Emerson t v
I bought the emerson 40" on Oct 21 for Christmas I opened it on Dec 25 t v it died in less than 3 month of use on march 2 they will not refund my money and they tell me I have to pay 75 dollars for labor I always looked up to Walmarts after this I know that they and Emerson are a bunch of crooks may God bless them . what ever you do don't buy emerson t v a bunch of junk. I never though this would happen at walmarts I have been to the service center and email walmarts they never bothered to return my email. I will continue to email and contact different people until I get an answer.

Walmart - Savings Catcher Review from Wabash, Indiana
I have 58 bucks on my savings catcher (had it for 2 years almost )not only that I have bought like 4 things online worked great THEN bug now even tho it shows 58 bucks for me on the app and on the web when I went to my walmart store I went to buy a book (19.97) and a mnt. dew kick starter they rung it up and BAM took 9 bucks out and said I had 0 left over..like what the heck !? I checked again and it said I still had money 51 bucks but still showed up as 0 when I called them on top of all that I went to my walmart customer service and they couldn't help me AT ALL so then sent me to someone who worked there that used it all the time and they told me to call the 1 809 number (funny seeing u can't GET ANYONE LIVE ) so I grid 2 hrs (not mentioning the time searching for other help numbers ) to find out I had to email them for any live help I did that at 3 45 they sent me an email saying someone would email shortly it's now 5 59 WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER and the fact I can't even get help with the app SMH

Walmart - Pick Up Service Review from Phoenix, Arizona
I went to the pharmacy at 1020am to pick up my son's prescrption. They told me it would be ready in an hour. I went back in 3hrs and they told me they needed my insurance card in order for it to be filled. I'm upset because no one contacted me to let me know this and no one told me this when I was standing there. I asked why nobody contacted me to let me know and they just said sorry. I work in the healthcare industry so I know that they are supposed to contact somebody if there is a problem. Now I have to go back a third time to pick up this prescription. Why is this not a policy to contact the customer if they need additional information? Nice customer service you have.

You can't pay the credit card bill so you thought that if you returned the item and had the money credited back to your card then you wouldn't have to worry about the payment???? Walmarts policy has always been 15 days on electronics and I'm sure you knew that but were hoping they would make an exception just for you.

Guard accused me of trying to steal an item
I went to Wallmart on March 7 2015, at 1868 South Euclid, Warrensville Center Rd, OH 44121 to buy a case for my phone on hand for training in the gym. I pulled it out of the box has already been opened by someone earlier to make sure that the size fits my phone. Case was too small for my phone and I put it back in the box at this time guard came and said that I was trying to steal the case.I felt uzhasno.potomu that there were people around, and heard it, I said that he could check my phone and handbag. Then I called the store manager to sort out the unpleasant situation for me, but no one even apologized to me. I asked for a personal guard room, he did not want to give it to me, given only at the request of the manager.I first saw this terrible treatment of the buyer. I was accused of something I did not do and did not even apologize. I had to wait a long time when the manager comes and even longer until the find of the guard. I often buy different things at Wallmart noteper I do not want to go there, I was not pleased is an appeal to the people.

15 days on all electronics...No exceptions. Hard to believe you bought yourself a TV in October and didn't open it until Christmas day.
Your story has a lot of holes in it. Give up on the full refund...not gonna happen.
Actually tv's are an exception to that rule they are a 90 day policy item. Additionally refund policies of any retailer is based on contracts between a retailer and suppliers regarding how much time before the supplier will not reimburse the retailer.
There is always a method to the madness. As far as the refund no store wants to take a $250 hit plus a possibility of paying to get rid of the tv. As far as the customer all electronic departments in a Walmart have a full refund policy sign usually by the registers as well as at the customer service desk.
Please stop wasting time with e-mails and trying to contact someone there. The associate and probably the manager you talked to told you about the policy.
