Sirs, I have seen an turn around in the performance with Walmart departments that were sub par before my complaints. I appreciate your efforts in resolving these problem areas. It makes it a pleasure to shop at your store now. Your front line supervision needs to be congratulated for a great job. Produce is much better. Restocking is more than adequate. Tobacco is also resupplied on a daily basis. Dairy products are a little slow but shipping might be the hold-up. Silk Vanilla is not kept in stock at times. Sincerely, Dan S

I bought myself a new IBuyPower PC from their store, it went over the delivery date and I found out they didn't even ship it after calling them! What's the points of a delivery date and a track number if your never going to ship it in the first place! I am not waiting another 10 days for a PC that was suppose to come earlier in the first place!

The cellular phone department

I recently had a question about my trac phone where it was supposed to upgrade from grade 2to 3 and I wanted Walmart to help. this being the one in Muncie In. The girl I started with abandoned me when I needed assistance most. Eventually another associate helped so I don't know the name of the one who took off but if I find out I will put it on this review. She had dark not so straight hair was short and a somewhat disconnected and abrupt. I think because I came from out of town and looked a little different than the usual clientele that she was like that. The store number was 01665 Macgalliard St. Don't expect to much from this store. Gift Card Blocked

I purchased a Walmart Visa Gift Card on 5/15/16 in the amount of $350 in order to pay 2 bills online while I awaited my new debit card. When I got home, I went online and registered the gift card and attempted to make a payment on one of the bills.

It took a few tries before the card would work properly to make the payment. On Monday morning, 5/16/16, I went online to pay the second bill with the remaining $117.63 balance on the gift card. The payment was declined. I tried numerous times to contact Walmartgift.com through their automated number only to be either cut off, or received a message that they were experiencing technical difficulties.

After around 5 hours, I was able to speak with a live person. I was told a block had been put on the gift card on the SAME day I purchased it for suspicious activity. They would not tell me what the suspicious activity was only that they would file a case and it would take 10 business days for a resolution. So a card that I used CASH to purchase was blocked on the SAME day of purchase and now my second bill will be late because I cannot access the remaining balance on the gift card.

MY MONEY was used for the card, I have the card in my possession and was able to tell them what the pending authorization on the card was for. This is a total scam.

How can you block a gift card on the same day it was purchased with my own cash? This is unacceptable and I will NEVER step foot in a Walmart again.

I received a Christmas gift card, back in 2016, from my son. It was somehow misplaced and I have tried, several times, to track it down; however, received NO HELP from Walmart.

Walmart's online/telephone customer service was bad back then and I hear is still very bad. P.S.

I still have the information on the 3 gift cards that were purchased back then. If Walmart wants to discuss it and help me.....

WM deli rude

A price on some cheese I was trying to buy rang up higher than I thought it would be. Went back to the dairy to cbeck myself because the cashier was arguing with me about it. Asked the guy in the Deli nearby because there was no one else out on the floor about the rprice and he said he didn't know and went back to what he was doing. He just acted like he didn't care. I think that was quite unprofessional of him and I am very dissappointed in this lack of caring on behalf of WM Assocates. This isn't the first time.

After two days and calling the 800 number provided I get an email saying that an authorization will follow in a day or two. Well its been three days now and I am not getting any response to my emails.

this is a very market place affiliation to with Walmart online. I bought something , and the send me wrong items when I tried to return it its crazy. you can't reach none of the customer.

The same way with me ! I ordered my dog a white and pink striped sweater and that was in Dec right before Christmas and I even paid for it and it's now April and I haven't seen or heard back from no one !

I have been ordering online from The Walmarts Store since before Christmas and that won't happen anymore !

So what can we do about this matter? Can someone tell us what we need to do ?

I cannot contact Tasharina Corporation. Walmart keeps directing me to their marketplace, which is of no help.

I honestly feel shafted. They should not be allowed to treat people this way.

In the end after much time passes, I was in contact with the vendor and a refund was issued. I will not forget this experience.

What you can only do in this point is wait until it is ready for pick up. you will get an email when its ready for pick up.

once its ready you have to go to that exact Walmart. Stand in either customer service or site2store line. Give them your order number or your first and last name. They will find it in their back room and you should be able to return it.

It has to go back to your card and an actual manager has to over-ride the return.

I reported my card stolen on March 13th 2016 I had to wait 2 weeks to put in a report for the unauthorized transactions on my money card. And they sent me a letter dated April 4th 2016 stating that I authorize somebody to steal my card and just steal my money what a worthless company.

Trying to compete with Amazon.

I ordered an Infant Pack and Play Play Yard. I came home to a huge box on my porch. Evidently, they decided to send a full size mattress for a full size adult bed in place of the Play Yard. I don't know about the babies they are used to, but this just will not work for the playing babies in my family. Now they say they will actually send a playpen in 3-5 days and told me to have a nice day. If I wanted it in 5 days, I would have ordered accordingly. Compete with Amazon? Uhhh, not likely, but dream big anyway.

I place can order on the above date. Everything I've ever order online with Walmat I've gotten in less than a week. This *** place is saying that I'll get it on 8/17/2016! That's 11 *** days! Why in the *** is it takng so *** long? Are they *** or what! It just left Californis today! That's 7 days to mail something. Geez! These folks are freakin ***! If or when I get my order I'll never order from them again. It's probably garbage. I've seen nothing but complaints! I wish I knew this before I ordered anything. Didn't know they sold cheap ***! Total regret! I'm already pissed off. It's not a good thing.

Amazon does the same thing. Sometimes I order something from Amazon and it takes a month for me to receive it.

Treated Poorly

Ordered a gift which was almost a month late. When it finally arrived at trucking company they lied and said we called and changed the delivery date which was already 3 weeks late..Well when they dropped it at door it was completely ripped apart..pieces missing and did not even alert us of its arrival outside door.Been on phone and internet for days with Walmart supervisors..all promises ..then the rudeness began. Was told they would NOT refund or help us.This is why Amazon is one of the fastest growing companies in the World..great customer service. This would never occur there. I will never take my business to Walmart..they have humiliated me for the last time.
