone pressed to your ear like you're talking so you can ignore them. Don't get involved, especially if you're a woman walking alone.

Take care of good associates

I was shopping in the garden shop today in Catonsville, MD and was assisted by a new associate. He was attentive, courteous, and more than frustrated. As I have hired new associates for Walmart in the past, including one who eventually became a store manager, I realized this young man was well worth having as an associate, and someone with a work ethic, which is increasingly hard to find in our current society. He apologized for not being completely comfortable with the register, especially when error codes came up on the screen. He requested help and was eventually assisted. Another time he requested change, twice, and it never came. I know everyone is busy, but if Walmart does not take care of an associate who obviously cares about his job, then Walmart cannot take care of the customer either. Since he had not received much training the first time around, he was offered a cashier to stay with him in the garden center for 2 hours. But the threat was implicit that he had better get it together. This from someone who didn't really want to be bothered with this new associate. That was obvious. Since this store is my neighborhood store, I hope this young man gives Walmart another chance. He is an asset, even if Walmart doesn't seem to know it.

Deli service extremely slow

We shop at the Walmart on N Tryon in Charlotte NC when we visit our son.I was at the deli for cold cuts,the wait was 45 minutes,I was the third person in line,this is ridiculous, people come up and leave because the wait is so long,one woman behind the counter, they need ticket numbers so you can tell who is next when more people start approaching the counter,they also need co-workers to help at the counter when it gets busy,I will not be shopping at this Walmart,especially in the deli department.I feel Walmart management is very irresponsible to the complaints of the consumer
