People at walmart are so funny

so the day before yesterday my fiancee had to help a woman that was in dying need of help. she was an older handicapped lady. so as he was in hardware he heard this horrific scream and went to see what was wrong. a woman had fell on the floor and was kinda loopy. he had asked her what was wrong and she replied "that woman on the motorized cart has the ugliest creature ever." he looked at the woman in the motorized cart and seen that she had a tea-cup poodle-chihuahua mix. and he just looked at the old lady and she snapped "well aren't you going to do something" and he replied "can't" so she demanded a manager. well he called for one and she told him to do something and he replied "can't due to the American disability act if the door greeter allows any pets through the door then management nor associates can do anything about it." so now shes threatening to sue Wal-Mart due to her over-dramatized bull-*** and her breaking out in hives. kinda wish she would have had a heart attack or something. i hate people that always try to cause drama. especially to a poor little old handicapped woman. =D

I as a customer called to speak to an employee "Jeremias", who helped me while previously shopping at your store located in Woodbridge, NJ, to thank him for helping me with his service, as well, as my appreciation on finding the right materials for a deep stain I had on my carpet. I have spoke to a customer service representative named Margie who told me she wasn't allowed to transfer personal phone calls. I am really disappointed on Margie's customer service. I as a customer was impressed with the service and attention I received in the store until I called your customer service representative, Margie. Margie answered the phone with no energy and respect for me as a customer. I personally felt and believe I was not valued as a customer.

thats not walmarts policy. even though it is written in the handbook of the managers that employees don't matter....the customers do.

and why margie was being like that blows my mind.

walmart just sucks anyway.....and the only people that work there now mostly are teenagers and old people that are bored on retirement. so good luck if you decide to go back.

Lay away

walmart has been advertising its lay away program for christmas.it says all toys over a certain amount. well when i went to put things on lay away none of the toys that i got applied. when i asked the guy why he said because it was from the baby section. i think its unfair that just because its from the baby section it doesnt qualify for lay away. it was a toy and it was above the certain price amount. it is very expensive having a baby and especially when you try to by the correct educational toys. the lay away program at babies r us is alot better, and better staff. i couldnt find anyone at walmart to help and when we tried getting for information about the lay away the walmart associate was clue less

Common sense would tell you not to have a baby that you can't afford. But that logic is probably too much for you too understand.

Its their policy so what makes you so important that they should make an exception for you. Get over it and quit crying like a big baby.

Purchased a laptop on Oct.17 2011. Went back to work on a offshore job on boat on Oct 18. Went to set up laptop and it was a bad laptop. Called Walmart and was told only a 15 day return policy. Boy what a rip off when your on a boat for 28 days. And they have no Walmarts for miles. Pretty sorry I'm gald it wasn't a christmas gift for my granddaughter. The worst thing was all I wanted Walmart to do was just exchange for one that works. I even had the receipt. Sorry excuse for a business.

Retailer devote floor space to products that move quickly.

I am wiling to bet walmart sells many more inflatable snowmen and fake trees than nativity sets. Thus the 4 aisles they devote to seasonal merchandise is occupied by the products people actually buy.

Sam Walton was about moving mechanside, high volume, low margin. He would be rolling around in his grave if walmart was stocking an aisle of ceramic baby Jesus dolls that nobody bought.

Had me wait 2 hours to tell me they did not have item

i went to buy a refrigerator pick out the one i wanted. ask a salesperson to get for me. after waiting for 30min i ask a different salesperson for help and they told me to wait the salesperson i first spoke. i had to ask 3 more salesperson to help but not one did. after waiting for two hour. i ask to see manager then the salesperson came to let know they did not have my item. i was very very upset and ask the salesperson then y did he had me wait so long. he did not care answer. i have always shop at walmart but i think you have lost a customer manuel bermudez puerto rico

seriously are you for real Tasha!! just because a person does not speak or write perfect English does not mean that they don't have a valid complaint.

no customer should have to wait two hours to be told that an item is out of stock. And to be refused help by other sales persons is just plain rudeness!

as for justanotherdude.

does that mean every foreign person has to be treated badly because they don't have perfect English!! that's blatant discrimination!!

Would not accept check

were at w-marts after bank hours, out of state without gas, teleacheck would not ok our check. never had i had a bounce check with them and had several thousand dollars in my acct. stated that there was alot of activity on my acct. even though i had wrote a ck in 3days. this is a bunch of ***. leaving us stranded out of state. what the *** do they have to do with my money? I didnt give them permission to govern it. never had they called me and ask to do this. Its not for our pertection, its so they can monitor your life

*** poor service and no stock

I am really pissed off, I was in the store at Carlyle, Illinois for cr2 batteries, the young man was nice on Saturday night stating the truck will be in on Sunday and the batteries will be on the truck. I went in there today, November the 14 and the department manager states that they are none in the store and will not be there until the 18th, I found her to be rude and not helpful at all. This is the 4th time that I have been in the store for this kind of battery and always getting the run around. I will be doing business elsewhere since they can not keep items in stock.

Refused for no reason

i went to the grocery store to buy dinner for my family, wrote a 20.00 dollar check and it was refused. i have never wrote a hot check and had way more than that in my account. i call them and was told that that they had my checking account blocked but could not give me a reason. who are they to tell me that i cant use my money in that store. so my account is still blocked and i guess i wont be cooking tonight. i guess i wont be shopping at walmart either...yes i am pissed.

Pissed about a ring

i ordered a mothers ring from walmart.com a year ago this last may. a stone fell out and i tryed to get it repaired it took for ever to get a answer on it and when i finely got a answer it was. send it in and let us know if you want it replaced or your money back.. i asked for a refund because of having some many problems with this ring.. the thing is i never got the ring back or my money back to this day.. i am very upset and feel i will never order anything on line again from walmart.com again..would be nice to get my money back my order #267758****917

Cheated me out of my money

Walmart.com ripping people off!

i buy stuff at walmart.com all the time. well the other day i wanted to buy some kashi cereal in bulk. i wanted to honey puffed wheat, this product is really hard to get. anyways.... they are offering 12 boxes @ $75.48 which works out to be $6.29 a box. how crazy is that?, when you can get it @ the actual walmart store for around $4.00 a box. isn't the purpose of buying in bulk to save a few bucks? so anyways i called to inquire about why the online pricing was so high? the rep on the phone said i was looking at a different product, which i was not. i also went on kashi.com and saw that for the same exact cereal in the same size was sold for $4.29 a box. so why is walmart.com selling it @ $6.29 a box? if i was a dumb *** and couldn't do math i would have purchased this product thinking i got a deal. beware of walmart.com people. you may think you're getting a deal, but you're really getting the shaft. now wonder they aren't wanted in nyc......

I've noticed the same thing with regular everyday products on walmart.com and samsclub. It's cheaper to just buy it singly or in store but I presume they mark up the price because most people automatically think they're getting a great deal because it's in bulk.

Why do they put trainees on registers with no supervision

I normally shop at the Conover North Carolina Store on my way to work between 6-7 a.m. This morning, 11/11/11 I had a very bad experience. First as I walked into the West door I noticed hundreds if not thousands of cigarette butts in the pavers leading to the door. This many cigarette butts did not accumulate in one day. I entered the store at 6:34 a.m. I got the few items I needed and went to the end "Speedy" checkout near McDonalds. This was at 6:44. There were 4 people ahead of me in line all with no more than the proscribed limit of 20 items. From 6:44 to 7:05 I watched a totally inept cashier unable to check anyone out without having a problem. It took her 6 minutes to ring out a fellow with two (2) packs of chewing gum! I went to the cigarrette aisle. With only one woman in front of me that already had been checked out, for another 5 minutes I was forced to listen to their conversation about Flea Markets. I finally checked out and left at 7:18 a.m. For 18 items, I endured over 30 minutes of ineptitude, rudeness, and total regard for MY TIME before I could get out of the store. I hope this is not what is going to happen during the Christmas season......oh, wait a minute, yes it will....it's Wal-Mart! One more item of interest. It was 33 degrees outside, and according to my smart-phone the temperature in the store was 77 degrees. I guess when you're Wal-mart you can waste as much energy as you want while people wearing winter coats have sweat running down their faces waiting for a 1/2 hour to get checked out. I do not normally complain to anybody about anything, but my experience this morning and the filth of the parking lot and pavers was outrageous. I will be shopping at the Hickory, NC Store in the future, or maybe its time to give TARGET a try.

1. I have the feeling there is more to the one customers order than two packs of gum that you know of.

They should have opened another express if there was a problem. But calling the cashier inept was very rude. You don't know what happened. 2.

As for the temperature in the store, corporate controls that. Try standing up at that registers for eights hours under those lights with no air conditioning in the summertime. 3. With the second cashier, she should have rung you out, then spoke to the first customer.

I agree with you. That was rude of the cashier. 4. As for the cig buts, someone should have been out there cleaning it up.

And shame on people who can't throw those things away properly. The world would be a happy place without garbage everywhere.
