I have received all my medication from Wallmart. One particular script that I was getting there was always put in a container for me (pills). When I renewed the script again the pills were in a hard plastic cover and I had a very hard time getting them out. On...

A while back, I wrote about me writing a check at the 2004 S Pleasant Wal-Mart because I forgot my debit card. I opened my bank statement yesterday and saw that Wal-Mart overdrew on my account AND had the nerve to charge me a $30 returned check fee. This isn't my...

I hope they quit accepting checks. Serves *** right for trying to defraud them. $30 is cheap - I'd be charging $75

Walmart at: 3200 Market, Carson City, NV 897806. Every week I volunteer my time & take senior ladies to above Walmart. As they all usually finish at different times, I sit & wait at the bench near the door so they can see me. Thinking of their ages, they cannot stand...

Walmart in Austin, Texas - Dear *** customers part 2

A continuation of my post from yesterday 7. 20 items or less means just that. Those stands are not built for a full basket of stuff and it annoys and makes the customers behind you, who only has a few items and is ready to go, wait even longer. I have had some customers yell at other customers for doing that. I don't blame them. 8. The number of hours allowed for associates is set by home office, not store management. If there are not enough cashiers it isn't our fault. Not to mention that a lot of the people they hire for cashier are minors who call in all of the time. 9. If someone doesn't have a name tag on then they are probably on lunch or off the clock and are just shopping or picking up stuff. Leave them alone and stop getting mad because they are not working or can't answer your questions because they are off the clock. Laws are laws, and everyone deserves a break and to go home for the day. Some people work for a living, we can't all be Bon Bon munching welfare recipients or bored rich housewives. 10. You cannot park in the fire lane or the handicapped spot if you are not handicapped. If we tell you to move your car then shut up and move it. You are not royalty or some celebrity. Even they are not allowed to park in those places. The walking may also do you some good and help diminish America' s reputation as the fattest country on earth.

Walmart in Austin, Texas - Dear *** customers of the world

As a longtime retail associate let me just explain the things you customers do that is ***, annoying and you need to stop. 1. No one is perfect, not even you. We do the best we can to please you and unfortunately we sometimes make mistakes. Accept our apology and move on. 2. If we don't have something, we don't have something. We mere store associates have no control over the inventory we have. Most retail places are chain stores and the head honchos at the corporate office control what inventory the stores get. We can order it for you if we can find it online or call around to other local stores to see if they have it, but that is the best we can do. Stop expecting us to be able to pull out a magic wand and just make things appear. 3. We can only hold things for so long. If you get unexpectedly tied up and can't make it to the store in the time you say you will be there, call and let us know and we will gladly continue to hold it for you. Don't come in a month later and get mad at us because we put it back on the shelf and it sold. 4. If you are calling us up from home or wherever to see if we have something in stock, don't get mad because we don't get to you right away or we put you on hold. We are not ignoring you, we are busy with other customers already in the store and ready to spend money there. You aren't the only person in the universe. You could also try getting off your 500 pound cheetoh eating *** and come in to the store and take a look for yourself. I have noticed some of these people who do this don't live too far away. 4. Stop trying to bring stuff back that you have used and you bought years ago and expect us to take it back and give you your money back. We are not a thrift store or a rent to own place. 5. We are not there to babysit you . It is your responsibility to bring the right stuff and be able to give us the right information so we can do whatever for you. If you don't like a certain rule or procedure then take it up with corporate. They are the ones that make the rules, not us. 6. Threatening us or trying to use bodily harm on us will land you in jail every time. Just because you are customer does not give you the right to break the law. There's more, but that will do for starters.

Walmart in Seattle, Washington - Stealing our purchases

This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at the Walmart on Coors in ABQ. You pay for your purchases and the clerk bags them and spins the bags away from you, then hands 1 or 2 bags, but the 2nd or 3rd bag is hidden from sight, the clerk goes on to the next customer, and you walk away without some of your items. Today I lost 4 bananas and 2 packs of gum. The solution is to bring your own bag, put it on top of the turntable, and force them keep the items in sight at times. I don't know if this is individual thievery or store thievery. In any case, be careful.
