Walmart

Every time I go into the Walmart in Sevierville, something happens that makes my blood boil! I will give you the 2 worst incidences. I was returning a pair of pants that did not fit my son. I had misplaced the receipt, but was just going to swap sizes. I walked just to the end of the mat at the front door, then remembered I had to check the item with the door greeter. She refused to check it "because she saw me come from inside the store". Again, I only got to the end of the mat at the front door, didnt even hit the tile yet. I went to customer service, told them what happened with the door greeter, but luckily they exchanged the pants. I was just beyond irate with the door greeter accusing me of stealing. I went to the pharmacy one day to fill my son:s medication because I knew that they carried the generic. I was told it would be about 45 mins. I did some shopping and checked back after about an hour. I was told it would be another 15 mins. When they finally called me up, they said they were out. I threw a fit that they wasted over an hour of my time!!!! Needless to say, I didnt but anything! Avoid at all costs!

This site should be for real complaints not to complain when you are in the wrong. I won't mention any names but there is one person who claims her husband works at Wal Mart Home Office. Well guess what (you know who you are) a blow up doll or vibrator does not...

Walmart in Austin, Texas - Wally World rudeness

At Walmart the customer is no longer king. The management is king and we the customer only prosper if they are treating their employees right, which is hardly ever. Asking an associate for assistance is like a disruption to their day. I have had to go bang on associate work carts or scream "EXCUSE ME" at the top of my lungs sometimes just to get their attention. Then they give me that "what do you want?" look. I have to use the self checkouts because cashiers are so rude it is upsetting to have to go through a line to deal with their ignorance. Even on self checkouts they still come up to me while I am checking out and treat me like I am a bother.

The Walmart on 2004 Pleasant Blvd. does not offer dedicated parking for expecting mothers. Because the parking lot was very full and I did not want to walk a long way with my "little one", I parked in the handicapped spot. I know this was a mistake, but what Wal-Mart...

I am sick and tired of these people stealing my username and making false posts claiming they are from me. The IP address clearly shows where the person is posting from. Even if sometimes the locations do come up wrong by IP mistake, It will especially never show show...

My son just turned 16 years old, and applied at Wal-Mart. He was so happy when they called him for an interview. He came home and told us he had the job. Next, he went in for the so-called orientation where they sent him for a drug test. He did it and passed. Then they...

Walmart in Springdale, Arkansas - Not my job to pull my own stuff off bagging caurosel

Last few times I've been into Walmart, I have been the one pulling my groceries and other purchases off the caurosel. It is the cashier's job to put customer's bags into their cart to prevent the customer from leaving the store w/o some of his or her purchases. The same cashier too each time, Michelle, at the newer Walmart in Rogers, AR at Pleasant Crossing. I scolded her for it, but I did not tell management. I will next time, and I will tell my husband also. Oh and this is the REALl Mrs Lea by the way
