I placed a order for $134 via online ordering and i was advised to pickup the Fitbit in their Folsom store. Arriving after a ten mile trip they advised the item was out of stock. But Walmart had already tied up the funds debiting my Paypal account. Up to five to ten days for a credit is rediculous. They never had the item in their stock.

If any one out there used Walmart's Sunday ad to purchase the Samsung 48" Class LED HDTV as advertised please let me know. I have tried all the Walmart stores in my area and no one even says that they have it or that it was ever advertised in the first place. They claim its coming but it will not arrive until after the sales date and you know they don't offer rain checks. Yes I read the small print but Walmart is playing us for fools. so you can just advertise anything and lie about having it. Well I would like to know where the TV was available I can not believe that the product was not in stock. Big Liars! (Ad R4-317)

I recently purchased some rain boots on walmart.com. They were too small. I looked online and the policy said that items under 25.00 could be returned as cash since it was purchased with my husbands debit card I didnt have it with me. The *** in the store including the assistant manager said that they could only refund it as store credit. Yes that is what I want to do spend my money at your *** managed store. I am done shopping on walmart.com. Amazon it is. Walmart needs to train their people on policy and teach them what customer service means. The store at Eastport village has the most disrespectful management and the employees act like they are entitled to treat the customers any way they want. I'll be shopping at Freddies

your service suck on all levels someone in a different state tried to buy me a computer on your website you all wouldn't let it go through he called back three times and all three time you all told him to keep trying after the 9th time he then went to the store where he lived and purchased a gift card then called me with the card number so I could order it from my end so I did an hour later to my surprise there was another email telling me that I had to wait another 48 hour while you all made sure of the payment really it's a *** gift card brought from one of your stores so once again a call had to be placed calling to customer service at this point the computer needs to be free

High fraud, high theft items will always be flagged. This is for your safety and that of your gifter. I am sure that if his card was stolen he would be glad that no one could use it to buy a computer and have it shipped to a different state.

I went in greenville ms walmart to pick an order; had to wait 15 minutes to get assistance. When a CSM (Julia) came to assist me she was so rude; couldn't find my item and when she went to look for it she was gone 20 minutes and upon returning she was still rude.

After shooping for 2 hours and filling my carts with over $400 WORTH of food, being paid CASH. Got rudely kicked out because i had a very small 5 pound toy size shih tzu dog, in a dog purse. Ok no problem, left my carts and now we are on our way to shop at a diiferent place. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO A WALMART. NO SIGNS OR NOTHING SAYING "NO DOGS". F U WALMART !

HOW IS THAT IT TELLS YOU XL BUT WHEN I OPEN IT AGAIN IT FOR SOMEONE WHO IS A SIZE 0. Continue writing|Delete I just received the worst service ever at Walmart in Indian Land south Carolina. I have been trading with your company for almost 40 years. The employees were rude and unhelpfull. I waited in the checkout line over 30 minutes and when I got home and checked my receipt I was charged $5.00 too much. The store is at 10048 Charlotte Hwy.

I went to Wal-Mart with my wife and i asked an employee where was the location of the wash rooms and he gave the location, upon entering the washroom i notice the toilet paper was scatter on the floor and not in the proper location, whoever is responsible is not follow the standards of where the toiled paper should be . I was very discusted also i notice toilet paper with *** on the floor, an  employee enter the washroom a spanish employee i mention him about the problem  and he stated that someone had already clean the wash room and i felt like he did not care about the problem.  My wife and I continue shopping and noticed lots of employees talking with each other and not doing there job, others workers were doing there job properly and efficient. Employees should be making eye contact with the guest and ask the guest if they need assistance which is no happening.The location of the store is the Diversy strip mall by cicero.

Wrong TV in box for online pickup

As a consumer I have never been treated as poorly as today by your company. I am going to clearly explain the circumstances and expect to be made whole within a few days. This is unacceptable on countless levels. Here are the details; Last night I decided to look on your website and found a great deal on a 4G TV. I decided to open up a Walmart credit card and purchase it. I chose the Tarpon Springs, Fl store as a pick up site. I received a text that it arrived on my cell phone. I planned to swing by the store on my lunch hour. I am a sales executive for a fortune 1000 company. I am the type of customer you should want more of. I went to the store and picked up the tv from Walmart associate Larry, I loaded it in my car and went home. I unpackaged it to place on the stand and then planned to head to my next account. I was horrified to find a used Emerson tv in the place of what I had hoped was my new LG 55 4G. Not only was it used, but dust on the back and stains on the front. In a panic I immediately called the Tarpon Springs, Fl (store #33374) and asked for a manager. I spoke with Aryan and explained to him the situation. I immediately repacked it, carried it back down the stairs by myself and brought it back to the store. I asked the CS girl to get Aryan. I gave him the tv and thought that was that, he will apologize and get me what I had purchased. He went to the computer for a couple of moments, came back and said that he didn't think it could have happened and the tv had to be right when I left the store. That immediately insinuates that I am a thief and lying. That is completely unacceptable. I then asked for the store manager. She conferred quickly with Aryan came over to me, gave me about 20 seconds, was bored, looked at her smart watch and said, "I'm sorry but I support Aryan". Then I have to say as a very professional person I lost my cool. This is surreal. This was supposed to be a gift to myself that I had really wanted. I do not care how it happened, why it happened, what procedures are in place, somewhere you were failed in this process. As a sales professional I can tell you that both of these people have no business in front of customers. They have horrible communication skills. I then asked for Walmart Corporate's phone number. I called and immediately asked for a manager. I talked with Brittany ID#125****. Brittany was completely professional and explained to me she would move this forward. I would like to thank her for the way she handled the call. I want to make my expectations VERY clear. I want what I paid for and to be made whole. I want an apology from Walmart regarding this entire episode. I would like this completed in short order, as not only do I feel wronged, but completely disrespected as a consumer and as a person. I have attached pictures of the managers, as well as the little paperwork that I have. Now that I have wasted a few hours I need to get back to what I do and satisfy my customers. I think you need to do a better job of doing the same. There is no way the credit card payment is being made without receiving any merchandise. Thank you for you prompt attention to this matter!

My wife and I where checking out after shopping, we got in a line and waited 15 minutes for the people in front of us and emptied our basket onto the belt, the whole time we waited no one said anything after the cashier finished the transaction she tells us "I'm, sorry that was my last customer." I was a little agitated and raised the complaint that she could have told me before I unloaded my cart, she agreed and said "Then you will be my last customer, if someone comes behind you could you let them know." The cashier in the next line turned around and asked her when her shift ended, she answered "11:00pm" it was 11:07pm, the cashier from the next line then turns and very rudely tells me and my wife "She's closed!" When I started to try to speak she cut me off and raised her voice again saying "She's closed, you need to go somewhere else!" When our cashier started to come to our defense the other cashier took a nasty tone with her and told her to go close out her register. At this point I was so pissed I could hardly speak.

I told my wife to just get our son and let's go and leave the merchandise on the belt before I lost my temper. She insisted that we buy it though since we barely get a chance to go shopping with a newborn and both of us have full time jobs. So instead I took our son and she found another line and waited while we went to the car. I did take down the name of the cashier was so rude and the register she was working as well as the time.

I won't deal with that again, there are too many other stores in my area to deal with a business who lets employees treat customers like that. It really is a shame too I like shopping at SAM's too but I refuse to give my business to a company who allows this kind of behavior.

Guys I told one of my friends of this incident and how it almost made me lose my temper and take it out on my wife and newborn son. My so called friend reported me and my son has been placed in foster care.

I do question your ability to control the surrender impulse of your wife, however. The correct thing to do was as you wanted---leave it on the checkout belt and walk away.

It's the principle. And, of course never shop at WalMart again.

So why not to the store that sells it for cheaper. You can ask mommy or daddy for directions, perhaps one of them can even take you to the store. Sometimes a store that has a lot of a product has a sale to get rid of it, and the other store does not.
