Walmart Pharmacy rude

Today I went to walmart to refill my perscription, they told me 15 - 20 minutes, which is standard at any pharmacy. So after 1/2 hour, I went back, they told me it was not done yet. So another 15 minutes pass and I go back, nope not done yet. Another 15 minutes, nope still not done, so I went to customer service and complained. I went back after another 15 minutes, still not done. Finally she filled it right in front of me. Why LIE? it took over 1 hour to get an inhaler! I watched her take it out of the box and stick the label on it! Should it really have taken over 1 hour to do that. I was frustrated and mad. I am no longer taking anything there. I don`t even like shopping there, I find the sales associates standing around talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. And I don`t find it the cheapest place to shop. They suck!

I love shopping at my local Walmart in Ammon, ID. But the manager there refuses to stock African American/ ethnic beauty and hair care products. He ignores me every time I come in. I see plenty of ethnic people shopping in this Walmart regularly. I'm so...

This has nothing to do with race. Some types of hair (curly, ethnic, damaged, fine, colored, etc...) need products specifically designed for them. Asking for them is completel...

Your beef is with Congress. It\'s the same deal as if you were opening a bank account. It\'s not a \"gift\" card, it\'s a prepaid debit account.

Walmart in Los Angeles, California - Pharmacy. Rude. Poor records.innaccurate prescriptions.48 hour serviceiting.

This is not my first complaint about Walmart Pharmacies. . I went to the pharmacy approx. 6pm Thursday Jan 26.2012. I first had to wait in line 45 minutes just to drop off my prescription. My turn...I told the associate that I had pneumonia and needed my prescriptions as soon as possible. No surprise, they would not fill them until the next day. I received email notices my scripts were done at 11:00 AM. I went to pick up scripts at 3:00PM. I waited in line for 45 minutes, only to be told they were not ready. While I'm talking to the associate my cell phone rings with a message from Walmart that my scripts are ready. I informed her of this (elise), she was rude and aggressively said to me " I told you, your scripts are not ready ! " So, I stand aside for other customers to be attended to while waiting. I wait 15 minutes before I'm agitated and ask about my scripts. She aggressively says to me. " Did I tell you to leave the counter ? " I didn't tell you to move". We do not need this as customers, especially when we don't feel good in the first place. As customers, we don't feel good in the first place, or we would not be there. We do not need having to deal with a very un-professional pharmacy in addition to bad health. They are ruthless and really could not care in the least. 24-48 prescription turn around time. In-accurate refill information. I get a different quantity every refill. (mostly less) sometimes more. They have cancelled prescriptions that were written by my doctor from one month ago. I'm done, but in-accuracies with my records at walmart make it difficult for me to transfer my account to WALGREENS. (much, much better, believe it or not...better customer service. even less money). Now, I have to pay my doctor again to have new scripts for my new pharmacy, because walmart has not a clue as to accurate information.

Walmart - Poor Customer Service

I was at your Auburn, WA Superstore this morning to do my grocery shopping. It was possibly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I unfortunately had to bring my children (ages 14, 5 & 3) with me as my husband works 12 hour graveyard shifts and needed to get some sleep. After approximately two hour of shopping, we were finally ready to checkout. I chose a line which had two customers in front of me expecting it to be a normal wait time – I was wrong! We were in line for about THIRTY MINUTES and still were not being checked out. I had to send my son back to exchange some of my frozen items as they were thawing. The cashier never once smiled or even said a word to any of us. He was taking care of the first customer, who was noticeably frustrated, and was having issues which necessitated him calling a supervisor. He proceeded to take care of the next couple in line and there was a price discrepancy which they clearly stated they did not want the item as they did not want to wait. He disregarded what they said and proceeded to continue with the checkout. Again, they said to take the item off which again required a supervisor's assistance. The supervisor who came over to help was also rude. At this point I asked him if he could get another cashier as this one did not seem to know what he was doing. Again, the supervisor was rude so I asked for a manager. The manager came over and apologized for the inconvenience – mind you, this was the first and only person to do this. The couple in front of me was complaining as well. I told him the he just lost a sale – over $300 in groceries – and that I would not be shopping there again. He did not seem to care in the least bit. I asked him for the Managers name and number when he said that I could contact the 1-800 number for customer service. I said that I wanted the store manager's name and after about seven minutes he finally came back with her name. I had to ask him for the number and he said to me that I didn't ask for it. How may I ask was I supposed to contact her without the number? I am normally a very patient person when it comes to shopping as I had worked retail for many years early in my career. I am currently in Human Resources for a local hospital and would never hire any of the people that I came into contact with today. If they were employees of mine, they would be brought in for counseling. Not only did I waste over two hours of my Saturday morning in your store, I then had to go and do my shopping elsewhere.

Walmart

My wife went into Walmart to get money from our bank inside. Upon entering she slipped, fell and broke her arm. There was a puddle of water in front of the nail salon where they had spilled on of their buckets. No wet floor signs or anything in the area to warn of this either. One of the employees from the salon ran out and wiped up the water quickly and looked right at my wife. The employee obviously knew the water was there, because my wife had just fallen and she was there immediately. My wife went to file a complaint with the manager on duty which happened to be one of the Asst managers. Nothing else heard from Walmart for almost five weeks. We contacted an attorney. Walmart refused to produe any security tapes with the footage where my wife had fallen. Walmart say they could not produce one. The *** attorney dropped our case and Walmart gets off scott free again. Stick it to the consumer. Figured that would be the case from the corporate GIANT Walmart. The little man gets screwed again!!!!
