I really like your brand of strawberry banana pudding, and this is not really a complaint because it was new and you probably did not know how well it will sell, but I think that you should get more in stock please. I wanted to buy more but they were sold out. Then...View full review
Walmart in Seoul, Kyonggi-Do - Lost order and no more in stock
So back in Feb I ordered a bicycle from Walmart.com for my niece's birthday. Walmart is one of the easiest things for me being stationed overseas in South Korea because I sent my niece into the store and picked out what she wanted and then she told me. I ordered and without any word other than an email stating that it had been delayed. Eventually my sister in law called and they told me it had been lost and was now out of stock, best they could do was either refund my money or order something else. This was almost a month later. Now it is July and I ordered a compact fridge for my younger sister getting ready to leave for college. I am still stationed in South Korea. Went onto Walmart.com and ordered it on June 18, was supposed to arrive no later than the 29th. Finally received an email on the the 3rd stating it had been delayed. I had to call both Walmart.com and the store it was to be shipped to twice. Which isn't nice considering the 14 hour time difference. After the store finally telling me it wasn't there and getting a hold of someone at Walmart.com they tell me again that it had been lost and was now out of stock. It is the 7th of July and I wouldn't have known if I had contacted them and pushed about my order. So again Walmart.com had my money for almost a month and best they could do was refund my money, not to mention it will take anywhere for 3-7 business days for me to receive my refund.
Walmart in Princeton, New Jersey - Rude and unhelpful
Would not honor another stores lower prices and manager was rude the day before ready to check out and every line we went to they said we are taking no more customers. There was still about 80 people in line at 2 registers and the quick check out was closing and the store was still opened for another 2 hours. So we went to Target both times. Your store lost about 400.00 dollars from us. Will never use your store again . You have a bunch of black girls with bad attitude. You need to hire people who want to work.
Went to Lawn and Garden at WalMart and found exactly what I wanted. When I got ready to check out the checker was gone and both lanes were closed. I had to walk clear inside the store to check out then walk clear back to Lawn and Garden to get to my car. There were...View full review

Walmart in Apollo, Pennsylvania - Horrible Store Experience
I am writing to register a complaint against the store listed above. On Wednesday, June 27, 2012, my mother and I arrived at the store in question at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon. We had less than an hour to shop, and several items to purchase. We moved through the store rather quickly . . . . quickly, that is, until we reached the checkout lines. There are somewhere between twenty-five and thirty registers at this location. Of that number, there were five open and dedicated to 15 items or less, and there were four registers open for everyone else. Customers with full carts were waiting in lines six or seven people deep. My mother got in line and was waiting for a few minutes when the cashier came around the register and addressed the woman directly in front of my mother saying, "You are my last customer." She did not even acknowledge my mother's presence. I was annoyed, but gave the cashier the benefit of the doubt – assuming that, rather than being rude to my mother, she just did not see her. My mother and I moved down three registers to the next one that was open, and began to wait there. The cashiers at this location are notoriously slow, so the wait stretched from five minutes, to ten, from ten to fifteen. At the fifteen minute mark, I noticed the cashier from the first register we were at come back around the side of the register. There was a man walking by with a few items in his cart. The cashier motioned to him and said "I can take you here, you don't have much. I am just trying to guard my time." Now I was angry, because her comment made it appear that her previous "oversight" was nothing of the sort. I was unable to locate an employee, so I called the store from my phone and requested to speak to the manager. This actually necessitated two calls, because the number online is not the "correct" number – that is, it rings in the store, but it is not a line that can be picked up in other parts of the store. I made the second call and, once again, asked to speak to the manager. While I was waiting, the line next to us opened, and the cashier came over and pulled the three people behind us in line and took them to her register. At this point, my mother was ready to walk out of the store, leaving the cart where it was. The groceries that we had in our cart (some rapidly melting) were essential, and we had no time to go elsewhere. We had now been waiting for twenty-five minutes. While still waiting for the manager to come to the phone, I saw two employees walking past and heard one instruct the other to open an additional register. I called out to them, then approached them and told them that I needed to follow them to this register; because there was NO way that another register was being opened without my mother being the first person in line. I was not going to allow another person to pass her over. The gentleman was borderline rude, responding with a gruff, "Well, where's she at now?" I called my mother over, and we followed him to the newly opened register. At this time, the manager of the store finally came on the line. I registered my complaint and the manager responded with a vague promise to "talk to the cashiers" – which would be an interesting achievement, since I was unable to provide her with the exact line numbers (since we had been in so many). She did not offer to come out to speak to us, or attempt to rectify the situation in any way. The cashier at this new register, while not particularly pleasant, was at least efficient. After waiting for a grand total of thirty minutes, we finally exited the store. I understand that we were in the store during what could be considered a "peak" period, but even during a period such as that, measures can be put in place to ensure customer satisfaction – more people can be trained for / scheduled for cashier duty, a manager can remain on the floor to supervise customer care, an expeditor can be called upon to direct the appropriate people to the appropriate lines as they open, fewer dedicated express lines can be used, thereby freeing up those cashiers for the standard lines, etc. This store took absolutely no steps to guarantee customer care. They did nothing (save open a few extra registers at random). They took no steps to avoid/mitigate customer wait time and upon hearing my complaint, no real effort was made to correct the situation. At the very least, cashiers should be better trained in the dynamics of customer interaction, and managers should be taught to better handle customer complaints, especially when the customer in question is one who regularly patronizes this establishment. A negative experience, such as this one, causes me to question the logic of continuing to shop at Wal-Mart when there is a Target Superstore just a few miles away. It has many of the same products and services, and in addition, it has a pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient staff.
I always told my husband that the Roger's Arkansas store was a good store. I guess I spoke too soon. The store was having a sale on flip flops. There was only one left in my size and a lady got them before I did. I told the manager that I should get them...View full review
Walmart Money Card is a scam! Someone stole $1,050 from me; they made transactions with ATT, Pathmark, and KFC all in New York (I live in Austin TX). I contacted Walmart as soon as I noticed the transactions which was the day after on June 27, 2012. They told me that...View full review

Walmart in Phoenix, Arizona - Worst Pharmacy across the Whole dang state!
my family and several friends frequent this walmart on a VERY regular basis. My parents, as well as myself require regular use of a pharmacy and had decided to make the switch to walmart. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! Our medicines are NEVER ready when you are told they will be. It happened again today. I just had massive surgery on my face and jaw line, and I had my meds dropped off right when they opened. Its now three hours later, and though the woman at the pharmacy said no later than 11am.. I still do not have my antibitotics or pain medication. Even worse, is that when you complain, even in a completely tactful way, they all scowl at you and talk to you like its your fault. Its always excuse after excuse...oh we are short handed, or theres a lot of patients today. Well...then why the *** would you claim the medication would be ready by 11??? Thats thier fault, not mine. The woman who refuses to wear a name tag, she has a *** arm band tattoo on her upper arm, is the rudest of all them . My mom and I are both sure she was a ex *** and thats where her nasty ghetto attitude arises. Then, should you choose to complain, they decide you can wait EVEN LONGER since you pissed them off. I am complaining again and again to corporate with ABSOLUTLY NO RESOLUTION IN SIGHT!! Avoid this walmart pharmacy by any means. You will regret it if you choose to get your meds here.
