store customer service customer service money people manager card order items
Where to start on this? I've seen so many complaints on card blocks, but I've only seen them since I got my Walmart Money Card, a master card. When I got the card I was quite content to register it, and get it set up. This card was specifically purchased...

Walmart - Straight Talk

Ive had this plan of unlimited usage for over a year with no problems.... Then, on Sunday my Internet stopped working. I called them and was told there were service problems in my area and to call back if it did not one back on within 24 hours. The next day and for the next several days there was a 30+ minute hold only to be transferred and told all customer service reps were busy and unable to take my call. This Is the fourth day and I'm pissed! This doesn't make any sense. I pay my bill on-time, for service I expect to receive. When it works it's fine, but if you can find something comparable, go with them!

Why post this here? Straight Talk is a subsidiary of TracFone. Walmart only sells the phones, they don't provide the service.

i work third shift at walmart and i try not to be rude to customers but when you check your task and you have 14 hours of work to do in 6 hours you get kinda aggrivated. it doesnt help any when the customer walks off the tools you have to do your job,or when they create you work to do. i have gotten in trouble for not finishing my assigned task because customers cant decide what color they want and just stand in my way for 30 minutes before they ask me to lead them to the next item on there list

There are nicer names to call people with learning disabilities. The more proper terminology is developmentally disabled or mentally handicapped.

However, I doubt that this poster is that. I think he/she is just bored and being a smart ***.

Faulty battery Walmart

My 2009 Camry 40k miles needed a battery. I purchased it at Walmart. On the side in big letters it says 3 yr warranty. I had a job interview yesterday and I jumped in my car with a SIX month old battery from Walmart. Car was dead-borrowed a car got to interview in time. Today went to exchange battery and they said the top that holds water in is gone. Well I didn't touch it I am clueless it even uses water. I put 6k a yr on my car, last time hood was popped was for battery install. Why is Walmart always looking at its customers as we are trying to "pull one over?"I am so tired of Walmart!

The reason they look at everyone as if they are trying to pull something over on them is because they deal with that type of customer daily.

Someone charged $599 on 95 yr mom's WalMat card -so they say | Walmart review from Bellevue, Washington

Mom who is 95 and has had a Wal Mart card for years, recently had a $599 charge made in WA on her Wal Mart card. After completing and returning the required fraud paperwork. We later received a letter from a collections agency stating that their investigation found that she benefit from the use of the card. What the ***? I handle my moms bills and we both have very good credit and have never been to WA. Who's to say there was every any fraud just a letter from them and another saying, you owe. I have contacted Mo attorneys generals office and still waiting. WalMart has been added to the list of companies that can kiss my ... I plan to put wal Mart on blast on Facebook with the local churches, the senior center, local salvation army.. and more. Pissed Son

No one makes you shop at Wal-Mart. You obviously are a hateful person who didn't get their way on something with Wal-Mart.

*never been to WA?!?! It says you're from Bellevue, Washington .... WA is the abbreviation for Washington, so I'm a little confused by that statement.

It may be a Walmart credit card but I'm sure it is a bank your dealing with not the retail chain.

There is something odd about your story. Could it be that her account was hacked sometime when she used the card.

Just for your information I have had people tell me that the WalMart credit card is the worst to work with, however, they were complaining about it taking an awful long time for credit to be applied after something has been returned. You can make all the nasty comments you want to about WalMart, on whatever sources you want to, but you won't hurt them because there are more people that like WalMart, than will quit shopping there. As far as the Salvation Army goes, they will continue having their bell ringers out front, because they make a lot of money in their red kettles at those locations. Also a lot of people will take it just as NASTY gossip.

There is also another possibility that maybe your Mother should no longer have a credit card.

You wouldn't have to be in Washington, in order to order something online that was located there.
