Walmart in Washington, District Of Columbia - (QCS) Quality Customer Service

I was in the Mt. Vernon Wal-Mart at the customer service desk yesterday and saw and heard this black lady act a fool when clearly she know she was wrong. And when the supervisor came over to assist the cashier with the matter the supervisor clearly explained to this lady the it would not be fair if she allowed her to cut the line considering that these costumer also are waiting for assist and that they have no idle that she was here before. But even if she was there before you don't leave and come back thing you can get the same place back when we was waiting in line while she got out to got more stuff plus isn't the customer service desk for returns, money grams, bill payment. Lady get a life and get in the back of the line. I would just like to say think you to the Mt Vernon Wal-Mart customer service desk and supervisor on duty to night store #2258. Please keep smiling I love come to that store some times just to walk around because everybody is very friendly.

Walmart in Charlotte, North Carolina - Emerson TVs

I am so disappointed and angry I will never buy another Emerson product. I used to think Emerson was a reliable name but have found out they don't believe enough in their own products to give a descent warranty. I bought two 32" Emerson TVs from Walmart on Black Friday this year. NOT ONE but both have quit playing all together. I have 3 other TVs in my home and all are much older than these Emersons which 2 weeks out of warranty are no longer any good. Thanks Emerson for such a rip off product. I will spread the word to all I can possibly reach to never buy emerson.

wanted to purchase a pair of shoes in la habra store sale price $13.00, none in my size. went to santa fe springs store same shoes on sale there, but for $20.00 in my size asked if they would honor other stores sales price, was told no. I asked for explaination was told they do not compete against each other, how is this possible same store(walmart). I was given other unsatisfactory reasons that did not make sense. I reluctantly purchased shoes (as i needed them at the time) . signed a very dissatisfied long time usually happy customer....

I travel quite a bit so I get to several stores around the US. You have employees that do not meet what I think and what you should expect as professionals working in the stores. Examples: Checkers with bad teeth, body piercing on all parts of the face, young men with...

Walmart in Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania - Too Many Hispanics

It's another horror story from a Wal-Mart in Naples, Florida. Without a doubt the help that Wal-Mart hires is overwhelmingly Hispanic. It is because of their work ethic that Wal-Marts suffer horrible customer service. Hispanics treat whites as second class citizens. They simply do as they are told and do not use any initiative to excel in their jobs. Hispanics bring in their cousins, friends, relatives to a point where it's one giant Hispanic click in any given store. If there is a white manager, you will never see them on the floor; they hide in the back. There needs to be a massive restructuring of every Wal-Mart store so that there's an even mix of whites and other nationalities. As long as Hispanic workers account for their work force, Wal-Mart will continue to lose business as it's one lousy place to shop.

My mother, daughter, and I stopped at a Walmart store on our way home from vacation. As we were shopping through the store, I left my three year old daughter push one of the carts around the store. I got the feeling that we were given a lot of dirty looks as we went ...

WalMart needs to stop hiring immgrants, they don't understand period.

Went to buy a futon the bar code was not present he said check customer service they said check online. We go home check online and that store (Lancaster Pa. Lincoln Hwy) had 4 in stock they just didn't wanted to go back and look. So we go back again and they said now its buried in the backroom and can't get to it they'll call when they find it really? Now I'm making a 3 trip wasting gas and time and with your service I wouldn't be surprised if its missing a part. So I think after this adventure Target your my new friend.....and your 1 mile down the road for WhackMart.

Walmart in Dallas, Texas - Made my friends get out of the car to show ID

So several months ago my friends and I were picking up some beer at Walmart one night, in New Hampshire. Two of my friends stayed in the car, while another friend and I went into the store to grab the beer. As my friend and I were waiting in line to pay, my buddy was talking on the cell phone with his girlfriend in the car, she apparently wanted so see what was taking us so long. He said something to the effect that we were just about pay for the beer and would be back to the car in a minute. Well, the women working the cash register noted that we were purchasing alcohol and that there were other people in the car waiting for my friend and I. She said that we could not purchase the beer until our friends entered the store and showed their ID's to prove their age (the clerk said it was store policy). My friend and I who were both 29 when this happened, argued with the clerk for about a minute, suggesting that it was illegal for the store to require our friends to get out of the car. After all, what if our friends in the car were actually at their house instead, would Walmart require them to drive from their house to the store? Or what if, our friends in the car had been physically disabled and couldn't walk into the store without great effort and pain? Would they then deny us the purchase? After arguing with the clerk, we were left with no choice but to have our friends come into the store and show their IDs, which they did. The clerk then apologized for the difficulty of the policy and we left. Now, I'm no attorney, but doesn't this sound like age discrimination and a violation of my constitutional rights? I mean, I'm sure that if I looked 60, that the clerk wouldn't have asked me to prove my friends age. I know, laws regarding purchases of alcohol are a bit complex, but still this seems way over the top and once again - a violation of my constitutional rights. Thoughts?
