So they only did the hand held test? They have a midtronics gr8 series load tester, that is a true load test and trust me, there's no "good battery" button.

Walmart in Laporte, Minnesota - Microwave purchased at Wall Mart

We bought a new Emerson microwave oven from Wallmart three years ago. In that time the paint is coming off the bottom of the microwave where the wheels of the turntable connect with the pan in the microwave. This area of about four inches by one half inch has begun to deteriorate and is now rusting. How can we handle this problem?, is it dangerous?, can we just sand and refinish with paint? Is there a special type of paint we need to use? Or do we need to junk the microwave. Your earliest reply would be appreciated. Nick and Maggie Sheehan Tonto Basin, Az. 85553

Walmart in Raleigh, North Carolina - Telecheck dosent know how to do buisiness

I want to talk to you people in person, but my wife forgot thye check amount, you are a bunch of cowards. After spending two hours shopping, my wifes check was declised simply bgecause I had used one earlier, what kind of *** is that. Walmart in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan - False advertising, lies, threats

Beware Sault Ste. Marie, MI Walmart & managers Deshon Moorehead and Chris Herbert Today, 8-26-12 at 6:49pm, my wife went to the local walmart for 28 items. She picked up one package (12 count) of Scott toilet paper for $3.98 with a $1.00 off (use now) coupon affixed to each package. When she got home, she told me walmart was having a good sale on toilet paper, so I decided to drive into town to stock up. Upon arrival was a large floor stand of Scott toilet paper with a clearly marked sign which read "$3.98." So, I removed the coupons and filled my cart with the paper. When I got to the check-out line, each roll rang up at the advertised $3.98. After the coupons were included, the total was $59.80 plus tax, but the cashier's screen said, "manager approval required." She assumed it was due to a large number of coupons being used. When the managers, Keshon Moorehead and Chris Herbert, arrived, they said the sign was wrong and the item should have been $9.47. They said (lied) that only the sign was wrong, but the correct price was in the computer system. I explained that I had just watched the cashier ring up the items at $2.98 each. I also explained that about an hour earlier, my wife had purchased the same item for $2.98 prompting me to make a 2nd trip to town (see attached sales receipt which clearly states Scott 12 pack / $3.98 less $1.00 coupon. Chris and Keshon put their collective minds together and concluded that I could have only one package of the item at the advertised price. I feel they should have honored the advertised price. If it was a mistake, it wasn't mine. I also had considerable time and expenses associated with my trip to the store solely for this one item. I asked if they could sell me the items at the advertised price and then correct their mistake. They said, "NO." I asked them if they would pay for my time and gas. They said, "NO." I asked them if they thought they were being fair. They said (no kidding), "if you're going to be argumentative and combatant, we'll have to ask you to leave before we call the police." Holy smokes! These two geniuses' lie, threaten slighted customers, and apparently mislabel the cost of their products. What more could these two "rocket scientists" have done to create a more unpleasant shopping experience??? At least they didn't spit on me as I left empty handed.

Walmart in Hamilton, Ontario - WAL MART CANADA VISION CENTRE SHAM

I went into Wal-Mart vision centre June 11 2012 and booked an eye appointment. My appointment was booked for June 15, 2012. On this day I ordered my glasses (I had my own frames). It took till July 6, 2012 to return. They were really blurry. Ian said I needed to try them for two weeks to get used to them. I tried them for two weeks and gave them back on July 20, 2012. I told them to lower the blur line for the progressive because I cannot see at all; it's dangerous for me to be wearing them. They sent them back. The glasses came back and I went in August 20, 2012. I could see pretty well except for a small blur. The optician and I thought I needed to get used to them. On Thursday evening, August 23, 2012, I pondered why they were still blurry to me. I was playing with my ponytail and brought it over my right eye. All of a sudden, everything was clear. I closed my right eye. Everything was clear, including reading. I closed my left eye. I could not see anything. Not one thing. Friday August 24, 2012, I went into Wal-Mart again. I advised Ian of my findings. He said he could not do anything for me. I could get a refund for the glasses but not the eye exam. He could book me an eye exam and see why the prescription might be wrong. I left with another appointment -annoyed that I now have to wait till Sept 6 2912, for another eye appointment and I will have gone back for the fourth time, without my proper glasses in hand. I am stuck because they will not refund the eye exam so I can go to someone else, instead of these buffoons. In the very least, they could give me proper sunglasses free (I gave them my sunglasses frames). They should recompense me for my time, gas and energy. How utterly aggravating this is. I have never in my 50 years encountered such ***. Almost three months to get my glasses correct? I have been wearing glasses since grade four and have never had this problem, ever. I will be posting to Pissed Consumer and as well the Better Business Bureau. I never did get a call from a three month long complaint about their washrooms either. I also never did get a call on the Regal Nails rip off from my niece of $20.00 either. I don't think Wal-Mart really cares about customer service at this point. They are another corporation that thinks of their bottom line dollar profits. I have also cancelled my daughter's appointment because I won't have Wal-Mart messing up her contact lenses like they did my glasses. Her eyes are very important and with these people it is likely they will destroy her eyes. That is exactly how I feel. I wonder if that right lens has screwed my vision now. If so I should be thinking of contacting my lawyer and in the least contacting the media about this sham.

Walmart refuses to honor automotive battery warranty,claim that only their battery test is accepted.Something they do not disclose at time of purchase,their test will unavoidably favor Walmart every time because a true load test is not performed.I took my battery and had it tested at auto parts store and clearly it failed the test,even so bobby assistant mgr at Walmart Supercenter 3851 Airport Fwy Fort Worth, TX 76111 said that only their test is acceptable,thus relieving Walmart of any responsibility. Obviously the consumer is on the losing end , especially if a consumer is not a trained automotive technician like me. Even with my ASE credentials and a lesson in Car battery facts Bobby at:Walmart Supercenter 3851 Airport Fwy Fort Worth, TX 76111,refused to accept the facts , and blindly follows the company's undisclosed policy regarding car batteries. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Walmart batteries,not worth the trouble. Hope this helps prevent more victims from this sort of scheme. Always purchase well known , name brand car batteries from reputable distributors and installers, cost is a bit higher sometimes but satisfaction will truly be guaranteed.
