Walmart in Punta Gorda, Florida - HP laptop

bought the computer at Walmart 2 years ago. Have a warranty Logistics for an additional 2 years purchased. Came back twice not repair like they said. Now, its damaged. I have worked done by them previous, a new battery, cord. and repair the keyboard key. I wanted to get the keyboard key replaced again and have the dvd door fix, because it fell off. a new battery of course, and possible get it back decently. Talk to the managers to tech at warranty logistics, Richard, for one don't remember the others quite a few people. I don't like to buy any more things from Walmart, I don't have trust in their procedures as to my laptop for repair. They could of call when they first receive my computer and told me what they could'nt fix it for a damaged computer. Which it was not just some minor repairs could be done. Without consideration to any repairs. keyboard open, does not turn on at all, the dvd door is was not repair. No consideration, just a bunch of bastards tearing it and telling me that I had a damaged computer non repairable. Time will tell who's at fault for ruin computer. I am not going to pay for the damages.

Maybe it is not good experience you got maybe you are no longer suffering from PMS, and are not on your monthly so you did not see a problem with every little thing.

Walmart in Hana, Hawaii - Bad Customer Service While on Break

While normally I have had nothing but good-to-great experiences at the Keeamoku Walmart I just recently had a "bad experience" with an employee that was taking his lunch break. This happened on 7/25/12 at roughly 2:50am. (5'8, about a chubby 200lbs. Dark, spotty complexion, in his 20's. Filipino with short hair and a mustache) As he was waiting in line to pay for his items he was very condescending and sarcastic. I got the impression that because he was on his break and not on the clock he could talk and treat customers badly. After he muttered under his breath to the cashier that "Customers are ***" he quickly retreated to the breakroom towards the rear of the store, afraid to make eye contact with the rest of the customers standing in line. When I got to the cashier and I found out he worked there I felt I could not pay for my items (over $100 dollars, which I spend on average visits) I explained to the cashier I could not pay that much money for bad customer service and left my items with the cashier and exited the store. Again I have had good experiences in the past but it took 1 bad employee to really stand out and make me evaluate whether to continue shopping there. I would not feel comfortable if my elderly parents were to shop there with this verbally abusive individual.

what thr *** is going on when stocking food! do you have people putting thing up after store hour? well it bad when you come in just after the the store open and their cart of gec. all ply up at back of store where you can not get a gal. of milk! then you look up at the freezer a worker is too short or to lazy to use a step ladder to check what needed to restock on top instead she staying in the door way while open with work shoe on up in the open door using it as a ladder to see what she need to add,now that low down, when you have sale like coke in the can by the case,saleing so good now you want restock makeing you pay more for less! then when somthing is selling reel good and the other stuff with a best seller brand then what you do is we move it too a new place so you have to pay top price then pay for less!manger at monroeville,ala. name DAVID MOODY need to get his head out between his leg and need to the problem solve, before health department going to have a field day with him!

Walmart in Winfield, Kansas - OMG! Store Employees are the WORST!

I recently bought a Straight Talk phone from Wal-Mart after I was fed up with Verizon. I was using the phone when I accidentally dropped it in the toilet. I bought this phone on July 16 and went to return in on July 22, which is within the allowed return policy. When I told the customer service employee, she got a tude with me telling me I wasn't allowed exchanging the phone because it was damaged. Wal-Mart's slogan is satisfaction garanteed well that was a joke. I demanded to speak to a manager so an assistant manager named Barry came up. He was just a *** reciting that the store does not refund or replaced damaged merchandise. I asked if I could get a discount on another phone since this was an ACCIDENT. He told me no. I told him that my husband works at Wal-Mart's Home Office which is his boss. He gave me tude saying that he didn't care where my husband works. Wal-Mart needs to know that customers sometimes have accidents but they just act like they are perfect and they never accidently broke something. They should have at least let me get another phone at a discount since THIS WAS AN ACCIDENT! I will be telling my husband about my treatment at this store and he will be looking into Barry's poor customer service skills.
